Disclosed is a diaper (1A) comprising: an absorbent main body (2) which
comprises at least a
liquid-permeable top sheet (3), a liquid-impermeable back sheet (4) and an
absorbent body (5)
which is disposed between the top sheet and the back sheet for the purpose of
absorbing and
retaining liquid, and which has a back side region (S1), a crotch region (S2)
and a front side
region (S3) in the longitudinal direction L running from the back side Ba to
the front side Fr when
the nappy is being worn; and a pair of left and right side flap parts (10)
which are provided on both
sides of the absorbent main body (2) in the width direction W, wherein a front
side extension
region (15) which extends around the waist is provided in the front side
region (S3) of each of the
side flap parts (10).

French Abstract

La présente invention concerne une couche (1A) comportant les éléments suivants : un corps principal absorbant (2) qui comprend au moins une feuille supérieure perméable au liquide (3) ; une feuille postérieure imperméable au liquide (4) ; et un corps absorbant (5) qui est disposé entre la feuille supérieure et la feuille postérieure dans le but d'absorber et de retenir du liquide. Ledit corps possède les éléments suivants : une région latérale postérieure (S1), une région d'entrejambe (S2) et une région latérale antérieure (S3) dans la direction longitudinale L qui court depuis le côté postérieur Ba jusqu'au côté antérieur Fr lorsque la couche est portée ; et une paire de parties de rabat latéral gauche et droit (10) qui sont prévues sur les deux côtés du corps principal absorbant (2) dans le sens de la largeur W, avec une région d'extension latérale antérieure (15) qui s'étend autour de la taille dans la région latérale antérieure (S3) de chaque partie de rabat latéral (10).
