Les systèmes d'air comprimé tels que ceux utilisés dans les cabinets dentaires
et les hôpitaux produisent une condensation d'humidité dans le réservoir du
complesseur, à cause des variations de pression inhérentes aux départs et arrêtssuccessifs de ce dernier. Cette eau ainsi accumulée dans le réservoir devient unincubateur naturel pour l'infection. De plus, la qualité de l'air à son point d'utilisation
(soit dans la bouche du patient) est tributaire de l'atmosphère ambiante où se trouve la
prise d'air du complesseur et il n'existe préæntement aucun moyen de contrer cette
contamination. La présente invention est un autoclave dynamique à sec qui,
par infra-rouge, chauffe l'air comprimé à 200 degrés C, sous une pression de 100 à
150lbs/po2, en le faisant circuler à haute vélocité dans un serpentin de cuivre.Ces actions combinées (température, pression) assurent aux utilisateurs
un air comprimé aseptique et un système prévenant toute prolifération bactérienne à
l'ensemble du réseau.
