In a hay rake, a bar to which the teeth are slung, carried on the rear end of a curved lever pivoted to the bar to which the teeth are attached, and having its front end depressed by draught on the whippletree and raised by the operating handle, all substantially as herein set forth and for the purposes described. 2nd.
