ABSTRACT
A thin plate of a flexible material is to cover any liquid
that may harden when exposed to the atmosphere. When the
vessel is opened, and only part of the liquid is used and
the vessel is resealed aqain, the atmosphere which is
trapped within the closed vessel containinq the liquid will
cause the liguid to harden. The thin flexible plate is
lowered onto the liquid, before the vessel is resealed,
thereby, cutting off any of the atmosphere remaining in the
resealed vessel from the liquid. When the liguid is needed
again, the thin flexible plate is removed from the top of
the liquid, thereby the liguid would be free of any
hardened surface. The plate can be cleaned and reused.
