unimpeded access to the fixed spindle for insertion of the hollow core pre-formed roll of
continous material in preparation for its dispensing.
3. An apparatus as defined in claim 1 or claim 2, in which the continous rolled
material flows through a slotted opening lying pararell to the aforementioned fixed spindle in
preparation for removing the desired quantity of material from the continous roll.
4. An apparatus as defined in claim 1, claim 2, and claim 3, which has a tear bar
afixed to the outer surface, immediately in front of and pararell to the above noted
dispensing slot, having a surated surface to assist in the removal of non perforated
continously rolled materials in the desired quantity.

5. An apparatus as defined in claim 1, claim 2, claim 3 and claim 4, which has
low profile, round rubber feet attached to each of the four corners of its bearing surface and
a rectangular magnetic strip attached to the center of the bearing surface so as to lie both
