English Abstract

The set comprises a light case with thin walls of a
laminar material forming an enclosure containing a comb
and/or scissors, made of a low-cost synthetic moulded
material, sterilised at a temperature in excess of 300°C
and intended to be used once only.
The set is destined to prevent disease derived from
a hairdresser's implement coming into contact with the
skin of different individuals.

Claims

CLAIMS
1.- A disposable hairdresser's set, essentially
characterised by comprising a casing constituted by a
part with a laminar structure of straight, elongate
rectangular shape, having longitudinal fold lines that
make it easier to be assembled as an extremely slim and
elongate case which makes up a sealed enclosure by heat
sealing the shorter sides and longitudinal edges, the
latter forming a central longitudinal flange, which
enclosure has sufficient capacity to contain a comb
and/or scissors, both implements being sterilised at a
temperature in excess of 300°C, said implements being
made of a low-cost moulded material to be used once only.

Description

~ ~lCATION
The present invention relates to a fli cpos~hl R
hairdresser ' 8 set .
It is well-known that one of the means through which
5 ~iqeAC~c are indirectly spread amongst individual6 is due
to contacting with objects used by the fl;~e~cF~d. This is
why sharing combs and other i 1~ L~ may clearly easily
spread irreversi~le or barely ~ hle ~ic"~c.,~, such
as parasitic and particularly infectious f~i COFlCr~
Professional hairdressing ; _ 1~ LL clearly come
into contact with a large number of individuals, thereby
bringing a~out conditions that pose a considerable threat
of healthy individuals being infected upon the presence
of only one ~; cF~c~rl individual.
The set subject of the present invention has been
conceived to solve this current problem, contributing
prophylactic advantages derived from its YLlU~:LUL~ and
configuration, and its use in both the professional and
private f ields, or elsewhere, avoid the spreading of
20 diseases by direct contagion.
Broadly speaking, the set propo5ed herein ccmprises
an elongate and ~xLL, -ly slim case made of a laminar
ctructure~ preferably paper, sealed tightly at itg edges
by heat welding, housing within it a comb that shall have
25 been fully sterilised at a t _LClLULe in excess of 300-,
fresh from the sterilising machine, and/or also similarly
sterilised scissors. The set is preferably to be used by
hairdressers, although it could also be used elsewhere,
namely at home, hotels, rest homes, when travelling, at
30 film studios and wheresoever a comb is commonly used.
Implements p~k~fl under the conditions aforesaid
are made of a low-cost moulded or like material, and are
solely to be used once by the same person, the user being
thus assured of the use of sterile implements, at no risk
35 of contagion.

P'or ease of explanation, attached hereto is a sheet
of drawings illustrating an I ` ~; L that is cited only
as an example.
In the drawings:
Figure 1 is an open, unfolded view of the disposable
set according to the example;
Figure 2 shows the closed set;
Figure 3 i8 a cross-section of t_e set along III-
III .
With reference to the figures, the embodiment shows
a ~i~pos:~hle hairdresser's set which comprises a laminar
casing, g~nerally designated -1-, made of paper or a
6imilar material, comprising longitudinal fold lines,
designated -2-, through which an enclosure is composed
that is kept sealed by heat sealing three sides -3-, -4-
and -5 - -
A comb -6- and/or scissors -7- sterilised in a
suitable machine at a temperature in excess of 300-C or
using any other sterilisation system are inserted before
the casing is closed. The above set has a slim, elongate
~Lr ~l~iLuL~ which fosters the p~rk~;n~ of grouped units
and carriage of one or more of said units in a pocket.
The set is basically destined to be used by hairdressers
and the idea is to dispose of the various i _ 1~ L
co~b and scissors, after f;n;chin~ work with someone.
Reference lines -8- run parallel to the shorter
sides for the casing -1- to be cut open.
