English Abstract


A conveyor belt (1) for conveying materials at variable chosen inclines,
having a semi hexagonal throughed belt and flat belt configuration,
incorporating interlinked telescoping triple cleat assemblies comprising one
central retention cleat (2) of a rigid material, one left (3) and one right
(5) hand lateral seal cleat of elastomeric material, with each respective
attachment base extension (4, 6) secured and located perpendicular to the
outer belt loop plane, aligned transversely symmetrically to the longitudinal
center line of belt at substantially longitudinal incremental spacings, with
the semi hexagonal folded up belt through sides (19, 20) delimiting individual
boxes. The left and right hand lateral seal cleats positioned inserted into
the central retention cleat profile abyss insomuch as to maintain a
telescoping proximity, forming thereby a constant interlinked triple cleat
assembly, with the belt being the linking member.


French Abstract

L'invention concerne une bande transporteuse (1) destinée à transporter des matériaux avec des déclivités sélectionnées variables, présentant une configuration de bande en auge semi-hexagonale et de bande plate, comportant des ensembles de trois tasseaux télescopiques reliés entre eux et comprenant un tasseau de rétention central (2) constitué d'une matériau rigide, un tasseau étanche latéral gauche (3) et un tasseau étanche latéral droit (4) constitués d'un matériau élastomère. Chaque prolongement respectif du socle de fixation (4, 6) est assujetti et positionné perpendiculairement au plan extérieur de la bande en boucle, et aligné transversalement symétriquement par rapport à l'axe médian longitudinal de la bande avec des espacements incrémentiels sensiblement longitudinaux, les côtés (19, 20) de l'auge semi-hexagonale de la bande repliée délimitant des cases individuelles. Les tasseaux étanches latéraux gauche et droit sont positionnés par insertion dans le puits profilé du tasseau de rétention central de manière à assurer une proximité télescopique, formant ainsi un ensemble de trois tasseaux reliés entre eux constamment, la bande étant l'élément de liaison.
