English Abstract

With conventional machines, it is necessary to level filling material with a rake, after the machine has spread and leveled it, in order to remove irregularities. The invention describes a fine-leveling harrow made of metallic tubes forming an angle, which can be fitted to any scoop. This harrow is provided with a hydraulic jack and springs, so that its position can be changed. When the filling material is dragged, the angle- forming tubes channel the filling material towards holes encompassed by the harrow, without spilling of the material. In contrast, if the harrow is pushed, the filling material is directed towards the sides of the harrow. This device leads to highly uniform leveling of the filling material, thereby eliminating the need to manually complete the task with a rake.

Lorsque les matériaux de remblais sont déplacés et nivelés une
première fois par la machinerie traditionnelle, il reste des
imperfections qu'il faut corriger manuellement avec un râteau.
Dans la présente invention, il est question d'une grille de
nivellement de finition fabriquée de tubes métalliques disposés à
angle, adaptable à tout genre de godet.
Cette grille est équipée de lames de ressort et d'un cylindre
hydraulique lui permettant de changer de position.
Lorsque l'on tire les matériaux de remblais, les tubes qui
sont assemblés à angles remplissent les vides au centre de la
grille sans débordement extérieur. Par contre, lorsque la grille
est poussée, les matériaux de remblais sont déplacés de chaque côté
de celle-ci.
Cet appareil permet d'effectuer un travail parfait de
nivellement de remblais et par le fait même élimine le dur travail
manuel de finition au râteau.
