A composition containing black seed ingredients in water or liquid, solution
or compound grows
and regrows hair on body. With application of this water or liquid, solution
or compound caring
inherent ingredients of black seeds on body, existing or thinning hair become
thick, healthy and
long. Black seed possess inherent natural ingredients to grow and regrow hair.
Black seed can be
processed with any liquid in multiple ways to help grow and regrow hair. When
black seed's
inherent ingredient is fed to hair, follicles or hair roots it provides the
nutritional boost that they
need to grow and regrow to their natural full growth potential. Bald spots on
area of body
where hair existed once, starts re-growing hair once again. In addition, Black
seed also possess
inherent natural ingredients that can cure cancer, kill AIDS, bird flu viruses
or other viruses in
body. Black seed can be processed in multiple ways to deal with cancer cells.
It gives nutritional
boost needed to improve immune system of body. The crude oil, thymoquinone
(TQ) and other
oils extracted from black seeds are effective against many diseases like
cancer, cardiovascular,

1. I
claim, water, liquid, solution or compound containing black seed inherent
ingredient in
a compound application to mammal and avian.
A. Composition or solution of any liquid and black seed. When it is heated
black seeds
transfers their inherent ingredient to the liquid and the liquid takes or
absorb beneficial
inherent ingredients of black seed in itself. Some liquids may not need to be
heated
along with black seed to transfer black seed ingredient to liquid for example
vinegar.
when this liquid is applied on body existing or thinning hair become thick,
healthy and
long to the best capacity of their real nature. In addition, on bald spots
start growing and
re-growing hair again where hair existed once. Cleaning of pores and removing
dead
skin is important on surface of the body that need to be treated for hair
growth and
regrowth, this can be done by multiple ways for example acids skin peels or
exfoliating
to removing dead skin, various remedies to do the job may be used along or
with the
liquid, the solution or the compound application on body. These remedies can
be
included in the liquid, solution or compound caring black seed ingredients or
used
separately to remove dead skin and or exfoliating the pores. The path for hair
to come
out of follicles through the pores need to be cleared.

D. Dead skin starts covering the area where hair start falling on the surface
of body. This is
due to low blood circulation on that area of the body. With time the pores are

with dead skin and the area becomes bald. Vinegar have acid in it that

1.
A. This composition can be stand alone or mixed with any other solution,
elements
or compound that helps grow and regrow hair or cure any disease in body in
claim 1.
3. When acid, solution, element, compound, herbs, oils, honey, seeds,
vegetables, fruits,
plants by product, trees by product, rocks form, fish by products, animal by
products,
drugs and manmade products when joined along with the compound that help
immune
system of body and or help hair growth, killing cancer cells or viruses will
help body in
claim 1.
4. I claim, this compound in claim 1 when is taken by mouth or used on the
surface of the
body or feeding within the body by any means and comes in contact with cancer
cells,
AIDS, bird flu or any other virus have positive effects in body to cure and
heal it in claim
1.
5. I claim, other useful and beneficial solutions, acids, elements and
compounds, herbs,
oils, honey, seeds, vegetables, fruits, plants by product, trees by product,
rocks form,
fish by products, animal by products, drugs and manmade products etc if added
in
water, liquid, solution or the compound can help in better performance of the
abstract of
black seed ingredients in claim 1. For example, Aloe Vera will boost immune

6. I claim, all forms of black seed are capable to do the performance in claim
1. For
example, oil, powder, whole black seeds or any other form. Even fluids and
organs of
body can be cleaned and cured from diseases. Viruses and cancerous cells in
body can
be killed by using black seed inherent ingredient in claim 1.
7. I claim, even if black seed is processed differently in any way and react
with any acid,
solution, element, compound, herbs, oils, honey, seeds, vegetables, fruits,
plants by

manmade products instead of vinegar, acids, solution or any other compound to
bring

Today world is suffering from many diseases, some of them are uncurable.
Cancer, aids
and other viruses kill many people every year. Black seed can help cure many
diseases.
Hair growth and regrowth is also a dilemma in todays world. Loosing hair makes
one
feel uncomplete and appearance without hair is downgraded individual in
society.
The oils in black seeds and thymoquinone (TQ) extracted from it are effective
against
many diseases in body. The ingredients in black seed can cure or heal body
from
multiple diseases like cancer, cardiovascular diseases, diabetes, asthma,
kidney,
cancer in blood system, lung, liver, prostate, breast, cervix, skin etc. TQ
has
antioxidants that have ability to improve body's defense system, influence
apoptosis
and Akt pathway.
The covenants and attributes of black seed include: According to Iranian
Journal of
Basic Medical Science at Mashhad University of Medical Science. A paper was
written
by Fatemeh Forouzanfar, Bibi Sedigheh Fazly Bazzaz and Hosseinzadeh in year
2014
on extensive study of black seed showing chemical black seed's constituents
32% - 40% fixed oil.
Fatty acids having arachidonic, eicosadienoic, linolenic, oleic, palmitoleic,
palmitic, stearic, and mydriatic acid, betasitasterol, cycloeucalenol,
cycloartenol, sterol esters and sterolglucomsides.
Volatile oil (.4%-.45%)
saturated fatty acids having: nigellone it is carbonyl fraction of oil,
thymoquinone
(TQ), thymohydroquinone (THQ), dithymoquinone, thymol, carvacrol, a and b-

pinene, d-limonene, d-citronellol, p-cymene. Also contains: p-cymene,
caravacrol, t-anethole, 4-terpineoI and longifolene.
Black seed have 2 forms of alkaloids: lsoquinoline alkaloid includes:
nigellicimine
and nigellicimine n-oxide. Payrazol alkaloid includes nigellidine and
nigellicine.
The nutritional composition are vitamins, carbohydrates, mineral elements,
fats
and proteins that include 8 or 9 essential amino acids. By sodium dedecyl
sulfate
polyacrylamide electrophoresis (SDSPAGE). The fractionation of whole black
seeds was done which shows the band range from 94 to 100 KDA molecules
mass. Black seed also have saponin and alpha hederine and in trace amount has

black seed.
Black seed's covenants and especially thymoquinone (TQ) posse's abilities to
be anti-
oxidant, anti-inflammatory, anti-cancer, anti-bacterial and anti-fungal, anti-
carcinogenic, anti-schistosomiasis, anti-viral, anti-parasitic and anti-
mutagenic, (TQ) is

Other names of black seed are for black cumin, black caraway seeds, Nigella
sativa
etc.
Black seed's inherent ingredients are capable to grow and regrow hair in body.

are also capable to heal body and it's internal and external organs from many

down-regulates the expression NF-kappa B-regulated anti-apoptotic (IAP-1, IAP-
2, XIAP
BcI-2, BcI-xL, and Survivin) gene products (Sethi et al., 2008). TO induce
apoptosis by
the activation of c-jun NH(2)-terminal kinase and p38 mitogen-activated
protein kinase
pathways in pancreatic cancer cells.(Torres et al,. 2010). TQ controls and
influence
positively on AKT pathway and body's umbilical vein endothelial cells by
supressing
activeness of AKT excess signals and regulating kinase. LPS
(lipopolysaccharides a
bacterial component) induced phosphorylation of pro-survival kinases AKT and
ERK1/2

Anti-oxidant enzymes are directly related to cancer sells. TQ increases anti-
oxidant
enzymes like super-oxides (SOD), catalase (CAT), glutathione peroxidase (GPX)
and so

effects of toxic drugs used for treating cancer by up-regulating anti-oxidants

Summary:
The inherent ingredients of black seed can easily be transferred to any
liquid, solution
or compound. Some liquids, solutions or compounds can absorb the ingredients
on
room temperature and bec9me extract of black seed ingredient while other have
to be
heated. Like vinegar having acid in it will absorb ingredient without any
heating.
Similarly, other liquid, solutions or compounds may also absorb ingredients
without
heating.
We can transfer black seed ingredients in liquid, solution or compound for
example by
putting black seeds in water. If water have higher temperature than room
temperature.
The transfer of black seed ingredients may start taking place from seeds to
water. The
ration of black seeds and water can be 1:2, although it can vary. The less the
water the
higher the concentration of black seed ingredient transfer into the water. The
extract
may be more potent if ratio is lower. Longer time of heating them together may
also
affect the amount of ingredients transfer and its potency. Minimum time I
would say
could be 10 to 15 minutes of heating them together to transfer ingredients, or
could be
less than that also.. The water becomes more darker in color as more transfer
of the
ingredients take place. It is optimal to heat the water and the seeds with
steam to keep
all ingredients of black seeds effective and alive and not to kill the
ingredients with over
heating. The black seeds can be separated from the water or any liquid,
solution or
compound after the transfer of ingredients takes place and getting its
extract. The
water in this invention or any liquid, solution or compound left over after
separating
black seeds giving the extract of ingredients that can be used to give effects
of black
seed ingredients and it can be used to grow and re-grow hair and/or fight

products to be more effective in achieving its intended purpose to deal with

of body. For example, henna leaves extract can be added by boiling them in

also, for example, making lotions, soaps, shampoo or any form of medicine or

Technical Field
The present disclosure relates to compositions containing certain pyrimidine
compounds such as minoxidil and/or certain pyrimidine sulfate (inner salt)
compounds such as minoxidil sulfate and especially compositions containing
pyrimidine
compounds in combination with admixtures comprising at least one antioxidant,
at least
one organic acid and a select fatty acid mixture. The present disclosure also
relates to
use of the compositions to grow hair and/or prevent hair loss in mammals and
particularly in
humans.
Background
Various pyrimidine compounds have been suggested as being useful for growing
and/or re-growing hair in mammals including humans. For example, see U.S.
Patent 4,139,619 to Chidsey, Ill, disclosure of which is incorporated herein
by reference. In
particular, minoxidil (6-amino- 1, 2-dihydro-1-hydroxy-2-imino-4-
piperidinopyrimidine
is currently used commercially as a hair growth agent for use in the treatment
of male pattern baldness.
More recently, the use of certain pyrimidine sulfates, such as minoxidil
sulfate,
have been suggested as being useful for growing hair in mammals. In
particular, see U.S.
Patent 4,287,338. It is disclosed that the sulfates are faster and more potent
than
minoxidil in promoting hair growth. In certain situations, and/or market
segments, faster and/or thicker hair
growth or regrowth is a continuing desire and goal; hence, work continues in
developing improved
hair growth preparations.

The present invention relates to topical compositions for the
treatment of the hair which comprise a pharmaceutically
acceptable oxalate of a group la or Ila metal or ammonium

Background
The non-limiting embodiments disclosed herein generally relate to compositions
and methods
useful for enhancing hair growth, promoting skin regeneration, and wound
healing. The non-limiting
embodiments disclosed herein also generally related to methods of screening
for a compound capable of
increasing cell proliferation. Ther are inadequate methods for regenerating
skin or inducing hair growth in
a subject (e.g., for treatment of a disease or condition where regenerating
skin or inducing hair
growth is beneficial). In addition, impaired wound healing represents a
significant cause of morbidity
and mortality. The wound-healing process is a complex biological process where
both differentiated and
stem cells as well as cytokines/chemokines, growth factors, and skin matrix
components are essential
for effective wound healing. Expensive growth factors are often required for
cell proliferation,
and even then, expansion is often not optimal. Thus, molecules which replace
or enhance the actions of
growth factors and allow increased expansion of cells in culture, particularly
stem cells such as skin-
derived precursors (SKPs) are desirable.
Thus, there is a need for molecules that promote the proliferation and self-
renewal of cells, such
as SKPs. These molecules may be highly advantageous for cosmetic and medical
purposes (e.g., hair growth, skin regeneration, and wound healing).
Summary In a first aspect described herein, there is provided a method of
promoting
skin repair or wound healing, the method including administering to a subject
in need thereof a
composition including an effective amount of trimebutine or a pharmaceutically
acceptable salt or
active metabolite thereof. In certain non-limiting embodiments, the subject
has a burn or an ulcer, has
or previously had an infection resulting in skin loss, has undergone a
surgical procedure requiring
skin repair, or has an injury resulting in skin loss. In particular
embodiments, the composition is
administered until the wound substantially heals.
In a second aspect described herein, there is provided a method of promoting
hair growth or
treating a condition associated with hair loss, the method including
administering to a subject in need

[0002] One in eight women will be diagnosed with breast cancer in their
lifetime.
It is the second leading cause of death in women, with >40,000 deaths annually
(Jemal, 2010). Over the past twenty years over 5.5 billion dollars have been
spent
on breast cancer research. While progress has been made in treatment and
screening there
are still 40,000 deaths from breast cancer a year in the United States. While
genes and radiation are among known breast cancer causes, the origins of a
majority of
breast cancer cases remain unknown (Madigan, 1995). It is important to
understand how
these sporadic breast cancers arise in order to develop preventative
strategies against
this devastating disease. The recent appreciation of the influence of
microbiota on
human health and disease begs the question of whether microbes play a role in
sporadic breast cancers of unknown etiology.[0003] Infections and chronic
inflammation
have been linked to some cancers but
studies of infectious causes of breast cancer have been limited to looking for
specific
viral signatures in invasive cancers. The breast ducts are intimately
associated with
cutaneous and oral microorganisms during lactation and sexual activity, and
could well harbor infectious agents that contribute to carcinogenesis. It
would therefore
be beneficial to determine whether bacteria play a role in the development of
breast cancer.
