English Abstract

The utility model claims a draw rod structure for drawer, comprising a front
panel and a rear
panel piece located on the rear panel. The front panel and the rear panel
piece are connected via a
draw rod; one end of the draw rod is in threaded connection with a draw rod
connecting piece; an
iron core is installed at the end of the draw rod connecting piece in a
rotatable manner; the iron
core is provided with an expandable rubber screw; the draw rod is rotated by
the expandable
rubber screw to drive the iron core to perform transverse rotation so that the
expandable rubber
screw will be expanded, thus the draw rod can be secured on the front panel;
the other end of the
draw rod is connected with a draw rod clamp; the draw rod clamp is connected
with the rear
panel piece. Through the improvement of the above mentioned structure in this
utility model, the
expandable rubber screw expands by rotating the iron core, thus locating the
draw rod on the
front panel, and the other end is connected with the rear panel piece via the
draw rod clamp;
compared to the prior art, no tools are required for disassembly of the front
panel and rear panel,
which greatly simplifies the drawer disassembly process and minimizes the
manufacturing cost.
Moreover, the structure has angle adjustment function due to the front panel,
so the structure is
advantaged in high practicability.

DRAW ROD STRUCTURE FOR DRAWER
Technical Field
This utility model relates to a draw rod structure for drawer.
Background Art
In June 19, 2013, the Chinese invention (patent No.: CN103156417A) disclosed a
square drawer
heightening rod, and an assembly and disassembly method thereof. The square
drawer
heightening rod comprises a square rod which is connected between a drawer
front panel and a
drawer rear panel. A dismountable fixed seat is arranged between two ends of
the square rod; the
fixed seat at one end of the square rod is connected with a length adjusting
device, while the
fixed seat at the other end of the square rod is fixedly installed on the
drawer rear panel; the
length adjusting device is fixedly installed on the drawer front panel;
assembly notches are
formed at two ends of the square rod, and the fixed seats are connected with
the square rod
through the assembly notches. An elastic bulge is arranged in the middle of
each fixed seat;
elastic buckles, troughs, and round holes which penetrate below the elastic
buckles are
symmetrically arranged at two ends of each fixed seat; squares holes matched
with the elastic
bulge are formed at two ends of the square rod. According to the invention,
the structure
overcomes the defects that a round drawer heightening rod is poor in strength
and not stable in
connection and solves the problem that left-side and right-side parts of a
square heightening rod
in the prior art are not interchangeable and cannot match with each other to
use; however, the

CA 02840899 2014-01-29
invention is disadvantaged in complex structure, high manufacturing cost,
unsatisfactory effect
in actual use, failing to meet user demand. Therefore, it is necessary to make
further
improvement.
Summary of the Utility Model

expandable rubber screw
will be expanded, thus the draw rod can be secured on the front panel; the
other end of the draw
rod is connected with a draw rod clamp; the draw rod clamp is connected with
the rear panel
piece.
Said iron core appears flat; the ends thereof are bosomy and arranged in the
expandable rubber
screw; an oval through hole is located in the expandable rubber screw; the
iron core appears flat,
and the iron core and the expandable rubber screw generate features of a
mechanism with a cam
during rotation, thus expanding the expandable rubber screw provided with two
semi-open
expansion flares.

Brief Description of the Drawings
FIG. 1 shows a schematic diagram of the breakdown structure of an example of
the utility model.
FIGS. 2-5 show schematic diagrams of the structure installation process of an
example of the
utility model.
Specific Embodiments
The utility model will be further described below combined with the attached
drawings and
examples.
According to FIG. 1, the draw rod structure for drawer comprises a front panel
(8) and a rear
panel piece (9) located on the rear panel; the front panel (8) and the rear
panel piece (9) are
connected via a draw rod (6); one end of the draw rod (6) is in threaded
connection with a draw
rod connecting piece (4); an iron core (2) is installed at the end of the draw
rod connecting piece
(4) in a rotatable manner; the iron core (2) is provided with an expandable
rubber screw (1); the
draw rod (6) is rotated by the expandable rubber screw (1) to drive the iron
core (2) to perform
transverse rotation so that the expandable rubber screw (1) will be expanded,
thus the draw rod
(6) can be secured on the front panel (8); the other end of the draw rod (6)
is connected with a
draw rod clamp (7); the draw rod clamp (7) is connected with the rear panel
piece (9).
Specifically, said iron core (2) appears flat; the ends thereof are bosomy and
arranged in the
expandable rubber screw (1); an oval through hole is located in the expandable
rubber screw (1);
the iron core (2) appears flat, and the iron core and the expandable rubber
screw (1) generate
features of a mechanism with a cam during rotation, thus expanding the
expandable rubber screw
(1) provided with two semi-open expansion flares. A connecting part (4.1) is
arranged at the end

of said draw rod connecting piece (4); and the iron core (2) is arranged on
the connecting part
(4.1) via a pin bolt (3). A clamping part (7.1) is located on said draw rod
clamp (7), and
connected with the rear panel piece (9) via the clamping part (7.1).
To shelter exposed fittings in a better way, said draw rod (6) is further
provided with a draw rod
sleeve (5) capable of performing axial movement along the draw rod (6), and
the draw rod sleeve

rotate 90 and make the expansion flares of the expandable rubber screw (1)
expand, so that
the expandable rubber screw (1) can be expanded and secured in the hole of the
front panel (8).
The draw rod (6) is pulled downwards, and the draw rod clamp (7) at the tail
is detained in the
trough of the rear panel piece (8); if the draw rod clamp (7) fails to align
with the trough, the
draw rod (6) or the draw rod clamp (7) may be rotated for accurate location.
The draw rod sleeve (5) is pushed forwards, and detained in the trough of the
expandable rubber
screw (1) to shelter the connecting portion of exposed fittings.
