English Abstract

In a product for sheltering an individual or individuals from sun, rain, wind or snow, it is known to have a central support shaft for carrying and manipulating the said product. In this invention a significant improvement is made to the structure of the product rendering it superior to existing patented inventions. The improvement consists of an organization of the primary structural elements of the portable shelter in a manner and according to the consideration of formulae that results in a stable product having an eccentric location of the support shaft relative to the central portion of the sheltered field of occupancy. This new composition takes the plan from of a square geometry with chamfered corners. This configuration permits the engagement of two products in twin-performance by use of a snap-on gutter attachment. This double composition permits user advantage during certain spectator-orientated stationary application. The inventive and creative ideas embodied in this invention offer the user/users occupancy of the zone of maximum protection.

Produit destiné à abriter une ou plusieurs personnes du soleil, de la pluie, du vent ou de la neige. Il comporte une tige de support central pour porter ou manipuler ledit produit. La présente invention propose une amélioration importante à la structure du produit afin de rendre ce dernier supérieur à toutes les inventions existantes brevetées. L'amélioration réside dans l'organisation des éléments de structure principaux de l'abri portatif conformément à des formules et d'une manière à obtenir un produit stable comportant un emplacement excentrique de la tige de support par rapport à la partie centrale de la zone d'occupation abritée. Cette nouvelle configuration prend plan à partir d'une géométrie en carré avec des coins chanfreinés. Elle permet de solidariser ensemble deux produits afin de doubler la zone abritée grâce à un raccordement pressé en forme de goulotte. Cette configuration double donne un avantage à son utilisateur lors de situations ou l'utilisateur est un spectateur stationnaire. Les idées créatives et innovatrices représentées dans la présente invention offrent aux utilisateurs une zone d'occupation offrant une protection maximisée.
