The invention relates to a low-cost combustion-chamber injector device that has sturdier construction and is safer for use. For said purpose, the invention proposes configuring the parts specifically such as to be nested, in order to dispense with welding between the cellular parts. Specifically, the device (2) for injecting a fuel-air mix comprises, centred on a single axis (X'X), a swirl chamber (40) having at least two annular air-suction parts (22, 24), a centring guide and a retainer ring (21). The annular parts (22, 24) have cellular conduits (25a, 25a') connecting to coaxial inner and outer Venturi tubes (26, 28). The parts are coaxially mounted, the inner part (24) being suitable for being self-centred in the outer part (22) by engagement of the axial and radial walls and then, after assembly, the outer part (22) is welded to the retainer ring (21) and to the inner part (24) in a single radial plane.
L'invention vise à réaliser un dispositif d'injection de chambre de combustion de coût réduit, plus robuste en fabrication et plus sûre en utilisation. Pour ce faire, l'invention propose de configurer les pièces selon un emboîtement particulier permettant de s'affranchir du soudage entre les pièces alvéolaires. Plus précisément, le dispositif d'injection (2) d'un mélange carburant - air comporte, centrés sur un même axe (X'X), un tourbillonneur (40) ayant au moins deux pièces annulaires d'aspiration d'air (22, 24), un guide de centrage et une bague de retenue (21 ). Les pièces annulaires (22, 24) présentent des conduits alvéolaires (25a, 25a') débouchant dans des venturis coaxiaux interne et externe (26, 28). Les pièces sont montées coaxialement, la pièce interne (24) étant apte à être auto-centrée dans la pièce externe (22) par mise en contact de parois axiales et radiales puis, après assemblage, la pièce externe (22) est soudée à la bague de retenue (21 ) et à la pièce interne (24) dans un même plan radial.
