English Abstract
A method of capacitor construction using ceramic powder with a polymer binding
agent, in a
multi-layered structure. Each structure layer has an electrode layer formed on
a dielectric layer,
which is then assembled such that each electrode layer has at least one
dielectric layer separating an
adjacent electrode. The dielectric is composed of a principal ingredient, a
fine dielectric powder and
a second ingredient that acts as a binding agent. A special electrode
construction provides self--healing
capability that is compatible with traditional ceramic capacitor construction
