Title: Interbank Payment System And Interbank Payment Method
Technical Field
[1] The present invention relates to the field of finance, and in
particular, to an interbank
payment system and an interbank payment method.
Background Technology
[2] Online interbank payment belongs to the agreement between banks (or
bank and non-bank
liquidation organization). When the payee does not open an account with the
same bank,
inter-bank settlement of payment instruction is transmitted or converted
through a plurality
of systems, and some processing sectors still need commercial bank staff
manual
intervention, business processing time is longer, the customer also cannot
understand the
processing result of payment business in time. In order to improve the
efficiency of
inter-bank liquidation of online payment, enhance the online banking service
of
commercial banks and better fulfil the payment and clearing responsibilities
of the Central
Bank, the People's Bank of China ("PBC") has decided to establish an inter-
bank
liquidation system for online payment.
[3] The online payment interbank settlement system is a Renminbi ("RMB")
interbank
payment and settlement infrastructure built by the PBC and is an important
part of China's
modem payment system. The online payment interbank settlement system mainly
supports
the processing of online inter-bank retail business. The business orders are
delivered one by
one, with real-time rolling difference and regular liquidation. Clients can
submit payment
transactions online and obtain business results in real time. The system
supports access to
non-financial institution payment service commercial bank and approved by the
PBC, and
to provide 7 x 24 hours a day.
[4] It can be seen from the above that the existing payment implementations
already provide
users with a good payment experience and are gradually getting faster and more
convenient. However, there still exist barriers between different banking
systems. If the
payers have an account in a different bank, he or she needs to make a payment
operation on
different banking systems.

[45] The present invention provides an interbank payment system and an
inter-bank payment
and receipt method. By establishing an inter-bank payment server and
performing data
docking with a card issuing terminal of each bank in a banking system, the
interbank
payment server is connected to a card issuer terminal, as long as the user
(i.e., the client
terminal 1) enters the interbank payment server before performing the inter-
bank payment
and receipt operation and binds the corresponding bank account and the
interbank payment
server, any subsequent operations need only enter the interbank receipt and
payment server.
The amount of money stored in the bank account owned by the user is
manipulated. If it is
a credit card, the money can be operated within the credit limit of the card.
If it is a debit
card, the balance of the card can be operated. The system and method to
achieve the
purpose of operating all the bank data in the same tool without having to
visit the
corresponding banking system one by one to complete the inter-bank payment,
but also can
publish business information to perform payment operation, in the same tool,
the purpose
of realizing the combination of sale and payment in the same tool is realized.
[46] Figure 1 is a flowchart of an inter-bank payment and receipt method
according to a first
example of the present invention. As shown in Figure 1, the inter-bank receipt
and payment
method provides an interbank payment server, a client terminal, and a
plurality of card
issuers, wherein the client terminal includes at least one payment client and
at least one
payment client, the interbank payment method including the following steps:
[47] S 1, The payment clients in multiple customer terminals deliver
payment requests
information to the receiving client through the interbank payment server, and
select one of
the multiple card issuing terminals as one of the payment account information
of the
payment account;
[48] S2. The receiving client responds to the payment request information
and returns the
receipt confirmation information including one of the plurality of card
issuing terminals as
the payment account information of the payment account to the payment client
through the
interbank payment server;
[49] S3: the inter-payment server generates a payment command according to
the payment
account information and the payment account information, and delivers the
payment
command to the card issuing terminal corresponding to the payment account
selected by
the payment client.
[50] S4. The card issuing terminal receives the payment instruction and
pays an amount
corresponding to the payment amount information from the payment account to
the
payment account according to the payment instruction.
[51] Figure 2 is a schematic structural diagram of an inter-bank payment
and receipt system
according to a first example of the present invention. As shown in Figure 2,
the present
invention provides an interbank payment and receipt system, A server 2, a
plurality of
client terminals 1 communicatively connected to the interbank server 2 (e.g. a
cross-bank
cashing server, an interbank cashier server, a cross-bank receipt and
disbursement server, a
cross-bank payment server), and a plurality of card issuing terminals 3
communicably
connected to the interbank server 2, wherein the plurality of the card issuing
terminals 3 are
provided in a plurality of different issuing bank (bank), so as to operate on
the data of

a mobile
terminal or a notebook computer or a fixed computer device. The client
terminal 1 can
install the corresponding software on the above mobile terminal or computer
device so as
to communicate with the interbank payment server 2. If it's a mobile terminal,
it can be
connected to the nearby base station through the wireless network, and then
connected to
the interbank payment server 2 through the base station. If it is a fixed
computer device, it
can connect to the interbank payment server 2 through the Internet. The card
issuing
terminal 3 is installed in a bank backstage server and connected with an
interbank payment
server 2 through a specific network to read the account fund data. However,
there is no
financial flow between the interbank payment server 2 and the card issuing
terminal.
[52] Each of the plurality of client terminals 1 binds the plurality of
card issuing terminals 3

[54] Thus, the client terminal 1 used by Zhang San binds the card issuing
terminals 3 including
the Construction Bank, China Merchants Bank and Industrial and Commercial Bank
of
China, wherein the identity information refers to the identity information of
the user who
logs in to the interline payment server 2 through the client terminal 1,
through which the
user can input the bank card number and password of different banks and
different account
holders in the interbank payment server 2 and bind the inputted bank card
information and
identity information, then the user "Zhang San" this user can operate multiple
bank cards.
For example, Zhang San tied his own bank card in his own account, and also
bound Li Si's
bank card. After Zhang San entered his account in the interbank payment
server, it can not
only operate the bound bank card's own account funds, but also operate the
bound bank of
Li's account funds.
