English Abstract

A method for establishing an interaction relationship, and an interaction device. A first terminal sends to a server an interaction requirement, and receives from the server a list of second terminal users matching the interaction requirement, said interaction requirement comprising at least a target data identifier as well as service quality information of a provider; sends to the server an interaction request to establish an interaction relationship with a selected second terminal; receives a data list of the second terminal from the server, and acquires the selected target data, the target data contained in the data list containing service quality information identical to that of the target data in the interaction requirement; and, upon acquiring the target data, sends notification information to the server, so as to allow the server to establish, upon receiving said notification information, an interaction relationship between the first terminal and the second terminal that sent the target data. Thus, a first terminal can, upon acquiring target data, establish an interaction relationship with a party in possession of target data, thereby facilitating data transmission between both interacting parties.


French Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé pour établir une relation d'interaction, ainsi qu'un dispositif d'interaction. Un premier terminal envoie à un serveur une exigence d'interaction, puis reçoit du serveur une liste d'utilisateurs de second terminal correspondant à l'exigence d'interaction, ladite exigence d'interaction comprenant au moins un identificateur de données cibles ainsi que des informations de qualité de service d'un fournisseur; envoie au serveur une demande d'interaction pour établir une relation d'interaction avec un second terminal sélectionné; reçoit une liste de données du second terminal en provenance du serveur et acquiert les données cibles sélectionnées, les données cibles contenues dans la liste de données contenant des informations de qualité de service identiques à celles des données cibles dans l'exigence d'interaction; et, lors de l'acquisition des données cibles, envoie des informations de notification au serveur, de manière à permettre au serveur d'établir, lors de la réception desdites informations de notification, une relation d'interaction entre le premier terminal et le second terminal ayant envoyé les données cibles. Claims:
1. A method of establishing interaction relationship between a first terminal
and a selected
target second terminal through a server for reducing repeated searching in an
ecommerce
transaction, applied in the first terminal, the method comprising:
configuring an object credit certificate as a network electronic certificate
that integrates
commodity information or a service information and an E-commerce function
provided
by a commodity provider or by a service provider;
delivering an interaction requirement to the server for improving search
efficiency and
accuracy based on specific filtering criteria, when the first terminal does
not know which
second terminal to connect with in a large-scale network database of the
ecommerce
transaction, wherein the interaction requirement includes at least one
filtering criteria,
wherein the filtering criteria includes at least an identification of a target
data and the
service information of a target data provider;
delivering an interactive request to the server according to the selected
target second
terminal when receiving a user list of a required second terminals from the
server in the
ecommerce transaction;
receiving a data list of the selected target second terminal to obtain the
target data directly
to place an order and reducing repeated searching at next purchasing time,
wherein the
target data in the data list includes the same information as the service
information of the
target data provider in the interaction requirement, wherein the target data
is the
information about the object credit certificate or an obtaining method of the
object credit
certificate; and

delivering notification to the server, after obtaining the target data of the
selected target
second terminal, to establish an interaction relationship between the first
terminal and the
selected target second terminal, wherein the interaction relationship includes
an instant
messaging relationship between the first terminal and the selected target

or a permission for the first terminal to obtain the data of the selected
target second
terminal or a relationship that the first terminal receives dynamic data
update of the
selected target second terminal for reducing repeated searching and placing
the order
directly.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the service information of the target data
provider
includes at least a logistics service information of the service provider.
3. The method of claim 2, wherein the service information of the target data
provider
includes at least an insurance service information of the service provider.
4. The method of any one of claims 2 to 3, wherein the service information of
the target data
provider includes at least an after-sales service information of the service
provider.
5. The method of claim 1, wherein the user list of the required second
terminals includes an
identifier of a second terminal.

identification information.

14. A method of establishing interaction relationship between a first terminal
and a selected
target second terminal through a server for reducing repeated searching in an
ecommerce
transaction, applied in the server, the method comprising:

by a commodity provider or by a service provider;
receiving a plurality of data lists of second terminals from a plurality of
second terminals
in advance for improving search efficiency and accurate based on specific
filtering
criteria;

receiving an interaction requirement from the first terminal for improving
search
efficiency and accuracy based on specific filtering criteria, when the first
terminal does
not know which second terminal to connect with in a large-scale network
database of the

criteria, wherein the filtering criteria includes at least an identification
of target data and
the service information of a target data provider;
delivering a user list of a required second terminals matched with the
interaction
requirement to the first terminal directly to reduce repeated searching;
delivering a data list of the selected target second terminal including at
least one target
data, to enable the first terminal to place an order and reducing repeated
searching at next
purchasing time, when receiving an interactive request from the first terminal
according
to the selected target second terminal in the user list of the required second
terminals,
wherein the target data in the data list includes the same information as the
service
information of the target data provider in the interaction requirement,
wherein the target
data is the information about the object credit certificate or an obtaining
method of the
object credit certificate; and
establishing an interaction relationship between the first terminal and the
selected target
second terminal when receiving notification delivered by the first terminal,
after
obtaining the target data of the selected target second terminal, wherein the
interaction
relationship includes an instant messaging relationship between the first
terminal and the
selected target second terminal, or a permission for the first terminal to
obtain the data of
the selected target second terminal or a relationship that the first terminal
receives
dynamic data update of the selected target second terminal for reducing
repeated
searching and placing the order directly.
15. The method of claim 14, wherein the service information of the target data
provider
includes at least a logistics service information of the service provider.

requirement
includes at least one filtering criteria wherein the filtering criteria
includes at least an
identification of a target data and a service information of a target data
provider;
a receiving module configured to obtain a user list of second terminals
matched with the
interaction requirement from the server directly to reduce repeated searching;
a request module configured to deliver an interactive request to the server to
obtain data
list of the selected target second terminal including at least one target data
when
selecting a target second terminal from the user list of a required second
terminals;
an acquisition module configured to establish an object credit certificate as
a network
electronic certificate that integrates commodity information or the service
information
and an E-commerce function provided by a commodity provider or by a service
provider;

a searching module configured to search a required second terminals matched

interaction requirement, in a database, to deliver a user list of the required
second
terminals matched with the interaction requirement to the first terminal, when

terminal does not know which second terminal to connect with in a large-scale
network
database of the ecommerce transaction, wherein the interaction requirement
includes at
least one filtering criteria, wherein the filtering criteria includes at least
an identification
of a target data and a service information of a target data provider;
an acquisition module configure to receive an object credit certificate as a
network
electronic certificate that integrates commodity information or the service
information
and an E-commerce function provided by a commodity provider or by a service
provider;
the acquisition module configured to acquire a data list of the selected
target second
terminal matched with an interactive request directly, to enable the first
terminal to place
an order and reducing repeated searching at next purchasing time when
receiving the
interactive request from the first terminal, wherein the target data in the
data list includes
the same information as the service information of the target data provider in
the
interaction requirement, wherein the target data is the information about the
object credit
certificate or an obtaining method of the object credit certificate; and

a notification module configured to establish an interaction relationship
between the first
terminal and the selected target second terminal when receiving notification
delivered by

terminal, or a
permission for the first terminal to obtain the data of the selected target

user identifier of a second terminal and an identifier of the target data,

place an order and

[2] The present invention relates to the field of information interaction,
and in particular, to a
method and an interaction device for establishing an interactive relationship.
[3] [Background Technology]
[4] With the wide application and popularity of the Internet, more and more
people establish
social networks through the Internet. Online shopping has gradually become one
of the
most popular shopping methods of modem people.
[5] At present, the existing methods for establishing social relations
include open and closed.
Wherein, the open way to establish social relations is to establish social
relationships
between strangers; the method of establishing social relationships in closed
forms is to
know the account information of each other and confirm each other before
social relations
can be established.
[6] With the development of E-commerce, more and more users are shopping
through the
Internet. People also want to expand their social circles while shopping.
However, in the
existing technology, the method of expanding social circles is generally only
be expanded
through social media, such as through some social software platforms, which
are more
traditional and less effective. No matter what kind of social way, the use of
existing
methods of building social relationships can't be combined with E-commerce
activities.

[8] The technical problem to be solved by the present invention is to
provide a method for
establishing an interactive relationship and an interaction device, which is
capable of
establishing a social relationship with a target party of the target data when
the target data
is obtained.
[9] In order to solve the above technical problem, a first technical
solution adopted by the
present invention is to provide a method for establishing an interactive
relationship, where
the method includes: the first terminal delivers the interaction requirements
to the server
and receives the user list of the second terminal of the interaction
requirement that the
server delivers to match the interaction requirements, Wherein the interaction
requirement
at least includes an identifier of the target data and service information of
the target data
provider; and according to the selection of the second terminal users in the
user list, the
first terminal user delivers interactive requests to the server to establish
interaction
relationship with the selected second terminals; receiving a data list of the
second terminal

delivered by the server after receiving the interactive request, and according
to the
selection of the first terminal user, obtain the selected target data; wherein
the target data
included in the data list has the same service information as the target data

delivered to the server, making the server establish the interaction between
the first
terminal and the second terminal that delivers the target data as the
notification information
is received.
[10] In order to solve the above technical problem, a second technical
solution adopted in the
present invention is to provide a method for establishing an interactive
relationship, where
the method includes: the server receives a list of data delivered by the
second terminal; the
server delivers a user list of the second terminal of the interaction
requirements to the first
terminal based on the interaction requirements delivered by the first
terminal, where the
interactive request i the interaction requirements include at least the
identification of the
target data and the service information of the target data provider; receiving
an interactive
request delivered by the first terminal, wherein the interactive request
includes a second
terminal that establishes an interactive relationship and is selected by the
first terminal user
according to the user list;; delivering a data list of the second terminal to
the first terminal,
so that the first terminal acquires the target data according to the data
list; receiving the
notification information delivered by the first terminal from the second
terminal to the
target data, and establishing an interaction between the first terminal and a
second terminal
delivering the target data.
[11] In order to solve the above technical problem, a third technical
solution adopted by the
present invention is to provide an interaction device for establishing an
interactive
relationship, where the interaction device includes a delivery module, a
receiving module,
a request module, an acquisition module and a notification module. Where the
delivery
module is used to deliver an interaction requirement to a server, where the
interaction
requirement includes at least an identifier of target data and service
information of the
target data provider; and the receiving module is used to receive matching
information
delivered by the server, the request module is used to determine, according to
the user list
of the second terminal, a second terminal that needs to establish an
interactive relationship,
and deliver an interactive request to the server to obtain from the server;
wherein the target
data included in the data list and the target data contained in the
interaction requirement
have the same service information; and the acquisition module is used to get
the target data
based on the data list of the second terminal, wherein, the target data
included in the data
list includes the same service information as the target data included in the
interaction

requirements; the notification module is used to deliver notification
information to the
server after obtaining the target data, so that the server establish the
interaction between the
first terminal and the identified second terminal after receiving the
notification information

[12] In order to solve the above technical problem, a fourth technical
solution adopted by the
present invention is to provide an interaction device for establishing an
interactive
relationship, where the interaction device includes a storage module, a search
module, an
acquisition module, and a notification module; the storage module is used to
receive the list
of data delivered by the second terminal; the search module is used to search
a database for
a second terminal that matches the interaction requirement according to an
interaction
requirement delivered by a first terminal; and a searching module, and a user
list of the
second terminals search to the first terminal is delivered to the first
terminal when a second
terminal matching the interactive requirement is search; where the interaction
requirement
at least includes an identifier of the target data and service information of
the target data
provider; the acquisition module is used to obtain a data list of the second
terminal that
matches the interactive request when the interactive request delivered by the
first terminal
is received; and when the data list is acquired, deliver the data list to the
first terminal,
where the interactive request includes the user information of the identified
second
terminal, the target data included in the data list includes the same service
information as
the target data included in the interaction requirements; the notification
module is used to
establish an interactive relationship between the first terminal and the
identified second
terminal when the notification information is received to the first terminal.
Where the
notification information is delivered by the first terminal after acquiring
the target data
according to the data list of the second terminal.
[13] In order to solve the above technical problem, the fifth technical
solution adopted by the
present invention is to provide an interaction device for establishing an
interactive
relationship, where the interaction device includes an acquisition module, an
establishing
module, and a delivery module. The acquisition module is used to obtain the
target data.
Wherein the establishing module is used to establish a data list according to
the target data,
wherein the data list at least includes a user identifier of a second terminal
and an identifier
of the target data; and the delivery module is used to deliver to a server so
that the server
acquires a second terminal that matches the interaction requirement when
receiving the
interaction requirement delivered by the first terminal, where the interactive
requirements
include at least the identification of the target data and the service
information of the target
data provider.

[14] In the solution above, the first terminal delivers an interaction
requirement to the server to
obtain a list of the second terminals that match the interaction requirement
from the server,
and after determining the second terminal that needs to establish the
interactive relationship
according to the list of the second terminal, delivering an interactive
request to the server to
obtain a list of data from the server to determine the second terminal,
further according to
the data list of the second terminal, the target data is obtained. After
obtaining the target
data, the notification server establishes the interaction between the first
terminal and the
second terminal. The first terminal can establish an interactive relationship
with the holder

the first terminal, the
server delivers the second terminal meeting the condition of interaction
requirement to the
first terminal, and \ when the first terminal is confirmed, the second

establish an interactive relationship is selected from the qualifying second
terminal, the
data list of the second terminal is delivered to the first terminal. When the
server confirms
that the first terminal obtains the target data from the data list, establish
