[2] The present invention relates to the field of information interaction,
and in particular, to a
method and an interaction device for establishing an interactive relationship.
[3] [Background Technology]
[4] With the wide application and popularity of the Internet, more and more
people establish
social networks through the Internet. Online shopping has gradually become one
of the
most popular shopping methods of modem people.
[5] At present, the existing methods for establishing social relations
include open and closed.
Wherein, the open way to establish social relations is to establish social
relationships
between strangers; the method of establishing social relationships in closed
forms is to
know the account information of each other and confirm each other before
social relations
can be established.
[6] With the development of E-commerce, more and more users are shopping
through the
Internet. People also want to expand their social circles while shopping.
However, in the
existing technology, the method of expanding social circles is generally only
be expanded
through social media, such as through some social software platforms, which
are more
traditional and less effective. No matter what kind of social way, the use of
existing
methods of building social relationships can't be combined with E-commerce
activities.
[7] [Summary of the Invention]
[8] The technical problem to be solved by the present invention is to
provide a method for
establishing an interactive relationship and an interaction device, which is
capable of
establishing a social relationship with a target party of the target data when
the target data
is obtained.
[9] In order to solve the above technical problem, a first technical
solution adopted by the
present invention is to provide a method for establishing an interactive
relationship, where
the method includes: the first terminal delivers the interaction requirements
to the server
and receives the user list of the second terminal of the interaction
requirement that the
server delivers to match the interaction requirements, Wherein the interaction
requirement
at least includes an identifier of the target data and service information of
the target data
provider; and according to the selection of the second terminal users in the
user list, the
first terminal user delivers interactive requests to the server to establish
interaction
relationship with the selected second terminals; receiving a data list of the
second terminal

delivered by the server after receiving the interactive request, and according
to the
selection of the first terminal user, obtain the selected target data; wherein
the target data
included in the data list has the same service information as the target data

delivered to the server, making the server establish the interaction between
the first
terminal and the second terminal that delivers the target data as the
notification information
is received.
[10] In order to solve the above technical problem, a second technical
solution adopted in the
present invention is to provide a method for establishing an interactive
relationship, where
the method includes: the server receives a list of data delivered by the
second terminal; the
server delivers a user list of the second terminal of the interaction
requirements to the first
terminal based on the interaction requirements delivered by the first
terminal, where the
interactive request i the interaction requirements include at least the
identification of the
target data and the service information of the target data provider; receiving
an interactive
request delivered by the first terminal, wherein the interactive request
includes a second
terminal that establishes an interactive relationship and is selected by the
first terminal user
according to the user list;; delivering a data list of the second terminal to
the first terminal,
so that the first terminal acquires the target data according to the data
list; receiving the
notification information delivered by the first terminal from the second
terminal to the
target data, and establishing an interaction between the first terminal and a
second terminal
delivering the target data.
[11] In order to solve the above technical problem, a third technical
solution adopted by the
present invention is to provide an interaction device for establishing an
interactive
relationship, where the interaction device includes a delivery module, a
receiving module,
a request module, an acquisition module and a notification module. Where the
delivery
module is used to deliver an interaction requirement to a server, where the
interaction
requirement includes at least an identifier of target data and service
information of the
target data provider; and the receiving module is used to receive matching
information
delivered by the server, the request module is used to determine, according to
the user list
of the second terminal, a second terminal that needs to establish an
interactive relationship,
and deliver an interactive request to the server to obtain from the server;
wherein the target
data included in the data list and the target data contained in the
interaction requirement
have the same service information; and the acquisition module is used to get
the target data
based on the data list of the second terminal, wherein, the target data
included in the data
list includes the same service information as the target data included in the
interaction

requirements; the notification module is used to deliver notification
information to the
server after obtaining the target data, so that the server establish the
interaction between the
first terminal and the identified second terminal after receiving the
notification information

[12] In order to solve the above technical problem, a fourth technical
solution adopted by the
present invention is to provide an interaction device for establishing an
interactive
relationship, where the interaction device includes a storage module, a search
module, an
acquisition module, and a notification module; the storage module is used to
receive the list
of data delivered by the second terminal; the search module is used to search
a database for
a second terminal that matches the interaction requirement according to an
interaction
requirement delivered by a first terminal; and a searching module, and a user
list of the
second terminals search to the first terminal is delivered to the first
terminal when a second
terminal matching the interactive requirement is search; where the interaction
requirement
at least includes an identifier of the target data and service information of
the target data
provider; the acquisition module is used to obtain a data list of the second
terminal that
matches the interactive request when the interactive request delivered by the
first terminal
is received; and when the data list is acquired, deliver the data list to the
first terminal,
where the interactive request includes the user information of the identified
second
terminal, the target data included in the data list includes the same service
information as
the target data included in the interaction requirements; the notification
module is used to
establish an interactive relationship between the first terminal and the
identified second
terminal when the notification information is received to the first terminal.
Where the
notification information is delivered by the first terminal after acquiring
the target data
according to the data list of the second terminal.
[13] In order to solve the above technical problem, the fifth technical
solution adopted by the
present invention is to provide an interaction device for establishing an
interactive
relationship, where the interaction device includes an acquisition module, an
establishing
module, and a delivery module. The acquisition module is used to obtain the
target data.
Wherein the establishing module is used to establish a data list according to
the target data,
wherein the data list at least includes a user identifier of a second terminal
and an identifier
of the target data; and the delivery module is used to deliver to a server so
that the server
acquires a second terminal that matches the interaction requirement when
receiving the
interaction requirement delivered by the first terminal, where the interactive
requirements
include at least the identification of the target data and the service
information of the target
data provider.

[14] In the solution above, the first terminal delivers an interaction
requirement to the server to
obtain a list of the second terminals that match the interaction requirement
from the server,
and after determining the second terminal that needs to establish the
interactive relationship
according to the list of the second terminal, delivering an interactive
request to the server to
obtain a list of data from the server to determine the second terminal,
further according to
the data list of the second terminal, the target data is obtained. After
obtaining the target
data, the notification server establishes the interaction between the first
terminal and the
second terminal. The first terminal can establish an interactive relationship
with the holder
of the target data when the target data is obtained, so as to facilitate data
interaction
between the two parties. In addition, the server performs intelligent
selecting according to
the service quality information of the target data provider and then delivers
the data to the
terminal, to improve the search efficiency of interactive objects and network
data
transmission, delivery accuracy, reduce the ineffective transmission of
network data,
resource consumption.

for establishing an interactive relationship according to the present
invention. The
executive body in this example is a first terminal. The method for
establishing an
interaction in this example includes the following steps:

[25] S101: A first terminal delivers an interaction requirement to a
server, and receives a user
list delivered by the server and corresponding to the interactive request,
where the
interaction requirement includes at least the identification of the target
data and the service
information of the target data provider.

the second terminals that
match the interaction requirement from the local database according to the
interaction
requirement, and delivers the list to the first terminal. Correspondingly, the
first terminal
receives the user list of the second terminal.

[46] In the solution above, the first terminal delivers an interaction
requirement to the server to
obtain a list of second terminals that match the interaction requirement from
the server, and
after determining the second terminal that needs to establish the interactive
relationship
according to the list of the second terminal, delivering an interactive
request to the server to
obtain a list of data from the server to determine the second terminal,
further according to
the data list of the second terminal, the target data is obtained. After
obtaining the target
data, the notification server establishes the interaction between the first
terminal and the
second terminal. The first terminal can establish an interactive relationship
with the holder
of the target data when the target data is obtained, so as to facilitate data
interaction
between the two parties. In addition, the server delivers it to the first
terminal after the
intelligent selecting of the user service information of the second terminal,
to improve the
search efficiency of interactive objects and network data transmission,
delivery accuracy,
reduce the ineffective transmission of network data, resource consumption.
[47] The data interaction processing method in the example of the present
invention is described
below by way of example. Wherein, the first terminal is a buyer client
(hereinafter referred
to as buyer), and the second terminal is a seller client (hereinafter referred
to as seller), the
server is a server (hereinafter referred to as a server) running an E-commerce
platform.
[48] Specifically, the seller of the Object Credit Certificate with a
certain manufacturer's service
information (which can be a parcel post, freight insurance, a year warranty,
etc.) to
establish the interaction requirements of the social relationship, wherein the
interaction
requirement include the ID of the Object Credit Certificate and the type of
service
information. After receiving the interaction requirement, the server searches
the seller that
owns the service information and the identified Object Credit Certificate, and
delivers the
buyer a list of users matching the seller's request for interaction; wherein,
the user list
includes at least some information of the seller, the buyer receives the list
of users, obtains
the seller from whom the seller needs to establish a social relationship, and
delivers an
interactive request for establishing a social relationship with the seller to
the server, the
server receives the interactive request, deliver the seller's Object Credit
Certificate list to
the buyer, and after the buyer receives the list of Object Credit Certificate,
select the
required Object Credit Certificate from the Object Credit Certificate list,
after the
completion of the transaction, deliver a successful notification information
to the server,
the server receives the notification information and establishes a social
relationship

between the buyer and the seller, which can be an instant communication
relationship.
[49] As mentioned above, the Object Credit Certificate is provided in
advance by the provider
(for example, the manufacturer of the commodity), that is, each commodity /
service has a
corresponding Object Credit Certificate, and the Object Credit Certificate
contains
information related to The transaction information actually provides the
party's
information, not the second terminal's information. Therefore, when the first
terminal
accepts the Object Credit Certificate and uses the Object Credit Certificate
to implement
the E-commerce function to obtain the commodity / services, the first terminal
generates
the transaction order by using the Object Credit Certificate, and the actual

purchased.

provider to integrate the
functions required by the data interaction or the target data.

for establishing an interactive relationship according to the present
invention. The
executive body in this example is a server. The method for establishing an
interaction in
this example includes the following steps:

terminal

terminal, the server
may also establish an interactive relationship with the second terminal. For

implementation, please refer to the above description, which is not described
herein again.
[69] In the solution above, after receiving the interaction requirement of
the first terminal, the
server delivers the second terminal meeting the condition of interaction
requirement to the
first terminal, and \ when the first terminal is confirmed, the second
terminal that needs to
establish an interactive relationship is selected from the qualifying second
terminal, the
data list of the second terminal is delivered to the first terminal. When the
server confirms
that the first terminal obtains the target data from the data list, establish
the interaction
between the first terminal and the second terminal to facilitate the data
transmission of both
parties. In addition, the server performs intelligent screening according to
the user service
information of the second terminal and delivers it to the first terminal. It
improves the
searching efficiency of the interactive object and the accuracy of data
transmission and

data.

for establishing an interactive relationship according to the present
invention. The
executive body in this example is a second terminal. The method for
establishing an
interaction in this example includes the following steps:
[71] S301: A second terminal acquires target data and establishes a data
list according to the
target data, where the data list at least includes an identifier of the second
terminal and an
identifier of the target data.
[72] The second terminal downloads the target data from the target data
provider and establishes
a data list of the obtained target data. Wherein, the data list includes at
least one target data.
[73] S302: Deliver the data list to a server, so that when receiving the
interactive request
delivered by the first terminal, the server acquires a second terminal that

terminal matching the interaction requirement and delivers the second
terminal, which is
delivered from the server and interacts with the interaction requirement after
determining
the second terminal that needs to establish an interactive relationship from
the list of
matched second terminals, the determined data list of the second terminal can
be acquired
from the server, so that the server can determine, after confirming that the
first terminal
acquires the target data from the data list, establishing an interactive
relationship between
the second terminal and the first terminal.
[75] Wherein, the interactive requirements at least include mutual
requirement that includes at
least the identification of the target data, the category of the target data.
[76] It can be understood that the data list can be updated in real time by
the second terminal.
[77] In the solution above, after acquiring the target data, the second
terminal sets up a data list
and delivers the data list to the server. When the server determines the first
terminal of the
notification information that receives the received data, the interaction
between the second
terminal and the qualified first terminal is established.

of an example of an
interaction device for establishing an interactive relationship according to
the present
invention. The interaction device in this example is a first terminal. The
interaction device
in this example includes a delivery module 401, a receiving module 402, a
request module
403, an acquisition module 404, and a notification module 405.
[79] The delivery module 401 is used to deliver an interaction requirement
to a server, where
the interaction requirement includes at least an identifier of target data and
service
information of the target data provider.
[80] The receiving module 402 is used to receive a user list delivered by
the server and
corresponding to the second terminal that meets the interaction requirement.
[81] The request module 403 is used to determine, according to the user
list of the second
terminal, a second terminal that needs to establish an interactive
relationship, and deliver
an interactive request to the server, so as to obtain a list of data from the
second terminal
identified from the server; wherein the data list contains the same target
data as the target
data provider information included in the interactive requirements.
[82] The acquisition module 404 is used to acquire target data according to
the data list of the

information to the server after

interaction relationship.
[84] In the solution above, the first terminal delivers an interaction
requirement to the server to
obtain the user list of the second terminal that matches the interaction
requirement from the
server, and after determining the second terminal that needs to establish the
interactive
relationship according to the user list of the second terminal , delivering an
interactive
request to the server to obtain a list of data from the server to determine
the second
terminal, further according to the data list of the second terminal, the
target data is
obtained. After obtaining the target data, the notification server establishes
the interaction
between the first terminal and the second terminal. The first terminal can
establish an
interactive relationship with the second terminal when the target data is
