English Abstract


An online lending method comprises third and fourth participants receiving
first and second
borrowing requests, respectively, and submitting applications to open credit
certificates to a first
funds management server; the server generates corresponding first, second,
third and fourth credit
certificates, and freezes funds of the third and fourth participants which are
equal to credit
certificate borrowing limits; after receiving the first, second, third and
fourth credit certificates, a
second funds management server grants funds to the first and second
participants which are equal
to a borrowing limit of the first and second borrowing request, respectively,
and also sets a
repayment time for the granted funds, and monitors a repayment date of the
first and second
participants. This reduces the lending risk for a loan initiator.

1. A data interaction processing system comprising:
a first data requesting terminal, configured to:
initiate a first data request that needs to add a first data value to a data
unit;
a second data requesting terminal, configured to:
initiate a second data request that needs to add a second data value to a data
unit;
a first data initiating terminal, configured to:
receive the first data request of the data requester and the second data
request;
and
submit a new first data certificate application;
a second data initiating terminal, configured to:
receive the first data request of the data requester and the second data
request;
and
submit a new second data certificate application;
a first server platform, configured to:
generate a first data certificate and a second data certificate according to
the
new first data certificate application submitted by the first data initiator;

generate a third data certificate and a fourth data certificate according to
the
new second data certificate application submitted by the second data
initiator;
lock the equal first data to a first data value and the equal second data to a
second data value in the data unit of the first data initiator respectively

fourth data value in the data unit of the second data initiator respectively
requested by second data requester;
a second server platform, configured to
receive the first data certificate, the second data certificate, the third
data
certificate and the fourth data certificate;
add an equal data value to the first data value to a first data requester's
data
unit and an equal data value to the second data value to a second data
requester's data unit after receiving the data certificate; and
set predetermined times that the first data requester and the second data
requester should add an equal data value to the first data value and an equal
data value to the second data value to a second server platform's data unit
respectively within the predetermined time.
2. The system of claim 1, wherein the first data request and a second data
request are
initiated by the first data requester and the second data requester
respectively through the
first server platform.

requester's data unit after receiving the data certificate; and
the second service party sets predetermined times that the first data

second data requester should add an equal data value to the first data value
and an equal
data value to the second data value to a second server platform's data unit

data request are initiated by the first data requester and the second data

DEVICE AND SYSTEM
Technical Field
[0001] The present invention relates to the field of credit, and in
particular, to a borrowing
method, data interaction processing method, device and system.
Background
[0002] Private lending is divided into private personal loans and loans
between citizens and
financial enterprises. As private lending is mostly conducted in the semi-
public or even secret
circumstances, both the borrower and the lender generally test the so-called
reputation
maintenance, incomplete credit procedures, lack of secured mortgages and
unreliable legal
guarantees. In the event of a change of circumstances, the lender is very
likely that the money lent
to the borrower will not be recoverable.
[0003] With the development of Internet technology and especially mobile
Internet
technology, users can connect to the Internet through mobile devices using 2G,
3G, 4G or WiFi to
conduct transactions and social activities. Users can conveniently and
effectively perform online
activities, this is an incomparable experience with offline. As a result, it
is necessary to provide an
online-based loan method.

[0006] An online lending method provided by the present invention, the
method includes: a
First Participant and a Second Participant respectively submits a first
borrowing request and a
second borrowing request; a Third Participant receives the first borrowing
request and a second
borrowing request respectively, a Fourth Participant receives the first
borrowing request and a
second borrowing request, then the Third Participant and Fourth Participant
respectively submits
the first credit certificate application and second credit certificate
application to first Funds-
Management server; the first Funds-Management server based on the first credit

freezes the first funds and second funds which equal to borrowing limit of

in the Fourth
Participant, and deliver the first, second, third and fourth credit
certificate to the second Funds-
Management server; after the second Funds-Management server received the
first, second, third
and fourth credit certificate, deliver the funds which equal to the borrowing
limit of first borrowing
request to First Participant and deliver the funds which equal to the
borrowing limit of second
borrowing request to Second Participant; wherein, the second Funds-Management
server set the
repayment time of delivered funds, and monitor the repayment data of First

server of Third

second credit
certificate open application; based on the first credit certificate open

freeze the first funds and

certificate, deliver the first, second, third and fourth credit certificate to
the second Funds-
Management server, making the second Funds-Management server receives the

and fourth credit certificate, deliver the funds which equal to the borrowing

borrowing request to Second Participant; wherein, the second Funds-Management

repayment time of delivered funds, and monitor the repayment date of First

and initiates the second credit certificate open application; and deliver the

Management server set the repayment time of the delivered funds, and monitor

is the account
management server of the Third Participant and Fourth Participant, the second
Funds-Management

[0009] In the aforesaid on-line lending method, the Third and Fourth
Participant applies to the
First and Second Participant Funds-Management server for issuing the credit
certificate when
receiving the loan request of the First Participant, and the first Funds-
Management server freezes
the corresponding fund. The second Funds-Management server issues the frozen
funds to the First
and Second Participant based on the credit certificate. As a result, the Funds-
Management server
is used as an intermediary platform for the four parties, the Third and Fourth
Participant guarantee
the first Funds-Management server, and the associated second Funds-Management
