CROSS-REFERENCES TO RELATED APPLICATIONS
This disclosure claims the priority of the Chinese patent application filed
with the Chinese
Patent Office on September 5, 2019, with the application number 2019108413240
and the
name is "Automatic Medicine Distributor";
and the priority of the Chinese patent application with the application number
2019214782750 and the name "automatic drug dispenser" filed with the Chinese
Patent Office
on September 5, 2019, the entire contents of which is incorporated into this
disclosure by

FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present disclosure relates to the technical field of auxiliary medical
equipment, in
particular to an automatic medicine distributor.
BACKGROUND ART
When a patient is hospitalized, the doctor will issue a prescription according
to the patient's
condition, and then the hospital's pharmacy nurse will dispense and mark the
medicine for
the patients in the hospital according to the prescriptions issued by the
doctors. After the
medicines are prepared, the medicine box containing the medicines will be
distributed to the
corresponding patient.
However, because the pharmacy nurse works a lot every day and the volume of
tablets is
small, when the dosage of tablets in the prescription is large, the dispenser
might easily count
the wrong number of tablets due to being too tired. In case of long-time work,
the situation
of mismatched tablets occurs from time to time.
In general, a small difference in the dosage of tablets used will not have a
significant impact
on the patient; but for some tablets, a small difference in the number of
tablets may lead to
a serious medical accident.
The inventor found in the research that the existing tablet distribution has
the following
shortcomings:
manual dispensing is easy to make mistakes.

with the gear rack 3512, the moving plate 351 carries the fork bodies 352 to
move in a
direction perpendicular to the medicine board placing rack. When taking the
medicine, the
medicine board is clamped between the two rows of fork bodies 352. Therefore,
when the
medicine taking device 3 moves relative to the sharp tool 4, the protective
film of the medicine
board can be cut better by the sharp tool 4.
Optionally, in order to ensure that the automatic medicine distributor takes
medicine more
accurately, to avoid an error caused by the medical staff when storing the

protective film of the medicine board corresponding to the medicine. The first
camera 361 is
also configured to obtain the quantity of medicine in the medicine board on
the medicine
taking fork 35 after the medicine is dissected, and transmit the quantity
information to the
control mechanism. The control mechanism records the quantity of medicine in
the medicine
board at this time, and calculates the difference of the quantity of medicine
in the medicine
board before taking medicine and the medicine in the medicine board after
taking medicine.
The difference of the quantity is compared with the quantity of medicine taken
in the medicine
taking instruction. When this difference matches the medicine taking
instruction, the control
mechanism controls the third driving member 51.
The quantity of medicines in the medicine board on the medicine taking fork
35, after the
above-mentioned medicine is dissected, refers to the quantity of remaining
medicines in the
medicine board on the medicine taking fork 35 after the protective film of the
corresponding
medicine in the medicine board is cut through the sharp device 4 and the
corresponding
medicine falls from the medicine board.

board on the
medicine taking fork 35, and transmits the image information and quantity
information to the
control mechanism, and the control mechanism records the quantity of the
medicine n1 in
the medicine board at this time, the control mechanism compares the medicine
image in the
medicine board on the medicine taking fork 35 with the medicine image
corresponding to
the medicine taking instruction, when the medicine images are the same, the
control
mechanism controls the action of the first motor 33 to drive the medicine
taking fork 35 to
move relative to the sharp tool 4 so that the sharp tool 4 cuts open the
protective film of the
medicine board corresponding to the medicine; when the medicine images are
different, the
control mechanism controls the alarm to alert the medical staff to check
whether the medicine
is wrong and avoid medical accidents caused by the wrong type of medicine.
This ensures
the accuracy of the type of medicine dispensed by the automatic medicine
distributor.
When the control mechanism controls the medicine taking fork 35 to move
relative to the

sharp tool 4, so that the sharp tool 4 cuts open the protective film of the
medicine board
corresponding to the medicine to expose the medicine corresponding to the
medicine taking
instruction, the first camera 361 continues to acquire the quantity of
medicines in the
medicine board on the medicine taking fork 35 at this time, and transmit the
quantity
information to the control mechanism. The control mechanism records the
quantity of
medicines n2 in the medicine board at this time, calculates the difference
between n1 and n2,
and compares the difference with the medicine taking quantity in the medicine
taking
instruction. When the difference matches the medicine taking instruction, the
control
mechanism controls the action of the third driving member 51 on the medicine
collecting
pocket 5 to move the baffle on the medicine collecting pocket 5 to open the
opening, so that
the medicines in the medicine collecting pocket 5 fall into the medicine box
through the
opening. This further ensures the accuracy of the dispensing amount of the
automatic
medicine distributor.
