Patent application No. C1-01202015
Warning light(s), called "flashing parking out light(s)" for better and saver
backing up out of a
hidden/between cars parking space (or similar situations), public or private
to avoid any
unwanted interference or collision.
General Scope:
The task is to incorporate a flashing blue (or any other street-legal colour)
light to make passerby cars
or pedestrian aware that a parked (backing up) car make the attempt to back up
into a driving isle, etc.
without have a free view of the traffic. A flashing light at the end of a car
moving out of the parking
spot will therefor make any passer by aware to proceed very carefully and to
stop if required.
Note: This "flashing backup light" should be a standard part to any passenger
car type, Van's, SUV's
and even trucks and motorbikes (below named as vehicles and applying for all).
Proposed Execution to above scope:
There are two scenarios to be considered to introduce this flashing parking
out light / backing up light.
A. Incorporated as standard piece of a new vehicle by the car manufactures.
B. As an installed provision in a vehicle for the "flashing parking out
light" to completed at
a later date.
Patent Scheme-Application-A.
At new vehicles, installed during production or a ready prepared provision for
easy completion at a
later date after production of the new vehicle.
In new vehicles for design and production an additional blue (or any street-
legal accepted colour) light
bulb to be added into the rear light assembly design (optional one side only
is not ideal and advisable,
but possible to save production costs). A manufacturer modification to allow
the present rear lights is
the recommended solution and will not require only minor changes to a rear
light fixtures without the
need to enlarge the outer face of the light assembly avoiding impact on the
car body. The "parking out
light" is intended to be connected to the wiring system of the backup lights
at the rear end and activated
in accordance and simultaneously with it.
