Injection system of a combustion chamber of a turbomachine comprising a fuel injection nozzle effecting the vaporization of the fuel in the combustion chamber and a mixer/deflector assembly coaxial with the said injection nozzle and which effects the mixing of the oxidizing agent/fuel blend and diffuses it in the combustion chamber, the said mixer/deflector assembly comprising a primary swirler (40) and a secondary swirler (42) disposed axially at a determined distance from one another and separated by a venturi device (44) disposed coaxially with the injection nozzle, the primary swirler being fixed solidarily to the injection nozzle and separated from the latter by a constant radial distance, determined in a manner such that the fuel vaporized by the injection nozzle can in no way impact the primary swirler. Preferentially, the venturi device has an interior surface (44A) presenting on an upstream part a discontinuity of slope P.
