English Abstract

In some embodiments of the present disclosure a novel and advantageous
electric wick
for an electronic candle is provided, whereby the electronic wick approximates
a real
wick. The wick may include an electronic flame, for use with an electric
candle. The
wick may move up and/or down, side to side, may undulate, or have a wave like
motion,
and/or may remain stationary. Movement of the electric wick may be cyclical or
generally chaotic. An electronic flame may move or remain stationary.

Detailed Description of the Preferred Embodiment
[0017] A novel ELECTRIC WICK FOR ELECTRIC CANDLE will be described
hereinafter. Although the invention is described in terms of specific
illustrative
embodiment(s), it is to be understood that the embodiment(s) described herein
are by way
of example only and that the scope of the invention is not intended to be
limited thereby.
[0018] A novel and advantageous electronic wick, which may or may not include
an
electronic flame and an electronic candle are described herein. The electronic
wick may
move up and/or down and/or side to side, may undulate, or have a wave like
motion, or
may remain stationary. Any movement of the wick may be cyclical or generally
chaotic.
A flame may move and/or remain stationary. Color may be associated with wick
and/or
flame. The color(s) may be any suitable color, including one or a combination
of, for
example, green, blue, orange, yellow, red, brown, black, purple, or any other
color. The
electronic wick, flame, and/or candle may be configured to approximate a
living flame.
