A DATA INTERACTION PROCESSING SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR IMPROVING DATA
SECURITY AND DATA EXCHANGE STABILITY

[2] The present invention relates to the field of credit, and in
particular, to a repayment
method, data interaction processing method, device and system.

[4] With the 2G / 3G and even the 4G era is coming, as well as the
widespread of WiFi
hotspot, it marks the advent of the era of big data today. All the user's
daily behaviour
can theoretically achieve processing a variety of data by means of the network
constructed by mobile data network provided by major operators, wireless local
area
networks such as WiFi and Internet technology. Therefore, the network
environment has
advantages over the offline in the real world in terms of user-friendliness,
but how to
use the network to guarantee data interaction and reduce risks, there is no
effective
solution.
[5] Take a user processing the data in his daily life as an example, when a
user applies for a
loan, a loan may be directly borrowed between an individual and individual or
an
individual borrows from a bank. However, the lending activities between
individuals
and individuals are usually the First Participant and Second Participant reach
an
agreement verbally or in writing form, after the Second Participant provides
funds to the
First Participant, because there is no compulsory repayment constraint, it
brings a great
risk to the Second Participant. Therefore, it needs to consider how to use the
network to
achieve borrowing and reduce risk.

interaction processing method, a device and a system, which can reduce the
risk of
Second Participant.

solution adopted by the
present invention is: providing a repayment method, including:
[9] When the second Funds-Management server fails to receive the loan
returned by the
First Participant on the first target date, it issues a payment notice to the
First Participant
that the loan to be returned within a Second target date; wherein the loan is
issued by the

second Funds-Management server to the First Participant based on an electronic
commitment payment certificate from a first Funds-Management server, the
electronic
commitment payment certificate is opened by the first Funds-Management server
according to the application of Second Participant and freezing the funds of
the Second
Participant which amount is not less than the loan;
[10] The First Participant receives the payment notice and returns a loan
to the second
Funds-Management server within the second target date;
[11] The second Funds-Management server receives the loan returned by the
First
Participant; and delivers a notification to the first Funds-Management server
informing
the first Funds-Management server that the First Participant has returned
loan;
[12] The first Funds-Management server receives the notification delivered
by the second
Funds-Management server, and releases the funds which is equal to the loan of
the
Second Participant.
[13] In order to solve the above technical problem, the second technical
solution adopted by
the present invention is providing a repayment method, including:
[14] The first Funds-Management server receives a notification that the
First Participant has
returned the loan and is delivered by the second Funds-Management server;
wherein the
loan is issued by the second Funds-Management server to the First Participant
based on
an electronic commitment payment certificate from a first Funds-Management
server,
the electronic commitment payment certificate is opened by the first
Funds-Management server according to the application of Second Participant and
freezing the funds of the Second Participant which amount is not less than the
loan;
[15] The first Funds-Management server releases the funds which is equal to
the loan of the
Second Participant.
[16] In order to solve the above technical problem, the third technical
solution adopted by the
present invention is providing a repayment method, including:
[17] When the second Funds-Management server fails to receive the loan
returned by the
First Participant on the first target date, it issues a payment notification
to the First
Participant that the loan to be returned on Second target date; and maintain
the frozen
status of the funds which the value is equal to the Second Participant.

delivering a notification to the first Funds-Management server informing the
first
Funds-Management server that the First Participant has returned the loan so
that the first
Funds-Management server release the funds of the Second Participant that are
equal to
the loan.

solution adopted by the
present invention is to provide a data interaction processing method, where
the method
including:
[20] When the Second Service Party detects that the data requested by the
data requester
does not add the first data value to the data unit of the Second Service
Party, and
delivers a notification to the data requester to add a first data value to the
data unit of the
Second Service Party on the second target date; wherein the first data value
is delivered
by the second service to the data requester according to the data certificate
from the
First Service Party, the data certificate is the application delivered by the
First Service
Party based on the data requester, open after locking the data in the data
unit of the data
initiator whose value is not less than the first data value;

value to the data unit of
the Second Service Party on the second target date;

value is delivered by the second service to the data requester according to

certificate from the First Service Party, the data certificate is the
application delivered by
the First Service Party based on the data requester, open after locking the
data in the
data unit of the data initiator whose value is not less than the first data
value;
[29] When detecting that the data requester adds the first data value to
the data unit of the
Second Service Party on the second target date, the Second Service Party
delivers a
notification to the First Service Party informing that the first data value
has been added
to the First Service Party, making the First Service Party to release the data
in the data
unit of the data initiator whose data value is equal to the first data value.
[30] In order to solve the above technical problem, a seventh technical
solution adopted by
the present invention is to provide a data interaction processing system,
including: a data
requesting terminal, a data initiating terminal, a First Server, and a Second
Server;
[31] When the Second Server detects that the data requested by the data
requesting terminal
does not add the first data value on the First target date to the data unit of
the second
serve, and delivers a notification to the data requesting terminal to add a
first data value
to the data unit of the Second Server on the second target date; wherein the
loan is
delivered by the Second Server to the data requester according to the data
certificate

[33] The Second Server delivers a notification to the first server
informing that the data
requesting terminal has added a first data value;
[34] The First Server receives the notification delivered by the Second
Server and releases
the data in the data unit of the data initiator whose value is equal to the
first data value.
[35] In order to solve the above technical problem, an eighth technical
solution adopted by
the present invention is: it is provides a server which includes a receiving
module and an
unlocking module,

has added a first
data value notification to the data unit of the second service terminal;

data value is delivered by the Second Server to the data requesting terminal
according to
the data certificate from the first server, the data certificate is the
application delivered

the data in
the data unit of the data initiator terminal whose value is not less than the
first data
value;

module and a

data requesting
terminal does not add the first data value on the First target date to the

Second Server, and delivers a notification to the data requester to add a
first data value
to the data unit of the Second Server on the Second target date; wherein the
first data
value is delivered by the Second Server to the data requesting terminal
according to the
data certificate from the First Server, the data certificate is the
application delivered by
the First Server based on the data requesting terminal, opens after locking
the data in the

[40] The delivery module is used to when the detecting module detect that
the data
requesting terminal adds the first data value to the data unit of the Second
Server before
the second target date, the Second Server delivers a notification to the First
Server
informing that the data requesting terminal has added the first data value
added to the
First Server, making the First Server to release the data in the data unit of
the data
initiator terminal whose data value is equal to the first data value.
[41] The beneficial effects of the present invention is to distinguish from
the existing
technology.
[42] When the second Funds-Management server does not receive the loan
returned by the
First Participant on the first target date, it issues a payment notice to the
First Participant
that the loan needs to be returned on the second target date, the First
Participant receives
the payment notification and returns a loan to the second Funds-Management
server on
the second target date; and the second Funds-Management server receives the
loan
returned by the First Participant and delivering a notification to the first
Funds-Management server that the First Participant has returned the loan to
the first
Funds-Management server; and the first Funds-Management server receives the
notification delivered by the second Funds-Management server and releases the
funds
opened by the Second Participant whose value is equal to the electronic
commitment
payment certificate. By involving the first Funds-Management server and the
second
Funds-Management server into the loans of the First Participant and the Second
Participant, it can effectively reduce the risk of loans and ensure the
circulation of the
funds flow stably.

method according to the present invention. The repayment method of this
example
includes the following steps:
[55] 101: When the second Funds-Management server does not receive the loan
returned by
the First Participant on the first target date, it issues a payment
notification to the First
Participant that the loan needs to be returned on the second target date.
[56] Wherein the loan is issued by the second Funds-Management server to
the First
Participant based on an electronic commitment payment certificate from a first
Funds-Management server, the electronic commitment payment certificate is
opened by
the first Funds-Management server according to the application of Second
Participant
and freezing the funds of the Second Participant not less than the loan
amount;
[57] The First Participant makes a request for the loan to the Second
Participant, the Second
Service Party applies to the Funds-Management server for opening the
electronic
commitment payment certificate; wherein the electronic commitment payment
certificate is issued by the Second Participant to the first Funds-Management
server and
opened by the first Funds-Management server as the guarantee of the account
funds or
credit line.
[58] The first Funds-Management server, based on the electronic commitment
payment
certificate issued by the first Funds-Management server, freezes part of the
funds of the

Second Participant, and delivers the electronic commitment payment certificate
to the
second Funds-Management server, and the second Funds-Management server
delivers
the loan to the First Participant and issuing the loan and notify the First
Participant to
return the loan on the target date at the same time
[59] Wherein, when determining that the funds of account or credit line of
the Second
Participant in the financial system of the Second Participant is not less than
the loan
amount of the First Participant, the Funds-Management server issues the
electronic
commitment payment certificate which the value is equal to the loan to the
Second
Participant.
[60] Wherein, the first Funds-Management server and the second Funds-
Management server
are banks or other financial institutions, and they can be the same
institution or be
different institutions respectively. When the first Funds-Management server
and the
second Funds-Management server is a different institutions, the loan and
lending
process can be realized by the way in this example.
[61] For example, the First Participant delivers a loan request for
borrowing 100,000 to the
Second Participant, the Second Participant requests to the first Funds-
Management
server after receiving the borrowing request, and the first Funds-Management
server
issues 100,000 electronic commitment payment certificate, the first
Funds-Management server freezes part of the funds of the Second Participant in
this
Funds-Management server, such as 120,000, of which the value of the frozen
funds is
not less than the value of electronic commitment payment certificate. Then,
the first
Funds-Management server delivers the electronic commitment payment certificate
to
the second Funds-Management server. After receiving the electronic commitment
payment certificate, the second Funds-Management server issues a loan of
100,000 to
the First Participant and the First Participant repay the loan within 6
months.
[62] If the First Participant fails to return the loan to the second Funds-
Management server
on the first target date, if the First Participant fails to return 100,000 of
the loan within
6 months, the second Funds-Management server delivers a payment notification
to the
First Participant requiring the return of the loan on the second target date.
[63] It should be noted that if the First Participant fails to return the
loan to the second
Funds-Management server on the first target date, the first Funds-Management
server

does not receive the second Funds-Management server although the first target
date has
arrived, the Funds-Management server did not receive the notification from the
second
Funds-Management server that the First Participant had return the loan and the
first
Funds-Management server still maintains the frozen funds of Second
Participant's
frozen status not less than the loan amount.
[64] Since the First Participant fails to return the loan to the second
Funds-Management
server on the first target date, it has violated the stipulation of the loan,
the second
Funds-Management server imposes deferred fine on the First Participant
wherein, the
deferred penalty is an increase in interest on loans extended during the
deferral of delay
fee or/and deferred repayment.
[65] 102: The First Participant receives the payment notification and
returns a loan to the
second Funds-Management server on the second target date.
[66] In addition, since this loan is equivalent to the loan directly issued
by the second
Funds-Management server to the First Participant, the First Participant needs
to pay the
second Funds-Management server the loan interest payable during the loan
period.
[67] 103: The second Funds-Management server receives the loan returned by
the First
Participant; and delivers a notification to the first Funds-Management server
to inform
the first Funds-Management server that the First Participant had returned the
loan.
[68] The second Funds-Management server receives the loan, loan interest
and deferred
penalty returned by the First Participant, and delivers a notification to the
first
Funds-Management server that the First Participant of the first Funds-
Management
server had returned the loan.
[69] For the borrower, it borrows from the Second Participant instead of
borrowing from the
Funds-Management server or bank, but the actual fund comes from the bank, and
the
fund is still returned to the bank. Based on the bank's solid strength and
counter-force, it
will strengthen self-discipline to match the Second Participant to complete
the whole
borrowing process and also further reduces the loan risk of the Second
Participant. And
because the bank's strength has made it easier to borrow money, the First
Participant can
easily borrow money.
[70] For the banks, the borrowed funds of 100000 borrowed by the Second
Participant
were frozen 100,000 as a guarantee of storage, the risk is not borne by the
bank only,

and because of its solid strength and counter-force, and it can guarantee the
smooth
completion of the loan process to some extent. After the successful
completion, it can
increase the potential customers, obtain more customer information, and can
also gain
additional benefits during the lending process.
[71] 104: The first Funds-Management server receives the notification
delivered by the
second Funds-Management server, and releases the funds equal to the loan of
the
Second Participant.
[72] After receiving the notification delivered by the second Funds-
Management server, the
first Funds-Management server confirms that the First Participant has returned
the loan
on schedule, and releases the funds of the Second Participant that are equal
to the loan.
[73] In addition, although part of the funds of the Second Participant is
frozen during the
loan of the First Participant, it is still stored in the financial system of
the first
Funds-Management server, that is, the deposit status, and the first Funds-
Management
server gives the Second Participant the benefit of the Second Participant by
issuing the
frozen funds during the frozen period, which increases the benefit of the
Second
Participant.
[74] In this loan, for the Second Participant, the deposit of 100,000 in
the bank are not
borrowed to the First Participant by the bank, but simply frozen by the bank.
The
100,000 deposits are still in the account of the Second Participant and
belong to the
Second Participant. As a result, the risk is greatly reduced and the
additional benefits
may also be gained because the 100,000 deposit still belongs to himself, the
deposit
interest in the present example can be current interest or regular interest.
[75] In another example, if the first Funds-Management server and the
second
Funds-Management server are the same financial institution, the financial
institution
freezes part of the funds of the Second Participant after the Second Service
Party
delivers the application to the financial institution and issues the loan to
the First
Participant. The First Participant returns the loan directly to the financial
institution
before the on the Second target date. After receiving the loan returned by the
First
Participant, the financial institution releases the funds of the Second
Participant equal to
the loan.
[76] Different from the existing technology, when the second Funds-
Management server in

the present example does not receive the loan returned by the First
Participant on the
First target date, the second Funds-Management server delivers a payment
notification
to return the loan to the second Funds-Management server on the Second target
date;
and the First Participant receives the notification of payment and return the
loan to the
second Funds-Management server on the Second target date; the second
Funds-Management server receives the loan retuned by First Participant and
delivers the
notification that the First Participant has returned the loan to the first
Funds-Management server; the first Funds-Management server receives the
notification
delivered by the second Funds-Management server and releases the funds equal
to the
value of the electronic commitment payment certificate opened by the Second
Participant. By involving the first Funds-Management server and the second
Funds-Management server into the loans of the First Participant and the Second
Participant, it can effectively reduce the risk of loans and ensure the
circulation of the
funds flow stably.
[77] In addition, after the first Funds-Management server releases the
funds of Second
Participant equal to the loan, issuing the loan interest to the Second
Participant during
the frozen period, it can further ensure that the Second Participant's
ownership of funds
and increases the benefit of the Second Participant. In addition, the second
Funds-Management server itself can also obtain the loan interest paid by the
First
Participant to increase revenue.
[78] In another example, if the First Participant returns the loan and loan
interest to the
second Funds-Management server on the First target date, the second
Funds-Management server receives the loan returned by the First Participant
and
delivers a notification to the first Funds-Management server that the First
Participant has
returned the loan to the first Funds-Management server, and the first
Funds-Management server receives the notification delivered by the second
Funds-Management server and release the funds of Second Participant's equal to
the
loan.
[79] In another example, if the First Participant fails to return the loan
to the second
Funds-Management server on the target date, the second Funds-Management server
notifies the failure of the First Participant to repay on time to the first

Funds-Management server, the first Funds-Management server reminds the Second
Participant whether to agree to pay the First Participant's loan and loan
interest instead
of the First Participant. The Second Participant agrees to pay the First
Participant's loan
and the loan interest instead of the First Participant, and the Second
Participant pays the
loan and the loan interest equal to the funds asset to the second Funds-
Management
server's financial system.
[80] In addition, by introducing the credit function, when the First
Participant is unable to
repay the remaining repayments and the Second Participant helps the First
Participant to
repay the remaining repayments, the second Funds-Management server reduce the
credit
rating of the First Participant, so as to increase the default cost of the
First Participant,
and reduce the risk of default, and further guarantee the interests of the
Second
Participant or creditors. In addition, the first Funds-Management server can

involved in the Second Participant's helping the First Participant to pay
timely and the
repayment records were included into the bank credit system, and enhance the

Second Participants in the bank credit system.

example includes the following steps:

delivered by the
second Funds-Management server that the First Participant has return the loan.
[83] Wherein, the first Funds-Management server and the second Funds-
Management server
are banks or financial institutions.
[84] Wherein the loan is issued by the second Funds-Management server to
the First
Participant based on an electronic commitment payment certificate from the
first
Funds-Management server, the electronic commitment payment certificate is
opened by
the first Funds-Management server according to the application of the Second
Participant, the Funds-Management server, freezes the funds amount of the
Second
Participant which value is not less than the loan amount.
[85] Wherein, the amount of the electronic commitment payment certificate
is equal to the
amount requested by the First Participant. The electronic commitment payment
certificate is opened by the first Funds-Management server to the Second
Participant

based on the Second Participant's account funds or credit line in its
financial system as a
guarantee.
[86] The first Funds-Management server, based on the electronic commitment
payment
certificate issued by the first Funds-Management server, freezes part of the
funds of the
Second Participant, and delivers the electronic commitment payment certificate
to the
second Funds-Management server, and the second Funds-Management server
delivers
the loan to the First Participant and issuing the loan and notify the First
Participant to
return the loan on the first target date at the same time In addition, the
First Participant
needs to pay the second Funds-Management server the loan interest payable
during the
loan period.
[87] When the First Participant returns the loan and the interest on the
loan to the second
Funds-Management server within the time limit, the second Funds-Management
server
receives the loan and loan interest returned by the First Participant, and
delivers the loan
to the first Funds-Management server informing the first Funds-Management
server of
the notification that the First Participant has returned the loan, and
correspondingly, the
first Funds-Management server receives the notification.
[88] In addition, since the First Participant returned the loan issued by
the second
Funds-Management server within a predetermined time, it is an act of
integrity. The
second Funds-Management server includes the timely repayment record of the
First
Participant in the bank credit system and enhance the ranking of the First
Participant in
the bank integrity system to facilitate participation of the First Participant
in other
activities of the Funds-Management server.
[89] 202: The first Funds-Management server releases the Second
Participant's funds equal
to the loan.
[90] After receiving the notification delivered by the second Funds-
Management server, the
first Funds-Management server confirms that the First Participant has returned
the loan
on schedule, and releases the funds of the Second Participant that are equal
to the loan.
[91] In addition, although part of the funds of the Second Participant is
frozen during the
loan of the First Participant, it is still stored in the financial system of
the first
Funds-Management server, that is, the deposit status, and the first Funds-
Management
server gives the Second Participant the benefit of the Second Participant by
issuing the

frozen funds during the frozen period, which increases the benefit of the
Second
Participant.
[92] Differing from the existing technology, after the first Funds-
Management server in the
example receives the notification that the First Participant has returned the
loan and is
delivered by the second Funds-Management server, the first Funds-Management
server
of the present example releases the funds of Second Participant's equal to the
loan. By
interposing the first Funds-Management server and the second Funds-Management
server into the loans of the First Participant and the Second Participant, the
risk of the
loan can be effectively reduced, and the safety of the funds can be
guaranteed.
[93] In addition, after the first Funds-Management server releases the
funds of Second
Participant equal to the loan, issuing the loan interest to the Second
Participant during
the frozen period, it can further ensure that the Second Participant's
ownership of funds
and increases the benefit of the Second Participant.

the loan interest
paid by the First Participant to increase revenue.

Participant, the Second
Service Party applies to the Funds-Management server for opening the
electronic
commitment payment certificate; wherein the electronic commitment payment
certificate is issued by the Second Participant to the first Funds-Management
server and

funds or
credit line.
[99] The first Funds-Management server, based on the electronic commitment
payment
certificate issued by the first Funds-Management server, freezes part of the
funds of the
Second Participant, and delivers the electronic commitment payment certificate
to the
