Abstracts

English Abstract

The present invention discloses a network-based electronic negotiable instrument system and a method and device for realizing the same, the method comprising: acquiring the content of a physical negotiable instrument, structuring the physical negotiable instrument, and storing the structured negotiable instrument data to form an electronic negotiable instrument; on the basis of the function and usage scenario of the physical negotiable instrument, adding to each electronic negotiable instrument an operation instruction capable of realizing a physical negotiable instrument function and a user interface; encapsulating the electronic negotiable instrument, operation instruction, and user interface, encrypting and signing the encapsulated data, and issuing to an entire network region to form a network-based electronic negotiable instrument such that a user can perform an interaction operation on the network-based electronic negotiable instrument itself. The network-based electronic negotiable instrument of the present solution encapsulates an operation instruction and user interface, and thus a user can directly perform an interaction operation on the network-based electronic negotiable instrument, adapting a network-based electronic negotiable instrument for a network and realizing circulation thereof on a platform.

La présente invention concerne un système d'instrument négociable électronique en réseau, ainsi qu'un procédé et un dispositif pour réaliser ce dernier, le procédé consistant : à acquérir un contenu d'instrument négociable physique, à structurer l'instrument négociable physique, et à stocker les données d'instrument négociable structuré pour former un instrument négociable électronique; sur la base de la fonction et du scénario d'utilisation de l'instrument négociable physique, à ajouter à chaque instrument négociable électronique une instruction d'opération capable de réaliser une fonction d'instrument négociable physique et une interface utilisateur; à encapsuler l'instrument négociable électronique, l'instruction d'opération et l'interface utilisateur, à chiffrer et signer les données encapsulées, et les à distribuer à une région de réseau entière pour former un instrument négociable électronique en réseau de telle sorte qu'un utilisateur peut réaliser une opération d'interaction sur l'instrument négociable électronique en réseau lui-même. 1. A computer system for network-based electronic negotiable instrument, the
system
comprising:
a negotiable instrument generation terminal including a device, wherein the
device
includes:
a module for negotiable instrument acquisition configured to collect contents
on a physical negotiable instrument;
a module for an electronic negotiable instrument configured to analyze and
create a data structure according to the content and format of the physical
negotiable instrument, wherein a structured negotiable instrument data is
stored to form an electronic negotiable instrument;
a module for adding operation instructions and user interactive interfaces
configured to add the operation instructions and the user interactive
interfaces
capable for realizing a plurality of functions of the physical negotiable
instrument into the network-based electronic negotiable instrument, according
to functions and usage scenarios of the physical negotiable instrument,
wherein the operation instructions and user interactive interfaces include an
operation instruction generation strategy for the user interaction interfaces
corresponding to the physical negotiable instrument for displaying the
contents
of the physical negotiable instrument;

module for a network-based negotiable instrument configured to encrypt and
sign an encapsulated negotiable instrument including the electronic negotiable
instrument, the operating instructions and the user interactive interfaces
after
data encapsulation to publish the encapsulated negotiable instrument to the
entire network to form a network of a plurality of electronic negotiable
instruments to allow a plurality of users on the network to interact on the
network of the plurality of electronic negotiable instruments after receiving
the
network-based electronic negotiable instrument, wherein the encapsulated
negotiable instrument includes a static data and a dynamic data, and wherein
the static data includes object properties, commodity introduction information
and commodity descriptions, and wherein dynamic data includes interactive
features to the electronic negotiable instrument and the dynamic data includes
negotiable instrument status information, operational history information, and
interaction information; and
an interaction processing module configured to:
receive a use request initiated by a user for the network-based electronic
negotiable instrument;
authenticating user identity, performing anti-counterfeiting check and
verifying
data of the network-based electronic negotiable instrument respectively,
wherein data verification includes verification of the encapsulated negotiable
instrument;
where if user identity authentication and data verification are passed,
decrypt
the network-based electronic negotiable instrument allow the user
interactively
performing the operating instructions on the user interactive interfaces for
the
network-based electronic negotiable instrument itself; and

transmit dynamically a data information generated in performing the operating
instructions to the network of the plurality of the electronic negotiable
instruments and to each related user' s terminal through the electronic
negotiable instrument to provide interoperability to relevant users and
deliver
interactive results to the relevant users, wherein the data information
generated
includes operation instniction corresponding to the interaction operation, the
interaction data, the operation result, execution status, and the negotiable
instrument state.
2. The system of claim 1 further includes a user terminal configured to:
allow the user interactively performing the operating instructions on the user
interactive
interfaces for the network-based electronic negotiable instrument itself after
receiving
the network-based negotiable instrument published by the negotiable instrument
generation terminal and the user identity authentication and the data
verification passed;
and
transmit dynamically data information generated in performing the operating
instructions
to related users' terminal through the electronic negotiable instrument
itself.
3. The system of claim 1 further includes a storage terminal configured to
store the network-
based electronic negotiable instrument in a database.
4. The system of claim 1 further includes a collection terminal which includes
a device.
5. The system of claim 1, wherein the module for negotiable instrument
acquisition is further
configured to scan the contents on the physical negotiable instrument to
obtain negotiable
instrument information from the contents by using automatic identification
technology.

6. The system of claim 1, wherein the module for negotiable instrument
acquisition is further
configured to receive the negotiable instrument information input by an
artificial intelligence
device.

analyze
interrelationship between the contents and columns on the physical negotiable
instrument to

includes a data structure processing unit.

configured to establish a
corresponding data structure for the physical negotiable instrument data,
according to the
interrelationship between the contents and columns on the physical negotiable
instrument.
11. The system of claim 9, wherein the data structure processing unit is
configured to receive the
corresponding data structure input by an external system directly.
12. The system of claim 1, wherein the module for an electronic negotiable
instrument further
includes a data storage unit.
13. The system of claim 12, wherein the data storage unit is configured to
store the data
structure, by using a relational database or a non-relational database,
including the contents
of the physical negotiable instrument in a database.

instructions and user
interactive interfaces further includes a strategy acquisition unit.

of the physical negotiable instnunent input externally.
19. The system of claim 1, wherein the module for a network-based negotiable
instrument further
includes an encryption unit.
20. The system of claim 19, wherein the encryption unit is configured to
encrypt and sign the
encapsulated negotiable instrument with digital encryption technology.
21. The system of claim 19, wherein the encryption unit is configured to
encrypt and sign the
encapsulated negotiable instrument with an externally inputted digital
encryption certificate.
22. The system of claim 1, wherein the module for an electronic negotiable
instrument
acquisition further includes a first electronic negotiable instrument
acquisition submodule.

electronic negotiable instrument, according to functions and usage scenarios
of the
physical negotiable instrument, wherein the operation instructions and user
interactive
interfaces include an operation instruction generation strategy for the user
interaction
interfaces corresponding to the physical negotiable instrument for displaying
the
contents of the physical negotiable instument;

encrypting and signing an encapsulated negotiable instrument including the
electronic
negotiable instrument, the operating instructions and the user interactive
interfaces after
