Abstracts

English Abstract

A multi-section heat-not-bum product having hemp components is provided. The product includes a fuming product comprising the hemp components, which can be heated and baked after the fuming product is lit. The fuming product comprises a plurality of different units integrally filled from a lip proximity end to a lip far end through a tube of a fixed specification. The fuming product comprises at least four different units selected from a filtering unit, a gel cooling and spice unit, a hollow specific particle unit, a hollow supporting unit, a cavity unit, a barrier sheet unit, an atomizing unit having hemp components and a sealing unit configured to seal the atomizing unit to obtain a finished fuming product comprising the hemp components. The finished fuming unit product can allow the hemp components to be fully volatilized without being burned.


French Abstract

Un produit multisection chauffé-mais-non-brûlé comprenant des éléments de chanvre est décrit. Le produit comprend un produit à fumer comprenant des éléments de chanvre, qui peuvent être fumés et cuits après l'allumage du produit. Le produit à fumer comprend plusieurs unités différentes remplies intégralement d'une extrémité à proximité des lèvres à une extrémité éloignée des lèvres dans un tube de spécification fixe. What is claimed is:
1. A multi-section heat-not-burn product having hemp components comprising:
a fuming product used for being heated and baked rather than being suctioned
after
the fuming product is lighted, wherein the fuming product comprising a lip
proximity
end and a lip far end, and composed of a tube-shaped material filled with a
plurality
of different units integrally filled from the lip proximity end to the lip far
end; and
the plurality of different units comprises a filtering unit, a gel cooling and
spice unit,
a hollow specific particle unit, a hollow supporting unit, a cavity unit, a
barrier sheet
unit, an atomizing unit having hemp components, and a sealing unit configured
to seal
the atomizing unit.
2. The multi-section heat-not-burn product having hemp components as claimed
in
claim 1, wherein the tubular material has a thickness of 0.1mm-0.5mm and is
configured to absorb and store a large amount of heat and dissipate a
temperature
through radiation and convection before an inlet being formed thereon; the
plurality
of different units is piecewise filled in the tubular material and integrated
in one piece.
3. The multi-section heat-not-burn product having hemp components as claimed
in
claim 1, wherein the atomizing unit having hemp components is formed in the
following steps below:

Step S1, after crushing a residue of a hemp to 20-250 meshes, wherein the
residue is
obtained after completely extracting effective components from the hemp during
natural extraction; and adding filler, adhesive, fragrance agent and smoke
agent for
granulation drying, and then supplementing the effective components of the
hemp by
a way of adding spice; or
Step S2, crushing leaves and flowers of the hemp with a full form, and adding
the
filler, the adhesive, the fragrance agent and the smoke agent for granulation
drying,
and supplementing the effective components of the hemp by the way of adding
spice.
4. The multi-section heat-not-burn product having hemp components as claimed
in
claim 1, wherein the atomizing unit having hemp components are selected from
any
one of particles, flakes, creams or reconstituted flakes.
5. A preparation
method of a multi-section heat-not-burn product having hemp
components comprising the following steps:
Step S1: firstly selecting a waste residue of a hemp as a carrier, wherein the
waste
residue of the hemp is obtained after completely extracting effective
components from
the hemp during natural extraction, obtaining a formed waste residue carrier
after
processing the waste residue used as the carrier by a granulation process, and
then
mixing the formed waste residue carrier with incense making extract, smoke
agent,
adhesive and wrapping agent to obtain a primary atomizing unit having hemp

components; or firstly selecting flowers and leaves of a hemp as a carrier,
obtaining a
formed hemp flower and leaf carrier after processing the flowers and the
leaves of the
hemp used as the carrier, and then mixing the formed hemp flower and leaf
carrier
with incense making extract, smoke agent, adhesive and wrapping agent to
obtain a
primary atomizing unit having hemp components;
Step S2: the primary atomizing unit having hemp components used for fully
absorbing
a material solution for 12 hours in a sterile environment, and then sending to
a drying
equipment for drying wherein moisture test is qualified;
Step S3: adding a prepared spice component in a form of a cigarette perfuming
to the
primary atomizing unit having hemp components after the step S2, and evenly
stirring
to obtain a semi-finished product of the atomizing unit having hemp
components, and
then adding package agent to seal its fragrance according to different types
of semi-
finished products, to obtain a finished product of the atomizing unit having
hemp
components.
6. The
preparation method as claimed in claim 5, wherein in the step S1, when the
flowers and the leaves of the hemp are selected as the carrier, the flowers
and leaves
of the hemp are processed by a granulation process, a lamination molding
process or
a paste molding process, and the effective components of the hemp are added in
the
form of the cigarette perfuming.

7. The preparation method as claimed in claim 6, wherein the granulation
process
comprises a pressure forming granulation process, a stirring and rolling
granulation
process, a hot melt and cooling granulation process, a spray drum granulation
process
and a spray fluidized bed granulation process; the lamination molding process
comprises a roller pressing process, a paper-making process and an
impregnation
process; the paste molding process comprises an extrusion molding process and
a rapid
accumulation molding process.
8. The preparation method as claimed in claim 5, wherein the drying
equipment
comprises a plurality of drying modes selected from any one of a cold air
drying mode,
a heating tube drying mode, a hot air drying mode, a low temperature freeze-
drying
mode and a microwave drying mode.
9. The preparation method as claimed in claim 5, wherein in the step S2, a
drying
temperature of the drying equipment is 50°C-150°C, a drying time
is 12-120 minutes,
and a qualified range of the moisture test is 8%-15%.
10. The preparation method as claimed in claim 5, wherein the effective
components
of the hemp in the form of a cigarette spray perfuming are added for 1-2 times
to the
primary atomizing unit having hemp components after the step S2, and then
evenly
stirred to obtain a semi-finished product of the atomizing unit having hemp
components.

11. The
preparation method as claimed of any one of claims 3, 5, 6, 10, wherein the
effective components of the hemp comprise a mixture consisted of CBD, CBC,
CBN,
CBG and their propyl homologues THCV, CBDV, CBCV and CBGV.

MULTI-SECTION HEAT-NOT-BURN PRODUCT HAVING HEMP
COMPONENTS AND PREPARATION METHOD THEREOF
1. Technical Field
[0001] The present disclosure generally relates to heat-not-burn fuming
products field, and especially relates to a multi-section heat-not-burn
product having
hemp components and a preparation method thereof.
2. Description of Related Art
[0002] Tobacco products are consumer goods made from tobacco leaves,
such
as cigarettes, so that heat generated by burning a carbonaceous heat source is
transferred
to a spice section to produce fragrance smoke. Such cigarette can't produce
smoke
around it and the heat is transferred from the heat source to the spice
section by
convection and radiation.
[0003] Comparing with conventional cigarettes, a unique feature of a new
tobacco product is attracted a lot of attention by consumers. A heat-not-burn
tobacco
is configured to heat the tobacco by using external heat sources rather than
lighting the
tobacco so that it is for less release and higher security relative to a
conventional
tobacco. However, a single type of smoke bomb in a conventional heat-not-burn
product is mostly composed of smoke agents with a single spice component, and
a
processing technology is complicated so that it can't play as a positive and
effective
role in a suction process for greatly limiting the sale of the heat-not-burn
products.

Therefore, a multi-section heat-not-burn product having hemp components and a
preparation method thereof are provided for solve problems above mentioned.
SUMMARY
[0004] The technical problems to be solved: in view of the shortcomings
of the
related art, the present disclosure relates to a multi-section heat-not-burn
product having
hemp components and a preparation method thereof which can have advantages of
abundant types of smoke bombs and conveniently process a fuming product, and
solve
problems that a single type of smoke bomb in a conventional heat-not-burn
product is
mostly composed of smoke agents with a single spice component, and a
processing
technology is complicated so that it can't be played as a positive and
effective role in
the suction process for greatly limiting the sale of the heat-not-burn
products.
[0005] The technical solution adopted for solving technical problems of
the
present disclosure is:
[0006] A multi-section heat-not-burn product having hemp components
includes a fuming product used for being heated and baked rather than being
suctioned
after the fuming product is lighted. The fuming product includes a lip
proximity end
and a lip far end, and is composed of a plurality of different units
integrally filled from
the lip proximity end to the lip far end by a tubular material having a fixed
specification,
which includes four or more different units. The four or more different units
includes

a filtering unit, a gel cooling and spice unit, a hollow specific particle
unit, a hollow
supporting unit, a cavity unit, a barrier sheet unit, an atomizing unit having
hemp

and
is configured to absorb and store a large amount of heat and dissipate a
temperature
through radiation and convection before an inlet being formed thereon; a
filling
process of the tubular material is a smoke bomb forming filling process, which
is
piecewise filling and integrated forming of various tubular materials and
characteristic
units so that it is completely different from a composite coil forming
process.

[0009] Step Si, after crushing a residue of a hemp to 20-250 meshes,
wherein
the residue is obtained after completely extracting effective components from
the
hemp during natural extraction; and adding filler, adhesive, fragrance agent

includes, but not limited to, particles, flakes, creams or reconstituted

[0012] A preparation method of a multi-section heat-not-burn product
having
hemp components of the present disclosure, comprising the following steps:
[0013] Step Si, firstly selecting a waste residue of a hemp as a
carrier, wherein
the waste residue of the hemp is obtained after completely extracting
effective
components from the hemp during natural extraction, obtaining a formed waste
residue carrier after processing the waste residue used as the carrier by a
granulation
process, and then mixing the formed waste residue carrier with incense making
extract,
smoke agent, adhesive and wrapping agent to obtain a primary atomizing unit
having
hemp components; or firstly selecting flowers and leaves of a hemp as a
carrier,
obtaining a formed hemp flower and leaf carrier after processing the flowers
and the
leaves of the hemp used as the carrier, and then mixing the formed hemp flower
and
leaf carrier with incense making extract, smoke agent, adhesive and wrapping
agent
to obtain a primary atomizing unit having hemp components;
[0014] Step S2, the primary atomizing unit having hemp components used
for
fully absorbing a material solution for 12 hours in a sterile environment, and
then
sending to a drying equipment for drying about 0.2-2 hours, wherein moisture
test is
qualified;

[0015] Step S3, adding a prepared spice component in a form of a
cigarette
perfuming to the primary atomizing unit having hemp components after the step
S2,
and evenly stirring to obtain a semi-finished product of the atomizing unit
having
hemp components, and then adding package agent to seal its fragrance according
to
different types of semi-finished products, to obtain a finished product of the
atomizing
unit having hemp components. Preferably, in the step Si, when the flowers and
the
leaves of the hemp are selected as the carrier, the flowers and leaves of the
hemp are
processed by a granulation process, a lamination molding process or a paste
molding
process, and the effective components of the hemp are added in the form of the
cigarette perfuming. Preferably, the granulation process includes, but not
limited to,
a pressure forming granulation process, a stirring and rolling granulation
process, a
hot melt and cooling granulation process, a spray drum granulation process and
a spray
fluidized bed granulation process. The lamination molding process includes,
but not
limited to, a roller pressing process, a paper-making process and an
impregnation
process. The paste molding process includes, but not limited to, an extrusion
molding
process and a rapid accumulation molding process
[0016] Preferably, a drying mode of the atomizing unit having hemp
components includes, but not limited to, a cold air drying mode, a heating
tube drying
mode, a hot air drying mode, a low temperature freeze-drying mode and a
microwave
drying mode. If using the hot air drying mode, a control temperature is 50 C-
150 C,

and a drying time of the heat-not-burn product having hemp components is 12-

minutes, and a detection range of qualified moisture index of the atomizing
unit is 8%-
15%.
[0017] Preferably, the effective components of the hemp in the form of a
cigarette spray perfuming are added for 1-2 times to the primary atomizing
unit having
hemp components after the step S2, and then evenly stirred to obtain a semi-
finished
product of the atomizing unit having hemp components.
[0018] Preferably, the effective components of the hemp include a
mixture
consisted of CBD, CBC, CBN, CBG and their propyl homologues THCV, CBDV,
CBCV and CBGV.
[0019] Comparing to the related art, the multi-section heat-not-burn
product
having hemp components and a preparation method thereof of the present
disclosure
provides the advantages as below.
[0020] First, the present disclosure can obtain a finished fuming unit
product
after sealing the heat-not-burn product having hemp components, and reliably
solve
problems of a single type of smoke bomb and a complicated processing
technology in
the heat-not-burn field by mixing with smoke agents with different flavors of
spice
components.
[0021] Second, the present disclosure can achieve a homogenization of
the

hemp components by quantitatively and unifolinly adding the effective
components of
the hemp into the heat-not-burn product, at the same time, the hemp industry
can be
industrialized due to the booming development of the heat-not-burn field, and
a sealing
smoke bomb can be more easily carried by users.
[0022] Third, the present disclosure can expand the booming development
of
the heat-not-burn field and the application of industrial hemps in the field
of electronic
cigarettes by adding the hemp components and combining the hemp components and
the heat-not-burn product, wherein the hemp components include hemp flowers
and
hemp leaves and the waste residue after extracting the hemp. Furthermore, the
present
disclosure can have a good smoking effect, and the effective components of the
extracted hemp can be fully volatilized without being burned, so that it is of
anti-
inflammatory, anti-anxiety and anti-spasmodic effects.
[0023] Fourth, as a new type of tobacco products, the heat-not-burn
cigarette
of the present disclosure can be characterized with non-burn tobacco to
provide smoke
and flavoring substances for consumers by heating fuming materials so that the
release
of harmful components is significantly reduced so as to use safer. Generally,
a heating
temperature is lower than 350 C, with only a small amount of side-flow smoke.

material is a
smoke bomb forming filling process, shown in FIG. 1. The plurality of
different units
is piecewise filled and integrated in a forming paper tube, which is
completely different
from a composite coil forming process.

high-quality hemp as a carrier, obtaining a formed hemp flower and leaf
carrier after
processing the flowers and the leaves of the hemp used as the carrier, and
then mixing
the formed hemp flower and leaf carrier with incense making extract, smoke
agent,

adhesive and wrapping agent to obtain a primary atomizing unit having hemp
components;
[0034] Step S2, the primary atomizing unit having hemp components
mentioned above is used for fully absorbing a material solution for 12 hours
in a sterile
environment, and then sending to a drying equipment for drying the primary
atomizing
unit about 0.2-2 hours, wherein moisture test is qualified. Preferably, a
drying mode
of the atomizing unit having hemp components includes, but not limited to, a
cold air
drying mode, a heating tube drying mode, a hot air drying mode, a low
temperature
freeze-drying mode and a microwave drying mode. If using the hot air drying
mode,

and leaves of the hemp via a certain process includes: the flowers and leaves

the cigarette perfuming. The granulation process of the flowers and leaves of
the
hemp includes, but not limited to, a pressure forming granulation process, a
stirring and

lamination
molding process of the flowers and leaves of the hemp includes, but not
limited to, a

disclosure provides the advantages as below: First, the
present disclosure can obtain a finished fuming unit product after sealing the
heat-not-
burn product having hemp components, and reliably solve problems of a single
type of
smoke bomb and a complicated processing technology in the heat-not-burn field
by
mixing with smoke agents with different flavors of spice components. Second,
the
present disclosure can achieve a homogenization of the hemp components by
quantitatively and unifoimly adding the effective components of the hemp into
the heat-
not-burn product, at the same time, the hemp industry can be industrialized
due to the
booming development of the heat-not-burn field, and a sealing smoke bomb can
be
more easily carried by users. Third, the present disclosure can expand the
booming
development of the heat-not-burn field and the application of industrial hemps
in the
field of electronic cigarettes by adding the hemp components and combining the
hemp
components and the heat-not-burn product, wherein the hemp components include
hemp flowers and hemp leaves and the waste residue after extracting the hemp.
Furthermore, the present disclosure can have a good smoking effect, and the
effective
components of the extracted hemp can be fully volatilized without being
burned, so that
it is of anti-inflammatory, anti-anxiety and anti-spasmodic effects. Fourth,
as a new
type of tobacco products, the heat-not-burn cigarette of the present
disclosure can be
characterized with non-burn tobacco to provide smoke and flavoring substances
for

agents with a single spice component, and a processing technology is
complicated so
that it can't be played as a positive and effective role in the suction
process for greatly
limiting the sale of the heat-not-burn products.
