English Abstract

It is the world's first dam less underground sea hydropower plant to produce
(extract) any
amount of (MW) hydropower from SEA (14) 24 hours a day 365 days a year. It is
a
breakthrough technology because hydropower is produced for the first time in
the world
below seashore (underground). It comprises Turbine-Generators (11) to produce
electricity, a
giant water tank (6) to collect the wastewater from the Turbine draft tube
(20), and empty
water tanks (wagons) 7, and Automatic Locomotives (15) (diesel or steam or
natural gas)
which brings the wastewater to the ground and passes over a over bridge (18)
to produce
extra hydropower as shown in the drawing .This plant is completely automated.
In this
method we can tap (produce) the billions and billions or trillions and
trillions of stored
potential energy (GW or TW or PW electricity) in the entire SEA (OCEAN). We do
not need oil,
coal, natural gas, uranium or thorium to produce electricity. We do not need
wave power,
tidal power, wind power, solar power, biomass power, biogas power, geothermal
power,
OTEC power, osmosis power, thermonuclear power or any other power any more.

CLAIMS
An underground (15) dam less sea hydropower plant operation 24 hours a day
365 days a year comprising
a) An underground installed Turbine=Generators (2) of any type or capacity
to produce electricity continuously 24 hours a day 365 days a year
b) automatic Locomotives..(17) and empty water tanks (wagon) (7) to
collect the wastewater underground from the turbine draft tube (4) and
to bring it to the ground 24 hours a day
c) An over bridge (18) with rail way track 16) to move the Automatic
Locomotives over the bridge to discharge wastewater to the above
ground water tanks (10) and the discharged wastewater flows down
through a penstock (3) to spin the underground (15) installed Turbine-
Generators (2) to produce electricity second time in the same method
d) Water intake tank (9) to collect the sea water from SEA and a floodgate
(8) which allows sea water to flow down through a penstock (3) to the
Turbine-Generators (2) to spin and produce electricity 24 hours a day
e) An over ground roof to protect the sea hydropower plant during rainy
seasons and to protect against sun's heat.
