generally flexible material. A sounding mechanism within the doll
provides audible sounds produced as desired by the user. A manual
operative drive mechanism is connected to an 'ON/OFF' switch at the
back of the doll providing audible mufti lingual reading of a
corresponding prayer book provided in any and all languages. Audio

SPECIFICATION-
A.) Complete Description
'PRAYER DOLLS'
This invention relates to educational purposes, more particularly to biblical
morals and values taught throughout the scriptures enclosed in the said
Prayer Book. The principal object is to provide a doll that will aid in
teaching children scriptural verses. This invention relates to talking/reading
dolls of the type having a prerecorded micro-cassette and it's mechanism.
Another object of this doll invention and scriptural prayer book is to provide
a doll that will improve a child's overall memory of scripture while
simultaneously providing a surrogate companion for a child that is
meaningful as the male and female dolls depict biblical characters.
The 'Prayer Dolls' provide an educational doll that is simple in design,
inexpensive to manufacture, rugged in construction and easy to use. The
readings are played from beginning to end in the exact sequence in which
they are prerecorded on the micro-cassette. An activating switch activates
the micro-cassette mechanism play a prerecorded educational scripture. The
talking/reading doll is structured so that the activating switch on the back
of
the doll will immediately turn the power on and play the educational
scripture on a speaker on the chest of the doll and with the adjusted level of
play. The audio-recorded sound will cue the child as to when the child must
turn the pages in the Prayer Book in order to follow along with the reading
of the doll.
