SMOKING DEVICE CAPABLE OF AUTOMATICALLY EJECTING
CIGARETTE AND PERFORMING AUTOMATIC HEATING AND A
METHOD FOR USING THE SAME
TECHNICAL FIELD
The present invention belongs to the field of new types of tobacco products,
and
more particularly, relates to a smoking device capable of automatically
ejecting a
cigarette and performing automatic heating and a method for using the same.
BACKGROUND
The development of new types of tobacco products has entered a growth period.
Numerous products have entered the tobacco market to gradually replace
traditional
cigarettes. Currently, heat-not-burn cigarettes provide a smoking experience
similar to
that of traditional cigarettes, and this smoking device uses special
cigarettes for
smoking. There are many such products on the market, but almost all types of
such
products separate the cigarette case from the smoking device. When smoking,
users
need to manually take a cigarette out of the cigarette case, manually put the
cigarette
into the smoking device to heat the cigarette for smoking, and then manually
remove
the cigarette butt after smoking, which requires handling the butt, several
time-consuming steps, is inconvenient and interferes with an enjoyable smoking
experience. In the prior art, there are cigarette cases that are capable of
automatically
ejecting cigarettes and smoking devices that are capable of automatically
ejecting
cigarette butts. However, users still need to manually put the automatically
ejected
cigarette into the smoking device to heat the cigarette for smoking, which is
still
inconvenient and interferes with an enjoyable smoking experience.
The present invention is provided to solve the above-mentioned problems.
SUMMARY
The present invention provides a smoking device capable of automatically
ejecting a cigarette and performing automatic heating. The smoking device of
the
present invention is combined with a cigarette case, and is convenient to use,
simple
to operate and easy to carry.

The first aspect of the present invention provides a smoking device capable of
automatically ejecting a cigarette and performing automatic heating. The
smoking
device is substantially a rectangular solid, and the smoking device is
provided with a
cigarette port 21 facing upward. The cigarette port 21 is located on the right
side of
the upper side surface of the smoking device, and the smoking device includes
an
upper cavity and a lower cavity.
The upper cavity includes: a cigarette cup 12, being roughly cup-shaped and
configured for placing the cigarette 10, wherein a port of the cigarette cup
corresponds to the cigarette port 21, and a hole is formed at the bottom of
the cigarette
cup;
a cigarette cup base 22, being roughly cup-shaped and configured for placing
the
cigarette cup 12, wherein a vertical gap is formed on the right side wall of
the
cigarette cup base, and the outer wall of a port of the cigarette cup base
radially
protrudes outward to form a protruding block 3, and a hole is formed at the
bottom of
the cigarette cup base;
a push button 14, arranged in the vertical gap on the right side wall of the
cigarette cup base 22 and a vertical gap formed on the right outer wall of the
upper
cavity, such that an external part of the push button is outside the right
outer wall of
the upper cavity, and an internal part of the push button is fixedly connected
to the
outer wall of the cigarette cup 12;
a heating member 15, wherein the upper part of the heating member is pointed,
and the heating member enters the cigarette cup 12 through the hole at the
bottom of
the cigarette cup base 22 and the hole at the bottom of the cigarette cup 12;
a first spring 16, arranged vertically so that the upper end of the first
spring abuts
against the bottom outer wall of the cigarette cup base 22;
a cigarette cavity 5, located on the left side of the cigarette cup 12 and the
cigarette cup base 22, and configured for placing the cigarettes;
a push plate 4, vertically arranged on the left side of the cigarette cavity
5;

a second spring 7, arranged horizontally, so that one end of the second spring
abuts against the outside of the left wall at the bottom end of the push plate
4; and
a linkage block 17, being roughly in the shape of an upside-down cup and
arranged in the lower part between the cigarette cavity 5 and the cigarette
cup 12,
wherein a third spring 19 is vertically arranged inside the cup, and the upper
end of
the third spring 19 abuts against the inner wall of the cup bottom of the
linkage block
17.
Preferably, the smoking device further includes:
a limiting block 13, arranged at the upper end of the vertical gap on the
inner
side of the right outer wall of the upper cavity;
an upper cover 2, arranged on the left side of the cigarette port 21 on the
upper
side of the smoking device; and
a lead block 1, being roughly in the shape of a right-angled triangular prism
and
arranged in the upper part between the cigarette cavity 5 and the cigarette
port 21,
wherein an inclined surface of the lead block faces the cigarette cup 12.
Preferably, a control circuit board 8 and a battery 9 are arranged in the
lower
cavity.
In another aspect of the invention, a method for using the smoking device is
provided, which includes the following steps: pushing down the push button 14
to
drive the cigarette cup 12 and the cigarette cup base 22 to slide down to
compress the
first spring 16, so that when the cigarette cup base 22 slides to the lower
part of the
cigarette cavity 5, the protruding block 3 contacts the linkage block 17 and
compresses the third spring 19 to drive the linkage block 17 to move downward,
when
the linkage block 17 moves down to the bottom of the cigarette cavity 5, the
second
spring 7 pushes the push plate 4 to drive the cigarette cavity 5 to move to
the right, so
that one cigarette in the cigarette cavity 5 is pushed to the upper part of
the cigarette
cup 12;

releasing the push button 14, such that the cigarette cup 12 and the cigarette
cup
base 22 move upward under the action of the first spring 16 to drive the
cigarette into
the cigarette cup, and the cigarette cup 12 and the cigarette cup base 22
continue to
move upward, at this time, the lower end of the cigarette is pierced by the
pointed end
of the heating member 15 and the cigarette continues to move upward, the upper
end
of the cigarette is ejected from the cigarette port 21 under the restriction
of the lead
block 1, when the cigarette cup base 22 moves up until the protruding block 3
abuts
against the limiting block 13, the cigarette cup 12 and the cigarette cup base
22 stop
moving, at this time, the heating member 15 starts to work to heat the
cigarette, and a
smoker can smoke from the upper end of the cigarette; at the same time, the
third
spring 19 drives the linkage block 17 to move upward to restrict other
cigarettes in the
cigarette cavity 5 from moving to the right;
after the smoking is completed, pushing up the push button 14 to drive the
cigarette cup 12 to move up to remove a butt of the cigarette for smoking the
next
cigarette; and
opening the upper cover 2 to add new cigarettes when the cigarettes in the
cigarette cavity 5 are used up.
The advantages of the present invention are as follows. The smoking device of
the present invention is capable of automatically ejecting a cigarette and
performing
automatic heating. The smoking device is combined with a cigarette case and
can
automatically remove the cigarette butt, which is convenient to use. Moreover,
the
smoking device of the present invention is simple to operate and convenient to
carry,
and provides users with a different smoking experience.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE EMBODIMENTS
The present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the
drawings.
Embodiment
As shown in FIG 1, a smoking device capable of automatically ejecting a
cigarette and performing automatic heating is substantially a rectangular
solid. The
smoking device is provided with the cigarette port 21 facing upward, and the
cigarette
port 21 is located on the right side of the upper side surface of the smoking
device.
The smoking device includes an upper cavity and a lower cavity. The upper
cavity
includes: the cigarette cup 12, being roughly cup-shaped and configured for
placing
the cigarettes 10, wherein a port of the cigarette cup corresponds to the
cigarette port
21, and a hole is formed at the bottom of the cigarette cup; the cigarette cup
base 22,
being roughly cup-shaped and configured for placing the cigarette cup 12,
wherein a
vertical gap is formed on the right side wall of the cigarette cup base 22,
and the outer
wall of the port of the cigarette cup base 22 radially protrudes outward to
form the
protruding block 3, and a hole is formed at the bottom of the cigarette cup
base; the

push button 14, arranged in the vertical gap on the right side wall of the
cigarette cup
base 22 and a vertical gap formed on the right outer wall of the upper cavity,
such that
the external part of the push button 14 is outside the right outer wall of the
upper
cavity, and the internal part of the push button 14 is fixedly connected to
the outer
wall of the cigarette cup 12; the heating member 15, wherein the upper part of
the
heating member 15 is pointed, and the heating member 15 enters the cigarette
cup 12
through the hole at the bottom of the cigarette cup base 22 and the hole at
the bottom
of the cigarette cup 12; the first spring 16, arranged vertically, such that
the upper end
of the first spring 16 abuts against the bottom outer wall of the cigarette
cup base 22;
the cigarette cavity 5, located on the left side of the cigarette cup 12 and
the cigarette
cup base 22, and configured for placing the cigarettes; the push plate 4,
vertically
arranged on the left side of the cigarette cavity 5; the second spring 7,
arranged
horizontally so that one end of the second spring 7 abuts against the outside
of the left
wall at the bottom end of the push plate 4; and the linkage block 17, being
roughly in
the shape of an upside-down cup and arranged in the lower part between the
cigarette
cavity 5 and the cigarette cup 12, wherein the third spring 19 is arranged
vertically
inside the cup, and the upper end of the third spring 19 abuts against the
inner wall of
the cup bottom of the linkage block 17. The smoking device further includes:
the
limiting block 13, arranged at the upper end of the vertical gap on the inner
side of the
right outer wall of the upper cavity; the upper cover 2, arranged on the left
side of the
cigarette port 21 on the upper side of the smoking device; the lead block 1,
being
roughly in the shape of a right-angled triangular prism and arranged in the
upper part
between the cigarette cavity 5 and the cigarette port 21, wherein an inclined
surface of
the lead block 1 faces the cigarette cup 12. The control circuit board 8 and
the battery
9 are arranged in the lower cavity.
A method for using the smoking device of the present invention is described in
the following paragraphs. As shown in FIG 2, the push button 14 is pushed down
to
drive the cigarette cup 12 and the cigarette cup base 22 to slide down to
compress the
first spring 16. When the cigarette cup base 22 slides to the lower part of
the cigarette

cavity 5, the protruding block 3 contacts the linkage block 17 and compresses
the
third spring 19 to drive the linkage block 17 to move downward. When the
linkage
block 17 moves down to the bottom of the cigarette cavity 5, as shown in FIG
3, the
second spring 7 pushes the push plate 4 to drive the cigarette cavity 5 to
move to the
right, so that one cigarette in the cigarette cavity 5 is pushed to the upper
part of the
cigarette cup 12.
As shown in FIG 4, the push button 14 is released, the cigarette cup 12 and
the
cigarette cup base 22 move upward under the action of the first spring 16 to
drive the
cigarette into the cigarette cup, and the cigarette cup 12 and the cigarette
cup base 22
continue to move upward. At this time, the lower end of the cigarette is
pierced by the
pointed end of the heating member 15 and the cigarette continues to move
upward.
The upper end of the cigarette is ejected from the cigarette port 21 under the
restriction of the lead block 1. When the cigarette cup base 22 moves up until
the
protruding block 3 abuts against the limiting block 13, the cigarette cup 12
and the
cigarette cup base 22 stop moving. At this time, the heating member 15 starts
to work
to heat the cigarette, and a smoker can smoke from the upper end of the
cigarette. At
the same time, the third spring 19 drives the linkage block 17 to move upward
to
restrict other cigarettes in the cigarette cavity 5 from moving to the right.
As shown in FIG 5, after the smoking is completed, the push button 14 is
pushed
up to drive the cigarette cup 12 to move up to remove the butt of the
cigarette for
smoking a next cigarette.
As shown in FIG 6, the upper cover 2 is opened to add new cigarettes when the
cigarettes in the cigarette cavity 5 are used up.
The above description is a preferred implementation of the present invention,
but
the present invention is not limited to this embodiment, and all modifications
and
changes to the present invention based on the concept of the present invention
shall
fall within the scope of the present invention.
