English Abstract

In the event of an ear-plug attachment system to eye-wear
designed to comfortably inserted into the Human ear and to
protect the hearing of the Human Being in a noisy environment. It
is known to have a swivel and ball-joint tube apparatus attached
by a screw or pin to the eye-wear temple piece, to freely move in
all directions for a comfortable and precise insertion fit of all
shapes and sizes of the Human ear. In this invention the foam
ear-plug section is inserted into the swivel extension tube to be
extended for adjustment or removal. The ear-plug foam can also be
removed from the section to be replaced by a new one.

CLAIMS
The embodiments of the invention in which an exclusive property or
privilege is claimed are defined as follows:
(1). A flexible ear-plug attachment system, secured to a chosen
eye-wear, to protect the hearing of a human being in a noisy
environment comprising, a ball-joint with extending arm, a swivel
with an extension tube and a section part carrying a foam ear-plug
that adapts into the swivel extension tube.
(2). An ear-plug attachment system as defined in claim (1) in
which a section part, carrying the foam ear-plug, is designed for
a comfortable insertion, of the foam ear-plug, into a human ear
and is shaped to adapt into the swivel extension tube.
(3). An ear-plug attachment system as defined in claim (1) or
claim (2) in which a swivel and ball-joint assembly that allows
the movement, of the foam ear-plug, in all directions for a
comfortable and precise insertion, of the foam ear-plug, into a
human ear. The swivel as an extension tube which the section part

SPECIFICATION
This invention relates to safety products, an ear-plug system
attachment to a chosen protective eye-wear, protecting the hearing
of the human being in a noisy environment.
It is common for the worker, in a noisy environment, wearing
protective ear-plugs to lose them as they are removed when spoken
to.
I have found that this disadvantage can be overcome with a very
flexible attachment system to the eye-wear carrying the ear-plug.
In the Photographs which illustrate embodiments of the invention,
Photograph "1" is a view of the era-plug attachment system secured
to the temple piece of a chosen eye-wear,
Photograph "2" is a close-up front view of the same embodiments,
Photograph "3" is a view, of the same chosen eye-wear, folded with
the ear-plug attachment systems secured to the temple pieces of
the same chosen eye-wear and
Photograph "4" illustrates a partly disassemble view of the ear-
plug attachment system.
The ea r plug attachment system illustrated comprises arm ball-
joint extension (1) which is secured with a screw (2) to the
temple piece (3), of the chosen eye-wear, which can be rotated for
adjustment, (to move the ear-plug (8) closer or further from the
ear.). The ball-joint (4) extents to a swivel (5) which a tube
extension (6) is attached, to extend to a further section part (7)
that is shaped to fit into the tube extension (6) for adjustment
or removal. The ear-plug foam (8) can be removed from the section
part (7) for replacement, from a hole (~.) that adapts a small
shaft (10) that extents from the foam ear-plug (8).
