English Abstract

A DISLODGEABLE UTILITY AND/OR SAFETY COMPARTMENT CHAMBER DESIGNED TO PERFORM A USEFUL FUNCTION DURING DAILY OPERATIONS AND TO PROVIDE A MEASURE OF ESCAPE AND/OR PROTECTION DURING A CATASTROPHE OR ACCIDENT.AN INNER CHAMBER ACCESIBLE BY A MODIFIABLE RECESSED OPENING DEPENDENT ON UTILITY CONCERNS.THE INNER CHAMBER ROTATES WITHIN AN OUTER SHELL BY BEARING AND OR OTHER MEANS GIVING OCCUPANTS OR CARGO WITHIN THE INNER CHAMBER A MEASURE OF STABILITY AND ISOLATION. French Abstract

Un service utilitaire pouvant être délogé et / ou une chambre de compartiment de sécurité conçus pour remplir une fonction utile pendant les opérations quotidiennes et pour fournir une mesure d'évacuation et/ou de protection au cours d'une catastrophe ou d'un accident. Une chambre intérieure accessible par une ouverture encastrée modifiable dépend des préoccupations du service utilitaire. La chambre intérieure tourne à l'intérieur d'une coque extérieure par roulement et/ou par tout autre moyen donnant aux occupants ou au fret dans la chambre intérieure une mesure de stabilité et d'isolement. Le but de l'unité étant de faciliter l'acheminement rapide de leur placement/retrait à bord du navire/barge, train, avion ou tout autre véhicule de transport et pour sauver des vies dans l'éventualité d'une catastrophe. En outre, le concept est adapté de manière à prendre la forme d'un restaurant, d'un centre médical, d'une chambre d'alimentation compartimentée ou pour personnaliser/compartimenter/localiser tout service utilitaire ou fonction requis. Il est ainsi possible de rendre l'application autonome.

The embodiments of the invention in which an exclusive property
or privledge is claimed are defined as follows:
1) A dislodgable utility and safety compartment chamber made for
rail, ship, aircraft, other craft and stand alone applications
comprising an inner chamber rotatable on a series of bearing
means inside an outer shell, with access to said inner chamber by
a recessed entry.
2) A chamber as defined in claim 1 in which the said outer shell
has windows, has a cap and a set of lifting lugs attached, and
resides in a set of saddles and feet, with a generator ring on
the outside circumference of the said outer shell and with the
said recessed entry having ropes attached along with a ramp, a set
of stairs leading to a door, a subsequent set of stairs, a grating
floor which expels water through an inner cone and an outer cone,
from the said grating then leading to one or more of the
following: a passenger interior, a restaurant interior, a storage
interior, a sleeper cabin interior, a medical centre
interior, having windows.
3) A dislogable utility and safety compartment chamber for marine
survival and other marine craft functions comprising: an inner
chamber rotatable on bearing means and shaft means inside an
outer shell residing in saddles and feet which is covered with a
jacket of floatation material, gaining access to an interior of

said inner chamber by ropes and a recessed entry leading to a
perforated travel tube,a self closing door,proceding along said
travel tube, gaining access to a subsequent self closing
door,stepping into an intermediate zone, leading to an access hole
it said bearing means,accessing the said inner chamber which
contains seats with seatbelts,a storage area,furnishings,and said
perforations in the said travel tube draining water between an
outer cone and an inner cone, the water exiting at an opening
between a front flange plate and said outer cone, the said flame
plate,said inner and said outer cone and said travel tube
positioned by ribs,having a hole drilled through a cap and a
shaft, for breathing air,seatable by a plug.
4) A chamber as defined in claim 1 or claim 2 or claim 3 in which
the chamber rests in a nesting bed.
