Description of the Preferred Examples
[36] For a clearer understanding of the objectives, technical solutions, and
advantages of the present
invention, the specific examples of the present invention will be described in
detail with
reference to the accompanying drawings.
[37] Please refer to Figure 1, Figure 1 is a schematic flow chart of a data
interaction processing method
applied by the first example of the present invention; The data interaction
processing method in this
example includes the following steps:
[38] Step 101: the first terminal sends the required information of the target
data to the server; thereinto,
the required information includes the characteristic information of the target
data from provider.
[39] Specifically, the characteristic information includes at least one of the
positive review's ratios, the
interaction rates of the target data's provider and the receiver's concern
area.
[40] Step 102: the server searches at least two second terminals matching with
the characteristic
information according to the required information; at the same time, the
server sends the interaction
request of the target data to the second terminals.
[41] The server combines the required information and confirms whether the
database includes at least
two data matching with the required information. When confirming the data
wherein the database,
4

CA 03024720 2018-11-19
WO 2017/000187
PCT/CN2015/082786
the server responds the required information of the first terminal and screens
the most matched data
and searches out the multiple corresponding second terminals.
[42] When confirming the second terminal matching with the characteristic
information, the server sends
the interaction request of the target data to the second terminal.
[43] Step 103: the second terminal sends the target data according to the
interaction request to the first
terminal.
[44] Step 104: the first terminal receives the target data from the second
terminal.
[45] In the solution above, this target data is an Object Credit Certificate
or an acquisition method
information of an Object Credit Certificate. This Object Credit Certificate is
a kind of web-based
electronic certificate integrated the target commodity/service information
from the target
commodity/service provider and the essential functions of electronic commerce.
[46] Further, acquisition method information of an Object Credit Certificate
is a link address of an
Object Credit Certificate, an Object Credit Certificate is used to provide the
target
commodity/service information and the essential functions of electronic
commerce. For example,
when the first terminal or the second terminal (or other interaction parties)
has the Object Credit
Certificate of commodity/service, the link address can be clicked or selected,
the certificate is
opened directly and showed in the webpage, the webpage is used to provide the
target
commodity/service information and the essential functions of electronic
commerce, such as the
introduction of target commodity/service, specifications, purchasing records,
reviews and the
jumpable order generation interface or the link button of payment interface
etc. More preferably,
all the functions of the required order generation are completed automatically
when the link can be
clicked. In this way, the order generation can be completed by one-click, even
the order generation
and payment can be completed by one-click.
[47] In the step 104, the first terminal acquiring the target data includes
the following part:
[48] The first terminal generates the transaction order according to the
target data.
[49] Give an example of data interaction method applied by the present
invention. Thereinto, this first
terminal is for buyers, the second terminal is for seller, the server is a
server operating electronic
commerce platform.
[50] Specifically, the buyer sends the required information of
commodity/service to the server. Thereinto,
the required information includes the characteristic information of Object
Credit Certificate of
commodity/service; specifically, the characteristic information includes at
least one of the positive

CA 03024720 2018-11-19
WO 2017/000187
PCT/CN2015/082786
review's ratios, the interaction rates of the target data's provider and the
receiver's concern area. It
enables the server to search multiple sellers with the Object Credit
Certificate of
commodity/service according to the required information and send the required
information to the
sellers when confirming at least one seller. When receiving the required
information, the seller
sends the response notification to the server, the Object Credit Certificate
of the commodity/service
is sent to the buyer. The buyer accepts this Object Credit Certificate and
completes the interaction.
[51] As mentioned above, the Object Credit Certificate is provided by the
commodity/service
provider (such as manufacturer of commodity) in advance, and every
commodity/service has a
corresponding Object Credit Certificate, which includes the information
related to transaction
information is from provider rather than the information of the second
terminal. Therefore,
when the first terminal receives this Object Credit Certificate, and the
functions of electronic
commerce are achieved, and the order is generated according to this Object
Credit Certificate.
The two parties of transaction are the first terminal and the
commodity/service provider. When
the first terminal confirms to acceptance of Object Credit Certificate, and
generate the order
corresponding to the Object Credit Certificate, the payment for
commodity/service can be paid
to commodity/service provider, the provider will make a delivery when the
provider accepts
this order according to the information of the first terminal. The second
terminal is used to
acquire the Object Credit Certificate of commodity/service from provider and
send the Object
Credit Certificate to the buyer.
[52] Further, the target data may be the executive object configured the
required functions by data
provider or the read method of target data.
[53] Give another example of data interaction method applied by the present
invention. Thereinto, the
first terminal is the client A, the second terminal is client B, the server is
a kind of data management
server. Thereinto, every client B has the stored passwords of one or multiple
terminal devices.
According to administrator's purview, the administrator accesses to the
terminal devices using these
passwords. The client A, the client B and terminal devices may be a personal
computer, a tablet, a
smartphone etc. which can access to the Internet and exchange data with the
data management
server.
[54] The client A sends the required information of the target data to the
data management server.
Thereinto, the required information includes the characteristic information of
Object Credit
Certificate of commodity/service. The data management server responds the
required information
6

CA 03024720 2018-11-19
WO 2017/000187
PCT/CN2015/082786
and searches the client B matching with the characteristic information of the
target data. Thereinto,
the server stored multiple client B's information in advance. After finding
the most matched client
B, the data management server sends the results of required information to the
target clients and
make the target clients send the results of characteristic information to the
client A, and make the
client A accepts the data, in order to obtain the data's permission or data's
ownership. Thereinto,
for safety of data information, the interactive data may be the data pack
encrypted by administrators'
passwords of terminal device C and the encryption keys for deciphering. When
accepted by the
client A, the data pack can be deciphered and unzipped using with the
encryption keys and another
encryption key encrypted by administrators' passwords of terminal device C,
then the
administrators' passwords of terminal device C can be obtained.
[55] In the solution above, the first terminal screens the target second
terminals based on the required
information of the target data of the provider and sends the required
information of the target data
to the second terminals. It enables the target second terminals and the
corresponding target data to
send to the first terminal or transfer the target data or its permission or
its ownership to the first
terminal or permit the target data or its permission or its ownership to the
first terminal. The first
terminal obtains the target data or its permission or its ownership. This
process is for the target data
interaction. Therefore, the first terminal describes the characteristic
information of data interaction
objects, it enables the server to screen and match the characteristic
information accurately according
to this characteristic information. The interacting data is offered by meeting
with requirement of
the objects. On one hand, the efficiency of the first terminal is improved, on
the other hand, the
safety of data transmission is improved when the second terminal transmits
data.
[56] Please refer to Figure 2, Figure 2 is a schematic flow chart of a data
interaction processing method
applied by second example of the present invention; The data interaction
processing method in this
example includes the following steps:
[57] Step 201: the first terminal sends the required information of the target
data to the server; thereinto,
the required information includes the characteristic information of the target
data from provider.
[58] Specifically, the characteristic information includes at least one of the
positive review's ratios, the
interaction rates of the target data's provider and the receiver's concern
area.
[59] Specifically, the server combines the required information and confirms
whether the database
includes at least two data matching with the required information. When
confirming the data
wherein the database, the server responds the required information of the
first terminal and screens
7

CA 03024720 2018-11-19
WO 2017/000187
PCT/CN2015/082786
the most matched data and searches out the multiple corresponding second
terminals.
[60] When confirming the second terminal matching with the characteristic
information, the server sends
the interaction request of the target data to the second terminal.
[61] Step 202: the server acquires the target data according to the required
information from the server.
[62] The second terminals receive the interaction request of the target data
and sends the target data to
the first terminal, the first terminal receives the target data.
[63] In the solution above, this target data is an Object Credit Certificate
or an acquisition method
information of an Object Credit Certificate. This Object Credit Certificate is
a kind of web-based
electronic certificate integrated the target commodity/service information
from the target
commodity/service provider and the essential functions of electronic commerce.
[64] Further, acquisition method information of an Object Credit Certificate
is a link address of an
Object Credit Certificate, an Object Credit Certificate is used to provide the
target
commodity/service information and the essential functions of electronic
commerce. For example,
when the first terminal or the second terminal (or other interaction parties)
has the Object Credit
Certificate of commodity/service, the link address can be clicked or selected,
the certificate is
opened directly and showed in the webpage, the webpage is used to provide the
target
commodity/service information and the essential functions of electronic
commerce, such as the
introduction of target commodity/service, specifications, purchasing records,
reviews and the
jumpable order generation interface or the link button of payment interface
etc. More preferably,
all the functions of the required order generation are completed automatically
when the link can be
clicked. In this way, the order generation can be completed by one-click, even
the order generation
and payment can be completed by one-click.
[65] In the step 202, the first terminal acquiring the target data includes
the following part: the first
terminal generates the transaction order according to the target data.
[66] As mentioned above, the Object Credit Certificate is provided by the
commodity/service
provider (such as manufacturer of commodity) in advance, and every
commodity/service has a
corresponding Object Credit Certificate, which includes the information
related to transaction
information is from provider rather than the information of the second
terminal. Therefore,
when the first terminal receives this Object Credit Certificate, and the
function of electronic
commerce is achieved, and the order is generated according to this Object
Credit Certificate.
The two parties of transaction are the first terminal and the
commodity/service provider. When
8

the first terminal confirms to acceptance of Object Credit Certificate, and
generate the order
corresponding to the Object Credit Certificate, the payment for
commodity/service can be paid
to commodity/service provider, the provider will make a delivery when the
provider accepts
this order according to the information of the first terminal. The second
terminal is used to
acquire the Object Credit Certificate of commodity/service from provider and
send the Object
Credit Certificate to the buyer.
[67] Further, the target data may be the executive object configured the
required functions by data
provider or the read method of target data.
[68] In the solution above, the first terminal screens the target second
terminals based on the required
information of the target data of the provider and sends the required
information of the target data
to the second terminals. It enables the target second terminals and the
corresponding target data to
send to the first terminal or transfer the target data or its permission or
its ownership to the first
terminal or permit the target data or its permission or its ownership to the
first terminal. The first
terminal obtains the target data or its permission or its ownership. This
process is for the target data
interaction. Therefore, the first terminal describes the characteristic
information of data interaction
objects, it enables the server to screen and match the characteristic
information accurately according
to this characteristic information. The interacting data is offered by meeting
with requirement of
the objects. On one hand, the efficiency of the first terminal is improved, on
the other hand, the
safety of data transmission is improved when the second terminal transmits
data.
[69] Please refer to Figure 3, Figure 3 is a schematic flow chart of a data
interaction processing method
applied by the third example of the present invention; The data interaction
processing method in
this example includes the following steps:
[70] Step 301: the server receives the required information of the target data
sent by the first terminal;
thereinto, the required information includes the characteristic information of
the target data from
provider.
[71] When the first terminal needs the target data, the first terminal sends
the required information of
the target data to the server; thereinto, the required information includes
the characteristic
information of the target data from provider; specifically, the characteristic
information includes at
least one of the positive review's ratios, the interaction rates of the target
data's provider and the
receiver's concern area.
[72] Correspondingly, the server receives the required information of the
target data sent by the first

terminal.
[73] Step302: search at least two second terminals matching with the
characteristic information
according to the required information.
[74] Specifically, the server combines the required information and confirms
whether the database
includes at least two data matching with the required information. When
confirming the data
wherein the database, the server responds the required information of the
first terminal and screens
the most matched data and searches out the multiple corresponding second
terminals.
[75] Step303: when confirming the second terminal matching with the
characteristic information, the
server sends the interaction request of the target data to the second
terminal.
[76] when confirming to search out at least two second terminals, the server
sends the interaction request
of the target data to the second terminal.
[77] When confirming to respond the interaction request, the second terminal
sends or transfers the target
data or its permission or its ownership to the first terminal.
[78] Correspondingly, the first terminal acquires the target data.
[79] In the solution above, this target data is an Object Credit Certificate
or an acquisition method
information of an Object Credit Certificate. This Object Credit Certificate is
a kind of web-based
electronic certificate integrated the target commodity/service information
from the target
commodity/service provider and the essential functions of electronic commerce.
[80] Further, acquisition method information of an Object Credit Certificate
is a link address of an
Object Credit Certificate, an Object Credit Certificate is used to provide the
target
commodity/service information and the essential functions of electronic
commerce. For example,
when the first terminal or the second terminal (or other interaction parties)
has the Object Credit
Certificate of commodity/service, the link address can be clicked or selected,
the certificate is
opened directly and showed in the webpage, the webpage is used to provide the
target
commodity/service information and the essential functions of electronic
commerce, such as the
introduction of target commodity/service, specifications, purchasing records,
reviews and the
jumpable order generation interface or the link button of payment interface
etc. More preferably,
all the functions of the required order generation are completed automatically
when the link can
be clicked. In this way, the order generation can be completed by one-click,
even the order
generation and payment can be completed by one-click.
[81] The first terminal acquiring the target data includes the following part:
the first terminal generates

the transaction order according to the target data.
[82] As mentioned above, the Object Credit Certificate is provided by the
commodity/service
provider (such as manufacturer of commodity) in advance, and every
commodity/service has a
corresponding Object Credit Certificate, which includes the information
related to transaction
information is from provider rather than the information of the second
terminal. Therefore, when
the first terminal receives this Object Credit Certificate, and the functions
of electronic commerce
are achieved, and the order is generated according to this Object Credit
Certificate. The two parties
of transaction are the first terminal and the commodity/service provider. When
the first terminal
confirms to acceptance of Object Credit Certificate, and generate the order
corresponding to the
Object Credit Certificate, the payment for commodity/service can be paid to
commodity/service
provider, the provider will make a delivery when the provider accepts this
order according to the
information of the first terminal. The second terminal is used to acquire the
Object Credit
Certificate of commodity/service from provider and send the Object Credit
Certificate to the buyer.
[83] Further, the target data may be the executive object configured the
required functions by data
provider or the read method of target data.
[84] In the solution above, the first terminal screens the target second
terminals based on the required
information of the target data of the provider and sends the required
information of the target data
to the second terminals. It enables the target second terminals and the
corresponding target data to
send to the first terminal or transfer the target data or its permission or
its ownership to the first
terminal or permit the target data or its permission or its ownership to the
first terminal. The first
terminal obtains the target data or its permission or its ownership. This
process is for the target data
interaction. Therefore, the first terminal describes the characteristic
information of data interaction
objects, it enables the server to screen and match the characteristic
information accurately according
to this characteristic information. The interacting data is offered by meeting
with requirement of
the objects. On one hand, the efficiency of the first terminal is improved, on
the other hand, the
safety of data transmission is improved when the second terminal transmits
data.
[85] Please refer to Figure 4, Figure 4 is a schematic structural diagram of a
data interaction processing
system applied by an example of the present invention; The data interaction
processing device in
this example includes the first terminal 401, the server 402 and the second
terminal 403,
[86] The first terminal 401 is used to send the required information of the
target data to the server 402;
thereinto, the required information includes the characteristic information of
the target data from

[87] Specifically, the characteristic information includes at least one of
the positive review's ratios, the
interaction rates of the target data's provider and the receiver's concern
area.
[88] Specifically, the server 402 searches at least two second terminals 403
matching with the
characteristic information according to the required information; at the same
time, the server 402
sends the interaction request of the target data to the second terminals 403.
[89] The server 403 combines the required information and confirms whether the
database includes at
least two data matching with the required information. When confirming the
data wherein the
database, the server 402 responds the required information of the first
terminal 401, and screens
the most matched data and searches out the multiple corresponding second
terminals 403.
[90] When confirming to search out at least two second terminals 403, the
server 402 sends the
interaction request of the target data to the second terminals 403.
[91] The second terminal 403 is used to send the target data to the first
terminal 401 according to the
interaction request.
[92] The first terminal 401 is used to receive the target data from the second
terminal 403.
[93] In the solution above, this target data is an Object Credit Certificate
or an acquisition method
information of an Object Credit Certificate. This Object Credit Certificate is
a kind of web-based
electronic certificate integrated the target commodity/service information
from the target
commodity/service provider and the essential functions of electronic commerce.
[94] Further, acquisition method information of an Object Credit Certificate

[95] As mentioned above, the Object Credit Certificate is provided by the
commodity/service
provider (such as manufacturer of commodity) in advance and every
commodity/service has a
corresponding Object Credit Certificate, which includes the information
related to transaction
information is from provider rather than the information of the second

Credit Certificate.
The two parties of transaction are the first terminal and the
commodity/service provider. When
the first terminal confirms to acceptance of Object Credit Certificate, and
generate the order

[96] Further, the target data may be the executive object configured the
required functions by data
provider or the read method of target data.
[97] In the solution above, the first terminal screens the target second
terminals based on the required
information of the target data of the provider and sends the required
information of the target data
to the second terminals. It enables the target second terminals and the
corresponding target data to
send to the first terminal or transfer the target data or its permission or
its ownership to the first
terminal or permit the target data or its permission or its ownership to the
first terminal. The first
terminal obtains the target data or its permission or its ownership. This
process is for the target data
interaction. Therefore, the first terminal describes the characteristic
information of data interaction

to the server; thereinto, the required information includes the characteristic
information of the
target data from provider.
[101] Specifically, the characteristic information includes at least one of
the positive review's ratios, the
interaction rates of the target data's provider and the receiver's concern
area.
[102] When receiving the required information sent by the sending module 501,
the server combines the
required information and confirms whether the database includes at least two
data matching with
the required information. When confirming the data wherein the database, the
server responds the
required information of the first terminal and screens the most matched data
and searches out the
multiple corresponding second terminals.
[103] When confirming to search out at least two second terminals, the server
sends the interaction request
of the target data to the second terminals.
[104] The acquiring module is used to acquire the target data from the server
according to the required
information.
[105] In the solution above, this target data is an Object Credit Certificate
or an acquisition method
information of an Object Credit Certificate. This Object Credit Certificate is
a kind of web-based
electronic certificate integrated the target commodity/service information
from the target
commodity/service provider and the essential functions of electronic commerce.
[106] Further, acquisition method information of an Object Credit Certificate
is a link address of an
Object Credit Certificate, an Object Credit Certificate is used to provide the
target
commodity/service information and the essential functions of electronic
commerce. For example,
when the first terminal or the second terminal (or other interaction parties)
has the Object Credit
Certificate of commodity/service, the link address can be clicked or selected,
the certificate is
opened directly and showed in the webpage, the webpage is used to provide the
target
commodity/service information and the essential functions of electronic
commerce, such as the
introduction of target commodity/service, specifications, purchasing records,
reviews and the
jumpable order generation interface or the link button of payment interface
etc. More preferably,
all the functions of the required order generation are completed automatically
when the link can be
clicked. In this way, the order generation can be completed by one-click, even

[108] As mentioned above, the Object Credit Certificate is provided by the
commodity/service
provider (such as manufacturer of commodity) in advance, and every
commodity/service has a
corresponding Object Credit Certificate, which includes the information
related to transaction
information is from provider rather than the information of the second
terminal. Therefore,
when the first terminal receives this Object Credit Certificate, and the
function of electronic
commerce is achieved, and the order is generated according to this Object
Credit Certificate.
The two parties of transaction are the first terminal and the
commodity/service provider. When
the first terminal confirms to acceptance of Object Credit Certificate, and
generate the order
corresponding to the Object Credit Certificate, the payment for
commodity/service can be paid
to commodity/service provider, the provider will make a delivery when the
provider accepts
this order according to the information of the first terminal. The second
terminal is used to
acquire the Object Credit Certificate of commodity/service from provider and
send the Object
Credit Certificate to the buyer.
[109] Further, the target data may be the executive object configured the
required functions by data
provider or the read method of target data.
[110] In the solution above, the first terminal screens the target second
terminals based on the required
information of the target data of the provider and sends the required
information of the target data
to the second terminals. It enables the target second terminals and the
corresponding target data to
send to the first terminal or transfer the target data or its permission or
its ownership to the first
terminal, or permit the target data or its permission or its ownership to the
first terminal. The first
terminal obtains the target data or its permission or its ownership. This
process is for the target data
interaction. Therefore, the first terminal describes the characteristic
information of data interaction
objects, it enables the server to screen and match the characteristic
information accurately
according to this characteristic information. The interacting data is offered
by meeting with
requirement of the objects. On one hand, the efficiency of the first terminal
is improved, on the
other hand, the safety of data transmission is improved when the second
terminal transmits data.
[111] Please refer to Figure 6, Figure 6 is a schematic structural diagram of

characteristic information of the
target data from provider.
[113] When the first terminal needs the target data, the first terminal sends
the required information of
the target data to the server; thereinto, the required information includes
the characteristic
information of the target data from provider; specifically, the characteristic
information includes
at least one of the positive review's ratios, the interaction rates of the
target data's provider and
the receiver's concern area.
[114] Correspondingly, the receiving module 601 of the data interaction
processing device receives the
