English Abstract

This new design unit features the following concepts, combined in one unit,
which can be
transported to service or production gas and oil wells.
1. A 140 barrel tank consisting of 2 compartments with an 8 inch butterfly
valve to
facilitate flow to either compartment.
2. A vertical ABSA approved separator mounted on tank, sized for welt, to
control, safely,
sour or sweet gas.
3. A portable flare stack to burn off sweet or sour gas safely at required
distance from well,
connected to tank-mounted separator with field-attached piping.

Claims

Note: Claims are shown in the official language in which they were submitted.

CLAIMS
We, the inventors of this new design, Ezy Tester, claim that we have united
three pieces of
equipment into one unit. Complete with a tank, vertical attached fold-down
separator and attached
flare stack complete with remote ignites and pilot light. This unit safely
addresses handling off
sweet or sour gases encountered in testing or servicing existing wells. As
well, our unit efficiently
has all three pieces of equipment incorporated into one unit. Also, using a
proven vertical separator
as part of the unit, it is a new and efficient design to safely separate gas
from liquid, which is a
serious health concern today.

Description

DESCRIPTION
(hu new design addresses the problem in the oil and gas industry today,
controlling gases safely,
whether sweet or sour, when servicing an existing well.
(hir design incorporates an ABSA (Alberta Boilers Safety Association) approved
oilfield vertical
separator mounted on tank to safely break out gas which is then piped to our
portable flare stack via
attached piping. It is then burned off' with our pilot light and igniter
system, remotely.
(7ur design combines 3 units together: 1) Test tank, 2) oilfield ABSA approved
sealed vertical gas
separator, and 3) flare stack with remote igniter.
