English Abstract

An electronic certificate issuing method, and a data interaction processing method, device and system. A data request terminal calls from within backup issuing requests a first issuing request corresponding to an electronic certificate requested to be copied; according to modification information used for modifying the first issuing request, a second issuing request is generated on the basis of the first issuing request; an issuing server opens a new electronic certificate according to the second issuing request. Or, the data request terminal obtains identifier information used for a copied electronic certificate and modification information used for modifying the electronic certificate; according to an issuing request carrying the identifier information and the modification information, the issuing server calls out the electronic certificate corresponding to the identifier information, and modifies the electronic certificate according to the modification information, so as to open a new electronic certificate. Via the described means, an electronic certificate is opened by an issuer via copying means, avoiding the inputting of duplicate information by the issuer, and economising the issuing process. The present invention has a high issuing efficiency, and achieves the goal of rapidly opening an electronic certificate.

Title: Electronic Certificate Issuing Method, And Data Interaction
Processing Method, Device And System
Technical Field
[0001] This application relates to the technical field of E-commerce, in
particular to a method for
issuing a certificate of electronic certificate, a data exchange processing
method, a device
and a system.
[0002] Background Technology
[0003] With the rise of E-commerce, online electronic payment is more and more
popular because
of its convenience. At present, in order to reduce the risk, most of the
online electronic
payment methods exist in the form of third-party payment company guarantee.
Take the
case of customers purchasing commodity online for example. In the form of
guarantee by a
third-party payment company, for the customers of the payment side, the funds
have
already been paid to the third-party payment company when the commodity is not
received. Once the third-party payment company has a problem, the payment of
the client's
funds will not be guaranteed, therefore, using the form of third-party payment
company
guarantees, there is still financial risk on the part of the paying client.
[0004] Although, E-commerce using the Internet platform to connect the parties
involved in
traditional business activities (buyers, sellers, logistics companies,
financial institutions,
etc.), the whole transaction process is networked, electronically and
informational, thus
reducing the cost of the transaction and improving the efficiency of the
transaction.
However, in the current E-commerce applications, the transfer of funds mainly
depends on
the traditional way of electronic direct transfer payment and third-party
payment, with a
single payment method. Users often need to fill in a lot of information in the
E-commerce
platform when performing shopping and spending. The operation is cumbersome
and
repetitive, and the user consumes a lot of time and energy, and the user
experience is poor,
so that the business needs of the modern society cannot be satisfied.
[0005] Summary of the Invention
[0006] The present application provides an electronic certificate issuing
method, data interaction
processing method, device and system to solve the problem of complicated
operation when
opening an electronic certificate.
[0007]
[0008] The present application provides an electronic certificate issuing
method, including:

CA 02993062 2018-01-19
WO 2017/012022 PCT/CN2015/084591
[0009] The client of the issuing party shall, according to the duplicate
electronic certificate request
submitted by the issuing party, invoke the first issuing request of the
electronic certificate
corresponding to the issuing party's request for copying from the reserve
opening request;
[0010] The issuer client obtains the modification information input by the
issuer for modifying the
first issuance request;
[0011] The issuing party client generates a second issuing request based on
the first issuing
request according to the modification information, and delivers the second
issuing request
to the issuing bank server;
[0012] The issuing bank server opens a new electronic certificate according to
the second issuing
request.
[0013] In the above method of issuing an electronic certificate, the issuing
party may submit a
request for copying the electronic certificate, and the issuing party client
may call the
electronic certificate corresponding to the electronic certificate requested
by the issuing
party from the standby issuing request a card issuing request, a change
request input by a
card issuer for modifying the first card issuing request, a card issuing
client generating a
second card issuing request based on the first card issuing request, the
second issuing
request is delivered to the issuing bank server; the issuing bank server opens
a new
electronic certificate according to the second issuing request. Through the
above method,
the issuing party opens the electronic certificate in a duplicated manner,
avoids inputting
repeated information by the issuing party, saves the issuing procedure, it has
high issuing
efficiency, and achieves the purpose of quickly opening an electronic
certificate.
[0014]
[0015] The present application provides a data interaction processing method,
including:
[0016] The data requesting terminal shall, according to the duplicate
electronic certificate request
submitted by the issuing party, invoke the first issuing request of the
electronic certificate
corresponding to the issuing party's request for copying from the reserve
opening request;
[0017] The data requesting terminal obtains the modification information input
by the issuer for
modifying the first issuing request;
[0018] The data requesting terminal generates a second issuing request based
on the first issuing
request and delivers the second issuing request to the issuing sewer according
to the
modification information;
[0019] The issuing server opens a new electronic certificate according to the
second issuing
request.
[0020] The present application provides another data interaction processing
method, including:

[0062] Description of the Preferred Examples
[0063] The electronic certificate mentioned in the example of the present
application is based on
the core principles of international letters of credit, a collection of bank
notes, bonds, bank

acceptance bills, electronic letters of credit and many other financial
commodity advantages, combined with
Internet technology in one, it completely adapted and meet the needs of the
Internet economy era of new
financial instruments, with cross-platform, cross-bank, all-field, full scene
application of the wide range of
applicability. Specifically, the electronic certificate mentioned in this
application refers to an electronic credit
commitment payment certificate that is issued by an issuing bank on a basis of
an issuing request of an issuer
(buyer) and the balance of funds or credit limit (credit overdraft limit or
loan limit) in the issuer's bank
account as the guarantee funds, and committed to process payment and/or
collection settlement under a
settlement condition by the issuing bank. . Electronic certificate mentioned
in this application is mainly
applied for the buyer, the seller downloads the electronic certificate via the
cashier access interface, the
buyer manipulates to complete issuance of the electronic certificate through
the bank system, the seller
manipulates to complete the receival of the electronic certification and the
delivery of the goods or services,
and to apply for the collection process payment and/or collection settlement
settlement when the delivery is
completed, and the corresponding electronic certificate is automatically
processed to transfer the payment
from the buyer to the seller when the settlement condition has been met.
Electronic certificate not only can
be applied in the commodity purchasing, but also be used for mortgage
guarantee, for example, an individual
can apply to issue an electronic certificate to the bank, as a guarantee to
obtain a loan from others.
[0064] That is, an electronic certificate issued by an issuing bank based on
the issuing party's issuing request, with
the issuing party's funds or credit as a reserve, and it also carries the
credit of the bank, stores the changes in
the form of digital, and realizes the payment certificate of the electronic
commitment of the circulation.
[0065] The bank, based on the applicant's application, freezes the funds in
the account or the credit in its account to
generate the electronic certificate with the payment function. Electronic
certificate has a payment function in
E-commerce activities to buy commodity. Users use the electronic certificate
to purchase commodity and the
merchants receive the electronic certificate. After fulfilling the transaction
obligation, they obtain the amount
of the commodity for sale by settling the frozen funds contained in the
electronic certificate or by using
credit. In daily life, the recipient receives an electronic certificate to
settle the payment condition, and can
obtain the frozen funds of the electronic certificate or make a credit
extension (e.g., transfer, red envelope).
[0066] The following is a description of the period often involved in the use
of electronic certificate for
E-commerce activities.
[0067] The use of electronic certificate for E-commerce activities mainly
involved in the period including the
issuing period, collection period, performance period, receipt, payment and
liquidation period. The relevant
explanation for each period is as follows:
[0068] 1, opening date
[0069] After the order is formed by both parties, the issuing bank will apply
for the opening of the certificate. Of
course, the issuing party can apply for issuing a certificate when forming a
6
Date Recue/Date Received 2021-06-14

specific trading order. Alternatively, when the trading order is not formed,
the issuing party
can voluntarily apply for issuing the card. In the transaction process, the
opening of
electronic certificate, the buyer can open a certificate (empty one), it can
be the seller to
open the card (with a single certificate).
[0070] After issuing bank acceptance, open the electronic certificate. And the
amount of amount
recorded in the electronic certificate is treated as a corresponding
reservation in the capital
account of the issuing party, which is generally understood as the freezing of
funds or the
use of credit. In actual use, credit support can be divided into two
situations: one is from
the beginning of credit support, the bank began to calculate interest, which
is the issuing
bank to use the credit limit; the other is received from the credit recipient
credit the amount
corresponding to the amount, the bank began to calculate the interest, that
is, from the
issuing bank credit to the receiving bank to receive funds during the period
when the
issuing bank receives the funds from the issuing bank to the receiving bank,
it is considered
that the issuing party does not invoke the credit limit given by the bank.
[0071] 2, Collection period
[0072] The recipient applies to the receiving bank for the receipt of the
certificate. The length of
the period of the receipt may be set to 1 days or self-definition.
[0073] 3, The performance period
[0074] The receiving bank verifies the information and confirms the
transaction. After confirming
the transaction, the bank receives the certificate and the electronic
certificate enters the
performance period. The length of the performance period can be set to 7 days
or
self-definition.
[0075] The collector performs the performance during the performance period
and delivers the
performance information to the collecting bank. If the merchant delivers the
commodity, it
can be considered as performing and the performance information can be the
logistics
number of the delivery.
[0076] 4, The receipt period
[0077] The receiving bank obtain compliance information, change the status of
electronic
certificate, electronic certificate enter into the receipt period, waiting for
the delivery of
commodity, sign the commodity. The length of the receipt can be set to 7 days
or
self-definition.
[0078] 5, Solution payment period
[0079] During the During the signing period, the issuing party signs the
commodity, that is, when
the collector completes the trading conditions corresponding to electronic
certificate
according to the conditions of electronic certificate, the entrusted bank
apply for the
7

CA 02993062 2018-01-19
WO 2017/012022 PCT/CN2015/084591
payment to the issuing bank, and the length of the payment period can be set
to 1 days.
[0080] 6,The liquidation period
[0081] The amount of electronic certificate recorded in the issuer's funds
account to do the
corresponding reservations, generally understood as the freezing of funds or
credit support.
[0082] According to the above description, after the opening of the electronic
certificate, the
validity period can be divided into three periods. The time limit is set forth
in the electronic
certificate, which is the period for receiving the certificate, performing the
contract,
applying for payment, then the electronic certificate is invalid.
[0083] The collection period is the deadline for the recipient to apply for
collection, if the
certificates are not received within the time limit, the electronic
certificate will be
invalidated. After receiving the certificate, the electronic certificate will
enter into the
compliance period.
[0084] The performance period is the deadline for the submitter to submit
compliance information
(such as delivery information), the electronic certificate fails to be
submitted within the
time limit. After the recipient submits the compliance information, the
electronic certificate
enters the receipt period.
[0085] The receipt period is the deadline for the recipient to apply for
payment, the overdue
application for payment information (such as receipt of information) then the
electronic
certificate expires. After receiving the certificate, the electronic
certificate will enter the
payment period.
[0086] It should be understood that the above is only a way of applying the
electronic certificate,
and the application of electronic certificate may also be used to purchase the
service. When
buying services, such as hotel trade scenario, the hotel room reservation is
successful, the
hotel has carried on the performance, the performance information is the
content of the
information which has successful reservation, close to pay collector's
application solution
when customers check in.
[0087] Of course, electronic certificate can also be used to allocate funds.
In different situations,
the understanding of performance and receipt also changed. In other words,
when a
merchant offers a commodity or service, the status of the electronic
certificate may directly
flow through both the compliance period and the receipt period directly into
the payment
period, such as face-to-face transactions.
[0088] The present application will be further described in detail below with
reference to the
accompanying drawings through specific examples.
[0089]
[0090] Example 1
8

CA 02993062 2018-01-19
WO 2017/012022 PCT/CN2015/084591
[0091] This example provides an electronic certificate issuing method, data
interaction processing
method, device and system.
[0092] Please refer to Figure 1, the data interaction processing system
provided in this example
includes a data requesting terminal 1101 and a card issuing server 102, and a
data
requesting terminal 1101 and a card issuing server 102 are communicatively
connected, for
example, through an Internet communication connection.
[0093] The data requesting terminal 1101 is used to invoke the first issuing
request corresponding
to the electronic certificate to be copied from the backup issuing request
according to the
duplicate electronic certificate request submitted by the issuing party. It
should be noted
that the "copy electronic certificate request" here refers to the request to
copy the existing
electronic certificate information and format, the reference to the "standby
issuance
request" can be submitted by the previous issuer, that is, the issuing party
submits the
issuing request to the issuing server through the data requesting terminal,
and the
requesting terminal saves the issuing request as a standby issuing request for
calling the
issuing party in the future. In other examples, the backup request may also be
some
commonly used template provided by the system, or a combination of both, or
the issuing
party receives the issuing request corresponding to the electronic certificate
transferred by
other people. Specifically, the "standby issuing request" refers to an
existing electronic
certificate, and the electronic certificate may be an electronic certificate
that has been
opened or may have been delivered by someone else electronic certificate.
[0094] The data requesting terminal 1101 is also used to obtain the
modification information input
by the issuer for modifying the first issuing request; and also used to
generate the second
issuing request based on the first issuing request based on the modification
information,
and delivers the second issuing request to the issuing server 102. Wherein,
the standby
issuing request can be data saved on the data requesting terminal.
[0095] The issuing server 102 is used to open a new electronic certificate
according to the second
issuing request.
[0096] The following combination of data exchange processing method to further
explain the
system.
[0097] Please refer to Figure 2, which is a flowchart of a data interaction
processing method. The
method includes the following steps:
[0098] Step 2.1: the data requesting terminal obtains the request for copying
the electronic
certificate submitted by the issuing party. Specifically, the data requesting
terminal can
obtain the request for copying the electronic certificate submitted by the
issuer through a
man-machine interface.
9

CA 02993062 2018-01-19
WO 2017/012022 PCT/CN2015/084591
[0099] Step 2.2: the data requesting terminal calls the first issuing request
corresponding to the
electronic certificate requested by the issuer for copying from the standby
issuing request.
[0100] Step 2.3: the data requesting terminal obtains the modification
information input by the
issuer for modifying the first issuing request. Usually, the calling standby
issuing request
and the issuing party's current request for issuing a certificate may be
different in
information. Therefore, a call for a backup issuing request needs to be
modified. At this
time, the data requesting terminal obtains the modification information input
by the issuer
for modifying the first issuing request through the man-machine interface.
[0101] Step 2.4: the data requesting terminal generates a second issuing
request based on the
modification information and based on the first issuing request.
[0102] Step 2.5: data requesting terminal delivers the second issuing request
to the issuing server.
[0103] Step 2.6: the issuing server opens a new electronic certificate
according to the second
issuing request.
[0104] Generally, before issuing a new electronic certificate, the issuing
server can also be used to
verify the identity of the issuing party to ensure that the issuing party has
the right to open
an electronic certificate.
[0105] Of course, after step 2.6, the issuing server may return a message of
successful issuance to
the data requesting terminal to notify the issuer.
[0106] Preferably, in step 2.1, the data requesting terminal delivers to the
issuing server a second
issuing request that carries the identity information of the issuing party and
the account
information of the issuing account for locking the data to open the electronic
certificate. In
step 2.6, the issuing server opens a new electronic certificate, which is
specifically as
follows: the issuing server performs identity verification on the issuing
party according to
the identity information. After the verification is passed, based further on
the account
information of the issuing account, when the data in the credit card account
is greater than
or equal to the amount of the electronic certificate requested to be opened, a
new electronic
certificate is opened.
[0107] Please refer to Figure 3, based on the data interaction processing
method provided in this
example, this example also provides a method for issuing an electronic
certificate,
including the following steps:
[0108] Step 3.1: the issuing party client obtains the request for copying the
electronic certificate
submitted by the issuing party. Specifically, the issuing party client can
obtain a request for
copying the electronic certificate submitted by the issuing party through a
man-machine
interaction interface.
[0109] Step 3.2: the issuing party client calls the first issuing request
corresponding to the

CA 02993062 2018-01-19
WO 2017/012022 PCT/CN2015/084591
electronic certificate requested by the issuing party for copying from the
standby issuing
request. The backup issuance request may be data saved on the issuer client,
which may be
preset. Preferably, the standby issuing request is submitted by the previous
issuing party,
that is, the issuing party submits the issuing request to the issuing bank
server through the
issuing party client, and the issuing party client saves the issuing request,
as a standby
request, it is used to call the issuing party in the future. The standby
issuing request may
also be the issuing request that the issuing party receives the corresponding
electronic
certificate transferred by other people.
[0110] Step 3.3: the issuing party client obtains the modification information
input by the issuing
party for modifying the first issuing request. Usually, the calling standby
issuing request
and the issuing party's current request for issuing a certificate may be
different in
information. Therefore, a call for a backup issuing request needs to be
modified. At this
moment, the issuing party client obtains the modification information input by
the issuing
party for modifying the first issuing request through the man-machine
interface.
[0111] Step 3.4: the issuing party client generates a second issuing request
based on the first
issuing request based on the modification information.
[0112] Step 3.5: the issuing party client delivers the second issuing request
to the issuing bank
server.
[0113] Step 3.6: the issuing bank server, according to the second issuing
request, freezes the
corresponding funds or uses credit to open a new electronic certificate.
[0114] Of course, after step 3.6, the issuing bank server may return the
successful message to the
client to notify the issuing party.
[0115] Generally, before issuing a new electronic certificate, the issuing
bank server can also be
used to verify the identity of the issuing party to ensure that the issuing
party has the right
to open an electronic certificate.
[0116] In a specific application example, the second issuing request carries
the identity
information of the issuing party and the account information of the issuing
account for
freezing funds or supporting credit to open the electronic certificate, and
the identity
information of the issuing bank's server is verified to determine whether the
issuing party
has the issuing authority and it can use the following methods:
[0117] (1) According to the identity information, for example, the (issuer's)
ID number, the issuer
verifies whether the issuing party has the account opening information in the
current
issuing bank. If there is, it is considered that the issuing party has issuing
authority,
otherwise, it is considered that the issuing party does not have issuing
authority.
[0118] (2) According to the identity information, for example, the issuing
party is used for logging
11

CA 02993062 2018-01-19
WO 2017/012022 PCT/CN201.5/084591
in the account of the client and verifying whether the account has completed
the real name
authentication. If it is, it is considered that the issuing party has the
issuing authority,
otherwiseõ it is considered that the issuing party does not have the right to
open the
license. In this verification mode, the issuing party may not require the
opening party to
have the opening information in the issuing bank.
[0119] (3) According to the identity information, the identity information may
be any information
that uniquely identifies the issuer's identity, whether the issuer has a bad
credit record, for
example, determining whether the issuer belongs to a white list or black List
users. If it is
determined that the issuing party belongs to the white list user, the issuing
party is deemed
to have the issuing authority; if it is determined that the issuing party
belongs to the
blacklist user, then the issuing party is deemed not to have the issuing
authority.
[0120] (4) The identity information of the issuing party is the dynamic code
returned by the
issuing bank server to the mobile phone number according to the mobile phone
number of
the issuing party carried in the second issuing request. In this test mode,
before the issuing
party submits the issuing information, the step that require more data
interaction, that is,
the issuing party client delivers the issuing mobile phone number to the
issuing bank server
first, the issuing bank delivers a dynamic code to the cell phone number. When
the issuing
bank server determines that the issuing code entered by the issuing party is
the same as the
previously delivered dynamic code, it considers that the issuing party has the
issuing
authority; if not, it considers that the issuing party does not have the
issuing authority. In
addition, the mobile phone number may also be the mobile phone number bound
with the
issuing account.
[0121] Of course, in other application examples, the issuing bank server may
perform verification
according to the identity information of the issuing party to determine
whether the issuing
party has the issuing authority or not. In this example, only several better
ways are listed.
[0122] After the issuing bank server determines that the issuing party has the
issuing authority, it
may further determine whether the funds or credit in the issuing account is
greater than or
equal to the amount of the electronic certificate requested to be opened. If
the amount of
funds or credit in the issuing account is greater than or equal to the amount
of the
electronic certificate requested to be opened, the following steps will be
continued;
otherwise, the issuing bank server may directly return the issuing failure
message to the
issuing party client or at the same time, it returns the information required
by the issuing
party to modify the second opening request.
[0123] Please refer to Figure 4, this example also correspondingly provides a
data interaction
processing device, which includes a calling module 401, a modification
information
12

CA 02993062 2018-01-19
WO 2017/012022
PCT/CN2015/084591
acquisition module 402, a card issuing request generating module 403 and a
card issuing
request delivery module 404.
[0124] The calling module 401 is used to invoke the first issuing request of
the electronic
certificate issued by the issuing party requesting the copy of the electronic
certificate
issued by the issuing party according to the request made by the issuing party
to copy the
electronic certificate.
[0125] The modification information acquisition module 402 is connected to the
calling module
401 and used to obtain the modification information input by the issuer for
modifying the
first issuing request.
[0126] The issuing request generating module 403 is connected with the
modifying information
acquisition module 402, and is used to generate a second issuing request based
on the first
issuing request based on the modification information.
[0127] The issuing request delivery module 404 is connected with the issuing
request generating
module 403, and is used to deliver the second issuing request to the issuing
server.
[0128] The data interaction processing device may serve as a data requesting
terminal.
Specifically, the data interaction processing device may be a computer, a
tablet, a mobile
phone, and other devices.
[0129] This example will be further described below based on specific
application scenarios.
[0130] The issuer is the buyer. When the buyer purchases the merchandise on
the platform of the
merchant via the issuer client and pays for the bank card, the buyer needs to
generate the
issuing request through the issuer client. The issuing party client saves the
issuing request
(as the first issuing request) that the buyer uses the electronic certificate
to make payment
when shopping. In this payment, the buyer chooses to copy a request for
issuance, and the
issuing party client presents to the buyer all previously used issuing
requests, requesting
the buyer to select the one with the closest information. After buying the
commodity, the
issuing party can display the contents of the request to the buyer in the form
of form, and
the buyer make corresponding modifications according to the specific
information of the
purchase, so as to generate the second opening request.
[0131] In addition, when the buyer repeatedly consumes in the same store, only
the electronic
certificate issued in the past can be called out, and the amount can be
completed. Or, when
the buyer opens an electronic certificate in another store after opening an
electronic
certificate in the store, the issuer can simply complete the issuance process
by modifying
the certificate issuer or issuing amount.
[0132] By this form, the buyer can quickly complete the information required
for issuing a
certificate, eliminating the need to fill out the entire contents of each
electronic certificate
13

payment. Therefore, it greatly saves the issuing procedure, improves the
payment
efficiency and optimizes the payment scheme, which can provide users with a
brand new
payment experience and enrich the payment form of modern E-commerce.
[0133]
[0134] Example 2
[0135] This example provides an electronic certificate issuing method, data
interaction processing
method, device and system.
[0136] Figure 5, the data interaction processing system provided in this
example includes a data
requesting terminal 501 and a card issuing server 502, and a data requesting
terminal 501
and a card issuing server 502 are communicatively connected, for example,
through an
Internet communication connection.
[0137] The data requesting terminal 501 is used to obtain the identification
information of the
electronic certificate according to the request for copying the electronic
certificate
submitted by the issuing party; and also used to obtain the modification
information input
by the issuing party for modifying the electronic certificate; and also used
to deliver the
identification information and modify the information delivered to the issuing
server.
[0138] The issuing server 502 is used for calling up an electronic certificate
corresponding to the
identification information, and modifying the electronic certificate according
to the
modification information to open a new electronic certificate.
[0139] The following combination of data exchange processing method to further
explain the
system.
[0140] Please refer to Figure 6, which is a flowchart of a data interaction
processing method. The
method includes the following steps:
[0141] Step 6.1: the data requesting terminal obtains the request for copying
the electronic
certificate submitted by the issuing party. Specifically, the data requesting
terminal can
obtain the request for copying the electronic certificate submitted by the
issuer through a
man-machine interface.
[0142] Step 6.2: Data requesting terminal obtain the identification
information of the electronic
certificate. Generally, the electronic certificate used for copying is stored
in the issuing
server, and the identification information of the electronic certificate is
obtained at the
requesting terminal of the data for the issuing server to search for the
corresponding
electronic certificate according to the identification information so as to
achieve the
purpose of copying.
[0143] Step 6.3: the data requesting terminal obtains the modification
information input by the
issuing party for modifying the electronic certificate. Generally, the
electronic certificate

used for copying and the electronic certificate that the issuing party needs
to open this time
may differ in their information. Therefore, the electronic certificate for
copying needs to be
modified. At this moment, the data requesting terminal obtains the
modification
information inputted by the issuer for modifying the issuing request through
the
man-machine interface.
[0144] Step 6.4: the data requesting terminal generates an issuing request
carrying identification
information and modification information.
[0145] Step 6.5: data requesting terminal delivers the issuing request to the
issuing server.
[0146] Step 6.6: the issuing server calls out an electronic certificate
corresponding to the
identification information.
[0147] Step 6.7: the issuing server modifies the electronic certificate.
[0148] Step 6.8: the issuing server locks the corresponding data to open a new
electronic
certificate.
[0149] Of course, after step 6.8, the issuing server may return a message
indicating that the
issuance is successful to the data requesting terminal to notify the issuer.
[0150] Please refer to Figure 7, based on the data interaction processing
method provided in this
example, this example also provides a method for issuing an electronic
certificate,
including the following steps:
[0151] Step "7.1: the issuing party client obtains the request for copying the
electronic certificate
submitted by the issuing party. Specifically, the issuing party client can
obtain a request for
copying the electronic certificate submitted by the issuing party through a
man-machine
interaction interface.
[0152] Step 7.2: the issuing party client obtains the identification
information of the electronic
certificate. Usually, the electronic certificate used for copying is stored in
the issuing bank
server, and the identification information of the electronic certificate is
obtained at the
issuing party client, so that the issuing bank server can obtain the
corresponding electronic
certificate according to the identification information so as to achieve the
purpose of copy.
[0153] Step 7.3: the issuing party client obtains the modification information
input by the issuing
party for modifying the electronic certificate. Generally, the electronic
certificate used for
copying and the electronic certificate that the issuing party needs to open
this time may
differ in their information. Therefore, the electronic certificate for copying
needs to be
modified. At this moment, the issuing party client obtains the modification
information
input by the issuing party for modifying the issuing certificate through the
man-machine
interactive interface.
[0154] Step 7.4: the issuing party client generates an issuing request
carrying identification

information and modification information.
[0155] Step 7.5: the issuing party client delivers the issuing request to the
issuing bank server.
[0156] Step 7.6: the issuing bank server calls out an electronic certificate
corresponding to the
identification information.
[0157] Step 7.7: the issuing bank server modifies the electronic certificate.
[0158] Step 7.8: the issuing bank server opens a new electronic certificate.
[0159] Of course, after step 7.8, the issuing bank server may return a message
of successful
issuance to the issuer client to notify the issuer.
[0160] Generally, before issuing a new electronic certificate, the issuing
bank server can also be
used to verify the identity of the issuing party to ensure that the issuing
party has the right
to open an electronic certificate. After the issuing bank server determines
that the issuing
party has the issuing authority, it may further determine whether the funds or
credit in the
issuing account is greater than or equal to the amount of the electronic
certificate requested
to be opened. In this example, the identity verification of the issuing party
and the
verification of the funds or credit of the issuing bank account are the same
as those in
Example one, and are not described herein again.
[0161] Please refer to Figure 8, this example further correspondingly provides
a data interaction
processing device, which includes an identification information acquisition
module 801, a
modification information acquisition module 802, a card issuing request
generating module
803, and a card issuing request delivery module.
[0162] The identification information acquisition module 801 is used to obtain
the identification
information of the electronic certificate according to the request for copying
the electronic
certificate submitted by the issuing party.
[0163] The modification information acquisition module 802 is connected with
the identification
information acquisition module 801, and is used to obtain the modification
information
input by the issuer for modifying the electronic certificate.
[0164] The issuing request generating module 803 is connected with the
modifying information
acquisition module 802, and is used to generate an issuing request that
carries identification
information and modification information.
[0165] The issuing request delivery module 804 is connected to the issuing
request generating
module 803, and is used to deliver the issuing request to the issuing server.
[0166] The data interaction processing device may serve as a data requesting
terminal.
Specifically, the data interaction processing device may be a computer, a
tablet, a mobile
phone, and other devices.
[0167] Please refer to Figure 9, this example also correspondingly provides
another data
16

interaction processing device, which is an issuing server (issuing bank
server) and includes
an information acquisition module 901, a certificate calling module 902, and a
certificate
issuing module 903.
[0168] The information acquisition module 901 is used to obtain an issuing
request delivered by a
requesting terminal, where the issuing request carries the identification
information of the
electronic certificate copied by the issuer and the modification information
of modifying
the electronic certificate.
[0169] The certificate invoking module 902 is connected to the information
acquisition module
901 and used to call up an electronic certificate corresponding to the
identification
information.
[0170] The issuing module 903 is connected with the certificate calling module
902, and is used to
modify the electronic certificate according to the modification information to
open a new
electronic certificate.
[0171] This example will be further described below based on specific
application scenarios.
[0172] The issuer is the seller, the seller receives the other electronic
certificate, based on the
refund request. Based on the electronic certificate received by the seller,
the seller may
reverse the issuing of the certificate, that is, exchange the information of
the issuer and the
receiver of the certificate, so as to open a new electronic certificate so as
to realize the
refund operation. Specifically, the seller chooses to receive the electronic
certificate for
copying, and the issuing party client delivers the identification information
of the
electronic certificate and the modification information (i.e. information
exchange of the
issuer and the credit card issuer) to the issuing bank server, the issuing
bank server finds
the corresponding electronic certificate according to the identification
information, and
then modifies the information according to the modification information to
open a new
electronic certificate so as to realize the seller's refund operation.
[0173] In this way, the seller can quickly realize the refund operation
without performing a
complete issuance process, which simplifies operation, improves efficiency and
user
experience, and enriches the payment form of modern E-commerce.
[0174] A person of skill in the art can understand that all or part of the
steps of the various
methods in the foregoing examples may be implemented by a program instructing
