English Abstract


A data interaction processing method, device and system. The method comprises:
a second terminal
sends target data recommendation information and target data to a server
(S10); the server receives the
target data recommendation information, and sends the target data
recommendation information to at
least two first terminals (S11); the at least two first terminals receive the
target data recommendation
information, and correspondingly generate response information (S12); the
server receives the response
information sent by the at least two first terminals, and upon confirmation
that the times of receiving the
response information sent by the at least two first terminals are the same,
selects according to a priority
level recorded in a database a first terminal satisfying a preset condition
(S13); the server sends the
target data matching the recommendation information to the selected first
terminal (S14); the first
terminal obtains the target data (S15). The present invention enables an
operation of the second terminal
for selecting according to requirements a first terminal for target data
interaction to be moved to the
server, thereby improving the flexibility of matching, and increasing the
efficiency of a purchasing
process

L'invention concerne un procédé, un dispositif et un système de traitement d'interaction de données. Le procédé comprend les étapes suivantes : un second terminal envoie des informations de recommandation de données cibles et des données cibles à un serveur (S10) ; le serveur reçoit les informations de recommandation de données cibles et envoie les informations de recommandation de données cibles à au moins deux premiers terminaux (S11) ; les au moins deux premiers terminaux reçoivent les informations de recommandation de données cibles et produisent de manière correspondante des informations de réponse (S12) ; le serveur reçoit les informations de réponse envoyées par les au moins deux premiers terminaux et, lors de la confirmation que des instants de réception des informations de réponse envoyées par les au moins deux premiers terminaux sont identiques, sélectionne selon un niveau de priorité enregistré dans une base de données un premier terminal satisfaisant une condition prédéfinie (S13) ; le serveur envoie les données cibles correspondant aux informations de recommandation au premier terminal sélectionné (S14) ; le premier terminal obtient les données cibles (S15). [CLAIM 1] A method of data interaction processing, characterized in the
method, comprises:
the second terminal sends the promotion information of target data and the
target data to
the server; and
the server receives the promotion information and sends the promotion
information to at
least two of the first terminals; and
at least two of the first terminals receive the promotion information and
generate the
response information respectively and send them to the server; if more than
one first
terminal sends the response information at the same time, the only one first
terminal should
be selected among these first terminals based on the priority level wherein

Data Interaction Processing Method, Device and System
[1] Technical Field
[2] The present invention relates to the data interaction field, and in
particular, to a method, device and
system of data exchange processing.
[3] Background Technology
[4] With the development of Internet technology, especially mobile Internet
technology, users can access
to the Internet through mobile devices using 2G,3G,4G or WIFI to conduct
interaction and social
activities. Users can conveniently and effectively perform online activities,
this is an incomparable
experience with offline. But there is no effective solution about using the
Internet faster to find out
users' promotion information yet.
[5] As an example of a data exchange processing in user's living scene of
common day, when users
purchase products online, they usually search keywords on the platform
provided by the Internet, and
screen what they would like to purchase from a large amount of search results.
In this way, when the
information obtained through the keyword matches the information actually
required by the user is
not high, the user cannot obtain the promotion information quickly and
accurately.
[6] Summary of the Invention
[7] An object of the present invention is to provide a data interaction
processing method, device and
system, which can improve efficiency of data interaction.
[8] To solve the problem above, the first technical solution adopted by the
present invention is to provide
a data interaction process method, which includes that the second terminal
sends the promotion
information of target data and the target data to the server; the server
receives the promotion
information and sends the promotion information to at least two of the first
terminals; at least two of

the first terminals receive the promotion information and generate the
response information
respectively and send them to the server; if more than one first terminal
sends the response information
at the same time, the only one first terminal should be selected among these
first terminals based on
the priority level wherein the database. Thereinto, the acquisition
information of the priority level of
the first terminal is stored wherein the database in advance; the server sends
the target data matching
with the promotion information to the selected first terminal; then the first
terminal acquires the target
data.
[9] To solve the problem above, the second technical solution adopted by the
present invention is to
provide a data interaction process method, which includes that the server
receives the promotion
information of target data and the target data sent by the second terminal;
send the promotion
information to at least two of the first terminals; it enables at least two of
the first terminals to receive

[10] To solve the problem above, the third technical solution adopted by the
present invention is to
provide a data interaction process system, which includes the first terminal,
the server and the second
terminal. The second terminal is used to send the promotion information of
target data and the target
data to the server; the server is used to receive the promotion information
and send the promotion
information to the first terminal; the first terminal is used to receive the
promotion information and
generate the response information according to the promotion information; the
server is also used to
receive the response information sent by the first terminal and select the
first terminal whose priority
level meeting the requirement wherein the database; Thereinto, the acquisition
information of the
priority level of the first terminal is stored wherein the database in
advance; the server is also used to
send the target data matching with the promotion information to the first
terminal; the first terminal is
used to acquire the target data.
[11] To solve the problem above, the forth technical solution adopted by the
present invention is to
provide a data interaction process device, which includes a receiving module,
a query module and a
sending module. The receiving module is used to receive the promotion
information of the target data

and the target data sent by the second terminal; the sending module is used to
send the promotion
information to the first terminal; it enables the first terminal to receive
the promotion information and
generate the response information; the receiving module is used to receive the

meeting the requirement wherein the database when receiving the response
information from more
than one terminal at the same time; Thereinto, the acquisition information of
the priority level of the
first terminal is stored wherein the database in advance; the sending module
is also used to send the
target data matching with the promotion information to the first terminal; the
first terminal acquires
the target data.
[12] Comparing with the current technology, the second terminal sends the
promotion information of
the target data to multiple first terminals through the server. The server
receives the response
information of the selected first terminal whose priority level meeting the
requirement wherein the
database when receiving the response information from more than one first
terminal at the same time;
and the server sends the target data to the selected first terminal. The first
terminal completes the data
interaction according to the target data. Therefore, the second terminal can
select the qualified first
terminal to improve the flexibility of the match level of the data
interaction. In addition, the first
terminal can interact data through the target data to improve the efficiency
of the data interaction and
the safety of the data transmission.

example includes the following steps:

[22] Thereinto, the target data is the Object Credit Certificate, which is a
kind of web-based electronic
certificate integrated the target commodity/service information from the
target commodity/service

data and sends the promotion

the priority level of the
first terminal.

the user's name, operating log,

two of the first terminals and
selects the only one first terminal whose priority level meeting the preset
requirement wherein the
database when receiving the response information from more than one terminal
at the same time.

terminal is stored wherein the

interaction, the credit rating and
the prestored data volume etc. The server identifies the priority level of the
second terminal based
on the one or multiple conditions.

terminal receives the information of the acquisition method of the Object
Credit Certificate,
executes the function of electronic commerce to acquire the Object Credit
Certificate.
[35] Further, acquisition method information of an Object Credit Certificate
is a link address of an Object
Credit Certificate, an Object Credit Certificate is used to provide the target
commodity/service
information and the essential functions of electronic commerce.
[36] An example of data interaction method applied by the present invention is
showed as below.
[37] For example, the second terminal is the client A. the server is the data
management server, the first
terminals are the client B1 and the client B2 respectively. Thereinto, the
client A has the stored the
administrator's password of one or multiple terminal devices, which are used
to execute the
administrator's permission. The client A, the client B1 and B2 and terminal
devices may be a
personal computer, a tablet, a smartphone etc. which can access to the
Internet and exchange data
with the data management server. The data management server stores the
information of the client
BI, B2, such as the priority level, user's name, credit level etc.
[38] The client A sends the request of the promotion information for acquiring
the administrator's
password of the terminal device C to the data management server. The data
management server
sends the promotion information to the client B1 and B2 at the same time. Both
the client BI and
B2 store the administrator's password of the terminal device C, thus, the
client B1 and B2 send the
response information to the data management server respectively.
[39] The data management server confirms to receive the response information
of the client B1 and B2
at the same time, then the client B should be selected among more than one
terminal based on the
priority level wherein the database. For example, the client B1 of the higher
priority level should be
selected as the object of data interaction, so the client B1 receives the
target data corresponding to
the administrator's password of the terminal device C.

[40] When receiving the target data, the client B1 identifies whether the
target data meets the requirement.
If yes, the client B1 accepts the target data and executes the function to
interact data with the to the
administrator's password of the terminal device C. Thereinto, for safety of
data information, the
target data may be the data pack encrypted by the administrator's password of
the terminal device
C and the encryption keys for deciphering. When accepted by the client Bl, the
data pack can be
deciphered and unzipped using with the encryption keys and another encryption
key encrypted by
the administrator's password of the terminal device C, then the
administrator's password of the
terminal device C can be obtained.
[41] In the solution above, the second terminal sends the promotion
information of the target data to
multiple first terminals through the server. The server receives the response
information of the
selected first terminal whose priority level meeting the requirement wherein
the database when
receiving the response information from more than one first terminal at the
same time; and the server
sends the target data to the selected first terminal. The first terminal
completes the data interaction
according to the target data. Therefore, the second terminal can select the
qualified first terminal to
improve the flexibility of the match level of the data interaction. In
addition, the first terminal can
interact data through the target data to improve the efficiency of the data
interaction and the safety
of the data transmission.
[42] Further, the target data may be the product information, digital, audio
data, video data, program data
or fund data in the financial field etc. If the target data is the product
information, the first terminal
should be the buyer, the server should be the server of the electronic
commerce platform, the second
terminal should be the seller.
[43] An example of data interaction method applied by the present invention is
described as below.
Thereinto, the first terminal is the seller, the second terminal is the buyer,
the server is the server of
the electronic commerce platform.
[44] The seller sends the promotion information of the commodity/service and
the Object Credit
Certificate of the commodity/service to the server. Specifically, the
promotion information of the
target data comprises the name's information of the commodity/service at
least. To improve the
accuracy of matching data, the promotion information of the target data also
includes at least one of
the information of specification, price and description.
[45] The server receives the promotion information of the commodity/service
and sends the promotion
information of the commodity/service to more than one buyer. Specifically, the
server can send the

promotion information to multiple buyers at the same time.
[46] At least two buyers receive the promotion information respectively and
generate the response
information. Thereinto, the response information includes the buyer's
information with whose
priority level. Further, the buyer's information comprises at least one of the
user's name, sales
history, credit rating and reviews.
[47] Specifically, multiple buyers receive the promotion information and
identify whether the buyer
owns the corresponding commodity/service to accept the promotion information.
[48] The server receives the response information sent by more than one buyer
respectively and
selects the buyer whose priority level meeting the requirement wherein the
database; thereinto, the
acquisition information of the priority level of the buyer is stored wherein
the database in advance.
[49] The server sends the promotion information of the commodity/service to
the target buyer.
Further, the server also sends the failure information to other unselected
buyers.
[50] The buyer receives this Object Credit Certificate and executes the
function of electronic
commerce to acquire this Object Credit Certificate, at the same time,
completes the transaction
of the commodity/service. Specifically, when receiving the Object Credit
Certificate, the buyer
can check out the related information of the commodity/service through the
link address to make
sure whether the commodity/service is required. When confirming to purchase,
accept this
Object Credit Certificate and execute the function of electronic commerce to
acquire this Object
Credit Certificate, at the same time, complete the transaction of the
commodity/service. When
confirming to refuse, refuse to accept this Object Credit Certificate.
[51] In the solution above, the seller sends the promotion information of the
target data to multiple
buyers through the server. The server receives the response information of the
selected buyer whose
priority level meeting the requirement wherein the database when receiving the
response
information from more than one buyer at the same time; and the server sends
the Object Credit
Certificate to the selected buyer. The buyer completes the data interaction
according to the Object
Credit Certificate. Therefore, the selection process of the commodity/service
is transferred from the
seller to the server in order to improve the flexibility of the match level of
the data interaction and
the efficiency of the purchasing process.

interaction processing method
applied by the second example of the present invention. The data interaction
processing method in
this example includes the following steps:

the second terminal.

second terminal 31 may be the clients for data interaction, such as tablet,
cellphones etc.
[62] The second terminal 31 is used to send the promotion information of the
target data and the target
data to the server 32.

information of the target data and
generate the response information. Thereinto, the response information
comprises the information
of the first terminal 33 including the priority level. Further, the
information of the first terminal
33 includes at least one of the user's name, operating log, credit rating etc.
[66] The server 32 is also used to receive the response information sent by
the first terminal 33 and
select the first terminal 33 whose priority level meeting the requirement
wherein the database when
receiving the response information from more than one terminal at the same
time; Thereinto, the
acquisition information of the priority level of the first terminal is stored
wherein the database in
advance.
[67] The server 32 is also used to send the target data matching with the
promotion information to the
selected first terminal 33.

commodity/service includes the attributes' information such as the product's
name and price and
the information of the settlement accounts of the provider.
[72] The sending module 43 is used to send the promotion information of the
target data to at least
two of the first terminals. It enables these first terminals to receive the
promotion information of
the target data and generate the response information. Thereinto, the response
information
comprises the information of the first terminal including the priority level.

[73] The receiving module 41 is also used to receive the response information
sent by these first
terminals.
[74] The query module 42 is used to select the first terminal whose priority
level meeting the
requirement wherein the database when receiving the response information from
more than one
terminal at the same time; Thereinto, the acquisition information of the
priority level of the first
terminal is stored wherein the database in advance.
[75] The sending module 42 is also used to send the target data matching with
the promotion information
to the first terminal then the first terminal acquires the target data.
[76] The object of the present invention provides a data interaction
processing method, device and
system, which can improve efficiency of data interaction, the second terminal
sends the promotion
information of the target data to multiple first terminals through the server.
The server receives the
response information of the selected first terminal whose priority level
meeting the requirement
wherein the database when receiving the response information from more than
one first terminal at
the same time; and the server sends the target data to the selected first
terminal. The first terminal
completes the data interaction according to the target data. Therefore, the
second terminal can select
the qualified first terminal to improve the flexibility of the match level of
the data interaction. In
addition, the first terminal can interact data through the target data to
improve the efficiency of the
data interaction and the safety of the data transmission.
[77] The foregoing descriptions are merely preferred examples of the present
invention but not limited
to the present invention. Any modification, equivalent replacement, and
improvement made
within the spirit and principle of the present invention shall be included in
the protection of the
present invention.
