Abstracts

English Abstract


A manufacturer system for electronic certificate-based goods distribution is
provided. The
manufacturer system is configured to import at least an object attribute with
a name and an amount
of money and has at least one payment method to generate an electronic
certificate. The
manufacturer system may generate the electronic certificate in response to a
request from a local
terminal. The manufacturer system is further configured to write an electronic
signature into the
electronic certificate and issue the electronic certificate via the intemet
over a distribution channel.
The manufacturer system is configured to receive a payment commitment from a
client terminal
and notify a logistics terminal to extract an item corresponding to the object
attribute and deliver
the item to a destination. After delivery of the item, receipt information
from the logistics terminal
is received by the manufacturer system and synchronized to the client
terminal.

Il est décrit un système de fabricant pour la distribution de biens fondée sur un certificat électronique. Le système est configuré pour importer au moins un attribut dobjet avec un nom et une somme dargent, et comprend au moins une méthode de paiement pour générer un certificat électronique. 1. A manufacturer system, comprising:
an import module, configured to:
import at least an article attribute with a name, an amount of money and
payment method information to generate an electronic certificate;
a storage module, configured to:
store the electronic certificate;
an issuing module, configured to:
issue the electronic certificate;
a publishing module, configured to:
publish the electronic certificate via the Internet;
a delivery code issuing module, configured to:
deliver a delivery code to a logistics terminal;
a receipt code issuing module, configured to:
deliver a receipt code to a client terminal;
a countdown module, configured to:
write countdown information into the electronic certificate;
an insurance module, configured to:
write an electronic insurance contract into the electronic certificate;
a public authority module, configured to:
connect to public authority information to accredit and certify the electronic
certificate by writing one or more of: identifying information, ownership
information, authentication information, trade status information and
registration information into the electronic certificate; and
a rebate module, configured to:
provide the conditions under which a broker issues a connection to the
electronic certificate, to which a transaction is matched, so that the broker
can

2. The manufacturer system of claim 1, wherein the manufacturer system is
communicatively
connected with the client terminal.

configured to allow a
buyer to get a partial rebate from the payment to sellers.

electronic certificate is
synchronized or partially synchronized between the client terminal and the
logistics terminal.
9. The manufacturer system of any one of claims 1 to 8, wherein the
electronic certificate is
generated by a manufacturer.

electronic certificate is
generated by a distributor.

a request for creating the electronic certificate from a goods provider.

generated and stored directly
on the local terminal, and the local terminal delivers a connection signal to

to access the electronic certificate source file.
14. The manufacturer system of any one of claims 12 to 13, wherein the
goods provider
connects to the manufacturer system directly to configure the item , and
submits the request for
creating the electronic certificate to the manufacturer system, whereby the
electronic certificate is
saved directly on the manufacturer system.
15. The manufacturer system of any one of claims 12 to 14, wherein the
goods provider sets
label information of the electronic certificate in a configuration page.
16. The system of any one of claims 12 to 15, wherein the goods provider
sets an issuing bank
of the manufacturer system.
17. The system of any one of claims 12 to 16, wherein the goods provider
sets other third-party
payment platforms on the Internet.

further configured to return a port ID to the goods provider when the

Technical Field
[0001] The present invention relates to the field of the Internet, and in
particular to an article
circulation system based on electronic certificates.
Background Technology
10002] With the breakthrough of network, communication and information
technology, e-
commerce came into being and developed rapidly, changing people's lives
rapidly and promoting
the evolution of social business form. However, since the overall economy is
still free from the
threshold of e-commerce, product is often placed in the physical store, or

the network store, forming a "shop-based" sales model. The reputation, quality
and authenticity of

stores' sales sites for "shop -based" product transactions. Well-known stores,
and even large-scale
e-commerce platforms, sell fake goods that are high quality imitations. This
is often disclosed and
reported in newspapers and other media.
10003] In view of this, it is necessary to design a system or device that
can integrate all the real
information about the commodity under the transaction, complete with
transaction rules and
transaction service, and create an environment that can give intelligent and
independent trading of
the commodity, so that the existing trading mode can be separated from the
"store standard" to
realize the transaction mode of "object standard". This system will create a
transaction system
where who sells the commodity is not the most important factor, but rather who
produced the
commodity is. The producer is important to protect consumers on the network by
ensuring the
purchased commodity is genuine, and eliminate counterfeiting in online
shopping. Well-known
stores, and even large-scale e-commerce platforms, can realize the benefits of
direct marketing of

provides a circulation system of commodities based on electronic certificate.

manufacturer's system, a logistics terminal communicatively connected to the

and effects of the present
invention, the specific examples of the present invention will be described in
detail with reference
to the accompanying drawings.

100 based on an
electronic certificate. The application of the electronic certificate enables
the purchase of
commodity or services to be 'direct purchase and sale', that is, shipping
directly from the
manufacturer, automatically collecting money. The source guarantees the sale
of a genuine
commodity, so that the transaction is more secure and reliable, using the
electronic certificate to
guide the movement of physical objects to provide an evidentiary basis to
ensure that the purchase
of the legitimate rights and interests of both parties can be achieved in E-
commerce. Electronic
certificates can also be applied to items not yet produced or items that are
in the process of
manufacturing or pre-release. Electronic certificates can improve the rate of

stores. The transaction-oriented supplier is the center of the transaction
