English Abstract

A method, server, terminal, and system for setting the maturity of an
electronic certificate. The method comprises the
following steps: acquiring electronic certificate issuance information
transmitted by a terminal, where the electronic certificate
issuance information comprises maturity information of an electronic
certificate; determining whether or not the maturity information is
reasonable (S203); and if yes, then producing an electronic certificate
comprising the maturity (S204). The maturity of the electronic
certificate is set by setting payment application information, thus increasing
control over an electronic certificate fund, facilitating
management of funds, and at the same time increasing the security of capital
flow.

[0026] Description of the Preferred Examples
[0027] The following specific examples with the accompanying drawings of the
present invention
will be described in further detail.
[0028] The electronic certificate is the electronic commitment payment
certificate which the bank
undertakes to pay the funds according to the agreed terms, it refers to the
electronic
certificate issued by the bank according to the amount of funds or credit
limit required by
the application of the applicant, and the bank undertakes to handle the
payment and
settlement in accordance with the agreed terms.
[0029] The usual business process for electronic certificate is the issuing
bank freeze the required
amount of funds in accordance with the issuer's application to open an
electronic

certificate, and after receiving the certificate from the receiving bank, the
issuing bank pay
and settle the payment by the issuing bank to the receiving bank.
[0030] Example 1:
[0031] As shown in Figure 1, in this example of the present invention, it is
provided a method for
settling time-setting of an electronic certificate, which is executed by a
server of an issuing
bank, and includes the following steps:
[0032] S101: Detect whether the receiving application is received to pay the
electronic certificate
request;
[0033] The server detects whether the request for settlement of the electronic
certificate submitted
by the terminal has been received within the validity period of the expiration
date of the
application of electronic certificate. If it is obtained, it is judged whether
the electronic
certificate is valid. If it is not obtained, the electronic certificate is
invalid, the funds are
frozen, and the electronic certificate failure information is generated and
delivered to the
terminal.
[0034] The opening of the electronic certificate information includes the
settlement information of
the electronic certificate, and the settlement information of the aging
payment is set by the
issuer through the terminal. The settlement of the validity period of the
settlement
certificate is used by the receiver to apply for settlement information
through the terminal
feedback. If the issuer fails to provide feedback during the validity period,
the electronic
certificate will be invalid.
[0035] S102: judging whether the settlement and amortization information is
reasonable or not;
[0036] The server compares the acquired settlement aging information with the
pre-stored
settlement information, and determines whether the settlement application
information
meets the solution payment conditions and is within a reasonable range. If
reasonable, then
enter the electronic certificate settlement period, if not reasonable, then
return the
application information, and returned feedback.
[0037] S103: Enter settlement period.
[0038] The present example provides a method for setting a settlement time
limit for electronic
certificate, by setting the payment application information for the electronic
certificate, the
control of electronic certificate funds and the management of funds are
improved, and the
circulation of funds is safer.
[0039] Example 2:
[0040] As shown in Figure 2, this example provides a server for setting an
aging settlement
solution in an electronic certificate. The server I is an executing subject of
an issuing bank.
The server 1 includes an acquisition module 11, a storing module 12 and a
processing

module 13. The acquisition module 11 and the storage module 12 are
respectively and
signal-connected to the processing module 13.
[0041] The acquisition module 11 is used to obtain the information of opening
the electronic
certificate generated by the terminal, and opening the electronic certificate
information
including the settlement information of the electronic certificate. The
settlement payment
limit information is set by the issuer through the terminal.
[0042] The storage module 12 is used to store the information of opening the
electronic certificate,
and is further configured to store preset settlement information, which is
used for
determining whether the settlement aging information in the unlocking
electronic
certificate information is valid.
[0043] The processing module 13 is used to detect whether the electronic
certificate of the open
electronic device generated by the terminal is acquired within the validity
period of
applying for the expiration of the electronic certificate, and if the obtained
electronic
certificate of the electronic certificate is obtained, determine whether the
validity
information of the payment valid matches; if not, the electronic certificate
will be invalid,
the funds for freezing will be released, and the electronic certificate will
be issued to
invalidate the information and deliver it to the terminal. To determine
whether the validity
of the settlement information is valid, and if so, enter the settlement
period, the electronic
certificate is valid in the expiration date of the settlement: if not, the
electronic certificate
failure, release the funds, and generate electronic certificate solution
failure information
and deliver to the terminal.
[0044] The system provided by this example of the electronic certificate
settlement aging
prescription system, including the server 1, the server 1 obtains the
settlement application
information and determines whether it is valid or not, so as to realize the
settlement of the
electronic certificate. Improve the control of electronic certificate funds,
to facilitate the
management of funds, while making the flow of funds more secure.
[0045] Example 3:
[0046] As shown in Figure 3, this example provides a terminal for settlement
setting of an
electronic certificate. The terminal 2 is an executive body of a receiver. The
receiver can
control the terminal by outputting data information. The terminal 2 is
connected to server
1, the terminal 2 includes a delivering module (21), a processing module 22
and a storage
module (23).
[0047] The delivering module 21 is used to deliver the information of opening

electronic certificate is invalid if it is not provided to the server within
the validity period
of the application for expiration.
[0048] The processing module 22 is used to generate electronic certificate
information. The
delivering module 21 is signal-connected to the processing module (22).
[0049] The storage module 23 is used to store the electronic certificate
information. The storage
module 23 is signal-connected to the processing module.
[0050] The collector can set the time limitation information in the electronic
certificate
information through terminal 2.
[0051] Example 4:
[0052] As shown in Figure 4, this example provides a system for setting the
aging settlement of an
electronic certificate, which includes the server I in the foregoing Example 3
and the
terminal 2 in Example 4. Server 1 and Terminal 2 are signal-connected.
[0053] As shown in Figure 5, the method provided by the present invention for
settling the aging
settlement of an electronic certificate includes the following steps:
[0054] S201: the issuer enters the information for opening the electronic
certificate and sets the
settlement time limit;
[0055] The issuer through the terminal 2 to achieve the issuing of card
information input, and set
the settlement time.
[0056] S202: the issuing bank receives the information to open the electronic
certificate;
[0057] The issuing bank server 1 accepts the electronic certificate
information entered by the
issuer.
[0058] S203: to determine whether the period expiration of settlement is
reasonable;
[0059] S204: If it is reasonable, generate an electronic certificate
containing the settlement time
limit.
[0060] The server 1 of the issuing bank compares the acquired settlement aging
information with
the pre-stored settlement information, and determines whether the settlement
application
information meets the solution payment conditions and is within a reasonable
range. If it is
reasonable, the electronic certificate enters the settlement period of the
electronic
certificate, and the electronic certificate is valid within the period of
validity of the
settlement; if it is not reasonable, the electronic certificate will be
invalidated, the funds
will be released from freezing, and the electronic certificate will be issued
to invalidate the
information and deliver it to the terminal.
[0061] The present example provides a method for settling the aging settlement
of electronic
certificate by settling the application information to set the aging of the
settlement of the
electronic certificate, so that the electronic certificate fund dominance
status can be opened

by the issuer or / and collectors set up to improve the control of electronic
certificate funds
to facilitate the management of funds, while making the flow of funds more
secure.
