BRIEFS
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
1. Field of the Invention .
This invention relates to briefs, particularly to
those provided with a long pouch with enough space for a
penis to extend therein even when erected.
2. Description of the Prior Art
Conventional male underpants are generally
divided into shorts and briefs, and the former are used
mainly by the old, and the latter shown in Fig. 6 are
popular among the young or the adolescent. However, the
conventional briefs usually tightly wrap the lower body,
with little space for the penis of a wearer to extend. So
the wearer may feel oppressed and uncomfortable during
making exercise. Moreover, when a wearer of the
conventional briefs wakes up after a sleep in the morning,
his penis may often erect to reach the waistband and
bend, causing unfavorable effect to the normal growth of
the young.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
In view of the drawback of the conventional briefs,
this invention has been devised to offer improved briefs
with a long pouch to give enough space for the penis of a
wearer to extend and comfortable feeling in wearing.
The feature of the invention is a long pouch formed
between an upper opening and two leg holes, and the long

pouch has a length extending up and beyond the upper
opening to be provided with enough space for the penis
of a wearer to extend therein even when erected.
BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF DRAWINGS
This invention will be better understood by
referring to the accompanying drawings, wherein:
Figure 1 is a perspective view of a first preferred
embodiment of briefs in the present invention;
Figure 2 is a front view of the first preferred
embodiment of briefs in the present invention, showing
it worn on a body;
Figure 3 is a side view of the first preferred
embodiment of briefs in the present invention, showing
it worn on a body;
Figure 4 is a perspective view of a second
preferred embodiment of briefs in the present invention;
Figure 5 is a perspective view of a third preferred
embodiment of briefs in the pesent invention; and,
Figure 6 is a front view of conventional briefs
worn on a body.
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED
EMBODIMENTS
Figs. 1 and 2 show a first preferred embodiment of
briefs in the invention, which includes an upper opening
11 for a waist, two leg holes 12 formed in a lower portion
for legs, a flexible waist band 13 sewn around the upper
opening 11, and a long pouch 14 formed between the

upper opening 11 and the two leg holes 12 and having a
space large enough for receiving the penis 20 of a wearer
even when erected. In addition, the pouch 14 has a length
extending up beyond the upper opening 11, is located in
front of the waistband 13, with the lower half portion
being wider than the upper half portion. Moreover, a
protective side cloth 15 is sewn additionally at two
vertical inner sides of the pouch 14, which then has a
curved outer surface for keeping stably the balls of a
wearer and to match with the shape of the briefs 10.
As shown in Figs. 1, 2 and 3, the first preferred
embodiment of briefs 10 can let the penis 20 of a wearer
to be received in the pouch 14 and limited therein by the
two protective sides 15 not to extend out of the pouch 14.
In addition, during exercise, a wearer can have the penis
move around in the pouch 14, feeling not oppressed,
and let the penis 20 extend completely straight in the
pouch 14 even when erected, not to be restricted to bend
by the waistband 13, so the young and the adolescent can
20 grow normally.
Next, Fig. 4 shows a second preferred embodiment
of briefs in the invention, which includes an upper
opening 31, two leg holes 32 formed in a lower portion, a
flexible waistband 33, a long pouch 34 and two
protective sides 35.
The flexible waistband 33 is sewn around the upper
opening 31, and the long pouch 34 is located between the

upper opening 31, and the two leg holes 32 and behind the
waistband 33, having a length extending up and beyond
the upper opening 31 and a lower half portion wider than
an upper half portion. Then the protective sides 35 are
sewn at the two sides of the pouch 34.
Moreover, the pouch 34 has an outer curved-up
surface to enable the balls of a wearer to be stabilized
therein and to match with the shape of the briefs, so the
second preferred embodiment of briefs can function just
as the first one, with the long pouch 34 having a space
enough for the penis to move around and to extend as
well even when erected, in addition to let the balls to
stabilize therein.
Next, Fig. 5 shows a third preferred embodiment of
briefs in the invention, which includes an upper opening
41, two large leg holes 42, a flexible waistband 43, a
long pouch 44 between the upper opening 41 and the two
large leg holes and located in front of the waistband 43
to extend up and beyond the upper opening 41, and two
protective sides 45 at the two sides of the pouch 44.
So the third preferred embodiment of briefs also
has the same function as that of the first and the second
one, needless to describe it here.
While the preferred embodiments of the invention
have been described above, it will be recognized and
understood that various modifications may be made
therein and the appended claims are intended to cover all

such modifications that may fall within the spirit and
scope of the invention.
