Abstracts

English Abstract

A lending method, and a data interaction processing method, device and system. The lending method comprises: according to borrowing requests respectively initiated by second and third participants and belonging to a same project, a first participant applies to a first funds management server to open corresponding electronic commitment payment certificates, the values of said certificates being less than a borrowing total, and respectively greater than borrowing values of the first and second borrowing requests; the first funds management server freezes corresponding funds of the first participant according to the electronic commitment payment certificates; a second funds management server respectively grants funds to first and second borrowers according to the electronic commitment payment certificates, the granted funds being set by the first funds management server to be returned within a preset time. The present invention reduces the lending risk for a lender.

Il sagit dun procédé de prêt, ainsi que dun procédé, dun dispositif et dun système de traitement dinteraction de données. Le procédé de prêt comprend les opérations suivantes : selon des requêtes demprunt initiées respectivement par des deuxième et troisième participants et appartenant à un même projet, un premier participant demande à un premier serveur de gestion de fonds douvrir des certificats de paiement dengagement électronique correspondants, les valeurs desdits certificats étant inférieures à un total demprunt, et respectivement supérieures à des valeurs demprunt des première et deuxième requêtes demprunt; le premier serveur de gestion de fonds bloque des fonds correspondants du premier participant selon les certificats de paiement dengagement électronique; un deuxième serveur de gestion de fonds accorde respectivement des fonds à des premier et deuxième emprunteurs selon les certificats de paiement dengagement électronique, les fonds accordés étant réglés par le premier serveur de gestion de fonds de façon être renvoyés dans un temps préétabli. Claims:
1. A data interaction processing device comprising:
a receiving module configured to:
receiving a first data certificate submitted by a first server according to a
first data certificate application submitted by a data initiating terminal,
wherein the value of the first certificate application is less than the sum of
value of a first data request and a second data request and greater than each
of the first data request and the second data request;
a distributing module configured to:
add a first data value into the first data requesting terminal's data unit and
a
second data value into the second data requesting terminal's data unit,
wherein the sum of the first data value and the second data value is equal to
the locked data value in the data initiating terminal after receiving the
first
data certificate but the second data value is less than the data value of the
second request; and
add a third data value into the second data requesting terminal's data unit
equal to a third data value according to a data request of adding the third
data initiated by the second data requesting terminal, wherein the sum of the
second data value and the third data value is equal to the data value of the
second data request;
wherein the first data certificate is a quantitative tool of a data
association
relationship pre-set between the first data initiating terminal and the first
server.
2. The device of claim 1, wherein the second server sets a predetermined
time that the first
data requesting terminal and the second data requesting terminal should add a
data value equal to
the sum of data value of the first data request and data value of the second
request to the second
server 's data unit within the predetermined time.

Technical Field
[0001] The present invention relates to the field of credit, and in
particular, to a borrowing
method, data interaction processing method, device and system.
Background Technology
[0002] With the 2G / 3G eras upon us and the 4G era coming, as well as the
widespread of
availability of WiFi hotspots, the advent of the era of big data is today. All
the user's daily
behaviour can theoretically achieve processing a variety of data by means of
the network
constructed by mobile data networks provided by major operators, wireless
local area networks
such as WiFi and Internet technology. Therefore, the network environment has
advantages over
the offline environment present in the real world in terms of user-
friendliness. However, there is
no effective solution as to how to use the network to guarantee data
interactions and reduce risks.

individuals and banks are complex processes of collecting individual

provide a new borrowing method and data interaction processing mechanisms to
meet users'
needs for online borrowing.
