Abstracts

English Abstract


Disclosed are a lending method, and a data interaction processing method,
device and system. The
lending method comprises: first and second participants respectively apply to
a first funds management
server to open first and second electronic commitment payment certificates
according to a borrowing
request of a third participant, the total value of the first and second
electronic commitment payment
certificates being less than a loan value requested by the third participant;
the first funds management
server freezes funds of the first and second participants which are equal to
the value of the electronic
commitment payment certificates, grants funds to the third participant which
are equal to the value of the
frozen funds via a second funds management server, and grants third funds to
the third participant
according to a remainder borrowing request initiated by the third participant,
the total value of the first,
second and third funds being equal to a borrowing value of the borrowing
request, and set by the second
funds management server to be returned within a preset time. The present
invention reduces the lending
risk for a lender.


Claims

Claims:
1. A lending method applied in a first funds-management server, the method
comprising:
receiving a new first electronic commitment payment certificate application
and a new
second electronic commitment payment certificate application respectively
applied by a
first participant and a second participant according to a loan request
submitted by the
third participant;
generating a first electronic credit commitment payment certificate and a
second
electronic credit commitment payment certificate respectively wherein the sum
of the
value of the first electronic commitment payment certificate and the value of
the second
electronic commitment payment certificate is less than the value of the loan
request; and
freezing first funds equal to the value of the first electronic credit
commitment payment
certificate in the first participant according to the first electronic
commitment payment
certificate and second funds equal to the value of the second electronic
credit
commitment payment certificate in the second participant according to the
second
electronic commitment certificate respectively.
2. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
sending the first electronic credit commitment payment certificate and the
second
electronic credit commitment payment certificate to a second funds-management
server
so that the second funds-management server issues the sum of the first funds
and the
second funds to the third participant, wherein the first funds are equal to
the frozen
amount of funds in the first participant according to the first electronic
commitment
certificate and the second funds are equal to the frozen amount of funds in
the second
participant according to the second electronic commitment certificate.

3. The method of claim 2, wherein the first funds and the second funds are set
within a
repayment time by the second funds-management server.
4. The method of claim 1, wherein the first funds-management server is an
account
management server of the first bank's funds-management server.
5. The method of claim 1, wherein the second funds-management server is an
account
management server of the second bank's funds-management server.
6. The method of any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein the first funds-management
server and
the second funds-management server are the same funds-management server.
7. The method of any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein the frozen funds are
deposit of the
second participant on the first funds-management server.
8. The method of any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein the frozen funds are credit
limit of the
second participant approved by the first funds-management server.
9. The method of any one of claims 1 to 8, wherein the first participant is a
lender of a loan.
10. The method of any one of claims 1 to 9, wherein the second participant is
a lender of a
loan.
11. The method of any one of claims 1 to 10, wherein the third participant is
a borrower.

funds, the second
and the third funds are equal to the value of the loan request.

Lending Method, and Data Interaction Processing Method, Device And

[1] Technical Field
[2] The present invention relates to the field of credit, and in particular,
to a borrowing method,
data interaction processing method, device and system.
[3] Background Technology
[4] With the 2G / 3G and even the 4G era is coming, as well as the widespread
of WiFi hotspot,
it marks the advent of the era of big data today. All the user's daily
behaviour can theoretically
achieve processing a variety of data by means of the network constructed by
mobile data
network provided by major operators, wireless local area networks such as WiFi
and Internet
technology. Therefore, the network environment has advantages over the offline
in the real world
in terms of user-friendliness, but how to use the network to guarantee data
interaction and reduce
risks, there is no effective solution.
[5] Take a user processing the data in his daily life as an example, when a
user applies for a
loan, a loan may be directly borrowed between an individual and individual or
an individual
borrows from a bank. However, the borrowing activity between individuals and
individuals is
usually agreed by the borrower and the lender through the oral or written
agreement. After the
borrower provides the borrower's assets, due to the lack of financial
guarantee and regulatory
mechanism, it have brought great risk to the lender. And the problems of the
loan activity
between individuals and banks are complex process of collecting individual
information, more
manual intervention and banks also need to bear the financial risk. Therefore,
it is need to
provide a new borrowing method and data interaction processing mechanism to
meet users'
needs for online borrowing.
[6] Summary of the Invention
[7] The main technical problem of the invention is to provide a borrowing
method, a data
interaction processing method, an apparatus and a system, which can reduce the
risk of data
interaction (loan).
[8] In order to solve the above technical problems, a technical solution
adopted in this invention
is to provide a lending method, including: the First Participant and Second
Participant applies to
the first Funds-Management server for issuing the corresponding first
electronic commitment

payment certificate and second electronic commitment payment certificate
respectively
according to the borrowing request of Third Participant, wherein the value sum
of the first
electronic commitment payment certificate and the second electronic commitment
payment
certificate is less than the value of the borrowing requested by the Third
Participant, and the first
electronic commitment certificate is issued by the first Funds-Management
server based on the
deposit balance or credit limit in the First Participant's account as the
guarantee funds, the
second electronic commitment certificate is issued by the first funds-
Management server based
on the deposit balance or credit limit in the Second Participant's account as
the guarantee funds;
the first Funds-Management server, based on the issued first electronic
commitment payment
certificate and the second electronic commitment payment certificate,
respectively freezes first
funds in the first participant's account, and second funds on the second
participant's account.
Wherein the value of the first funds is equal to the value of the first
electronic commitment
payment certificate of the First Participant, and the value of the second
funds is equal to the
value of second electronic commitment payment certificate of the Second
Participant; the second
Funds-Management server receives the first electronic commitment payment
certificate and the
second commitment payment certificate together and releases the first funds
and second funds
together to the Third Participant. Wherein the electronic commitment payment
certificate is
issued by the first Funds-Management server and includes information of the
first electronic
commitment payment certificate and the second electronic commitment payment
certificate
together. Wherein the value of the released funds is equal to the value sum of
the first electronic
commitment payment certificate and second electronic commitment payment
certificate, and the
value of the released funds is less than the value of the borrowing request.
Wherein the value of
the released funds is equal to the value sum of the first electronic
commitment payment
certificate and second electronic commitment payment certificate; and the
second Funds-
Management server releases third funds to the Third Participant according to a
remaining
borrowing request initiated by the third participant. Wherein the value sum of
the first funds, the
second funds and the third funds are equal to the value of the borrowing
request. and a
repayment time is set up by the second Funds-Management server for the first
funds, the second
funds and third funds to make sure the borrower repays the first funds, second
funds and the third
funds within the repayment time.

present invention is to provide a borrowing method, including: the first Funds-
Management
server issues a first electronic commitment payment certificate and a second
electronic
commitment payment certificate according to a request for issuing a first

commitment payment certificate applied by a Second Participant respectively,
when the First
Participant and the Second Participant respectively receive a borrowing
request delivered by a
Third Participant and the First Participant delivers a request for issuing the
first electronic
commitment payment certificate and the Second Participant delivers the request
for issuing the
first electronic commitment payment certificate; Wherein the value sum of the
first electronic
commitment payment certificate and the second electronic commitment payment
certificate is
less than the value of the borrowing requested by the Third Participant, and
the first electronic
commitment certificate is issued by the first Funds-Management server based on
the deposit
balance or credit limit in the First Participant's account as the guarantee
funds, the second
electronic commitment certificate is issued by the first funds-Management
server based on the
deposit balance or credit limit in the Second Participant's account as the
guarantee funds; the
first Funds-Management server, based on the issued first electronic commitment
payment
certificate and the second electronic commitment payment certificate,
respectively freezes the
first funds on the first participant's account, and second funds on the second
participant's
account. Wherein the value of the first funds is equal to the value of the
first electronic
commitment payment certificate of the First Participant, and the value of the
second funds is
equal to the value of second electronic commitment payment certificate of the
Second
Participant; and the first Funds-Management server delivers the first
electronic commitment
payment certificate and the second electronic commitment payment certificate
to the second
Funds-Management server, to enable the second Funds-Management server to
release the funds
to the Third Participant. Wherein the value of the released funds is equal to
the value sum of the
first electronic commitment payment certificate and second electronic
commitment payment
certificate. A repayment time is set up by the second Funds-Management server
for the first
funds, the second funds and third funds to make sure the borrower repays the
first funds, second
funds and the third funds within the repayment time.

according to a
request for issuing a first electronic commitment payment certificate applied
by a First
Participant and a request for issuing a second electronic commitment payment
certificate applied
by a Second Participant respectively. Wherein the value sum of the first
electronic commitment
payment certificate and the second electronic commitment payment certificate
is less than the
value of the borrowing requested by the Third Participant, and the first
electronic commitment
certificate is issued by the first Funds-Management server based on the
deposit balance or credit
limit in the First Participant's account as the guarantee funds, the second
electronic commitment
certificate is issued by the first funds-Management server based on the
deposit balance or credit
limit in the Second Participant's account as the guarantee funds as the
guarantee funds; the
second Funds-Management server releases the funds to the Third Participant.
Wherein the value
of the released funds is equal to the value sum of the first electronic
commitment payment
certificate and second electronic commitment payment certificate; and the
second Funds-
Management server releases third funds to the Third Participant according to a
remaining
borrowing request initiated by the third participant. Wherein the value sum of
the first funds, the
second funds and the third funds are equal to the value of the borrowing
request, and the
repayment time is set up by the second Funds-Management server for the first
funds, the second
funds and third funds to make sure the borrower repays the first funds, second
funds and the third
funds within the repayment time.
[11] In order to solve the above technical problem, another technical solution
adopted by the
present invention is to provide a data interaction processing method, where
the method
including: a first data initiator and a second data initiator, based on a data
request for processing
a subtotal data value initiated by a data requester, respectively initiates a
request for processing a
data value on a first data unit and a request for processing a second data
value on a second data
unit, to enable a First Server to issue a first data certificate and a second
data certificate; wherein
the first data certificate corresponds to the request for processing the first
data value on the first
data unit, and the second data certificate corresponds to the request for
processing the second

data value on the second data unit; wherein the sum of the numeric data on the
first data
certificate and the numeric data on second data certificate is less than a
numeric data of the
subtotal in the data request by the data requestor; wherein the data value sum
of the first data
certificate and the second data certificate represents a numeric data
corresponding to a total
amount of funds provided by first co-lender and the second co-lender; where
the first data
certificate is a quantitative tool that pre-establishing a data association
relationship between the
first data initiator and the First Server, and the second data certificate is
a quantitative tool that
pre-establishing a data association relationship between the second data
initiator and the First
Server; the First Server, based on the issued first data certificate, locks a
first numeric data on the
first initiator's data unit, wherein the first numeric data is equal to the
numeric data on the first
data certificate, and the First Server, based on the issued second data
certificate, locks a second
numeric data on the second initiator's data unit, wherein the second numeric
data is equal to the
numeric data on the second data certificate; and the Second Server receives
the first data
certificate and second data certificate issued by the First Server, and
processes a subtotal data
value on the data requestor's data unit; wherein the subtotal data value is
equal to the sum of the
first numeric data on the first data certificate and the second numeric data
on the second data
certificate.
[12]In order to solve the above technical problem, another technical solution
adopted by the
present invention is to provide a data interaction processing system, where
the system including:
a data request terminal configured to initiate a data request for processing a
subtotal data value
on a data requestor's data unit; a first data initiator terminal configured to
apply a request for
processing a data value on a first data unit based on the data request for
processing the subtotal
data value initiated by the data requesting terminal; the second data
initiator terminal configured
to apply to a request for processing a data value on a second data unit based
on the data request
for processing the subtotal data value initiated by the data requesting
terminal; the first server
configured to, based on the issued first data certificate and second data
certificate, lock a first
numeric data on the first initiator's data unit and lock a second numeric data
on the second
initiator's data unit, wherein the first numeric data is equal to the numeric
data on the first data
certificate, wherein the second numeric data is equal to the numeric data on
the second data
certificate; wherein the sum of the numeric data on the first data certificate
and the numeric data
on second data certificate is less than a numeric data of the subtotal data
value in the data request

by the data requestor; wherein the first data certificate is a quantitative
tool that pre-establishing
a data association relationship between the first data initiator and the First
Server, and the second
data certificate is a quantitative tool that pre-establishing a data
association relationship between

to receive the first
data certificate and second data certificate issued by the First Server and
process a subtotal data
value on the data requestor's data unit, wherein the subtotal data value is
equal to the sum of the
first numeric data on the first data certificate and the second numeric data
on the second data
certificate; and the Second Server further configured to process a third data
value on the data
requestor's data unit when receiving an additional data request initiated by
the data requestor;
wherein the additional data request is used for processing the third data on
the data requestor's
data unt; wherein the third data value is equal to a numeric data in the
additional data request;
wherein the sum of the subtotal data value and the third data value processed
by the Second
Server is equal to the numeric data in the data request.
[13]In order to solve the above technical problem, another technical solution
adopted by the
present invention is to provide a data interaction processing method, where
the method
including: a First Server respectively issues a first data certificate and a
second data certificate
when receiving a request for processing a data value on a first data unit and
a request for
processing a second data value on a second data unit. Wherein the request for
processing the data
value on the first data unit is initiated by a first data initiator based on a
data request for
processing a subtotal data value initiated by a data requester; wherein the
sum of the numeric
data on the first data certificate and the numeric data on second data
certificate is less than a
numeric data of the subtotal data value in the data request by the data
requestor; where the first
data certificate is a quantitative tool that pre-establishing a data
association relationship between
the first data initiator and the First Server, and the second data certificate
is a quantitative tool
that pre-establishing a data association relationship between the second data
initiator and the
First Server; the First Server, based on the issued first data certificate,
locks a first numeric data
on the first initiator's data unit, wherein the first numeric data is equal to
the numeric data on the
first data certificate, and the First Server, based on the issued second data
certificate, locks a
second numeric data on the second initiator's data unit, wherein the second
numeric data is equal
to the numeric data on the second data certificate; and the First Server
delivers the first data
certificate and second data certificate to the Second Server, to enable the
Second Server to

process the subtotal data value on the data requestor's data unit and set up a
scheduled time to
make sure the subtotal data value on the Second Server's data unit processed
by the data
requestor within the scheduled time; wherein the subtotal data value is equal
to the sum of the

on the second data
certificate.
[14]In order to solve the above technical problem, another technical solution
adopted by the
present invention is to provide a data interaction processing device, where
the device including: a
data certificate issuing module configured to respectively issue a first data
certificate and a
second data certificate when receiving a request for processing a data value
on a first data unit
and a request for processing a second data value on a second data unit;
wherein the sum of the
numeric data on the first data certificate and the numeric data on second data
certificate is less
than a numeric data of the subtotal data value in the data request by the data
requestor; wherein
the first data certificate is a quantitative tool that pre-establishing a data
association relationship
between the first data initiator and the First Server, and the second data
certificate is a
quantitative tool that pre-establishing a data association relationship
between the second data
initiator and the First Server; a processing module configured to, based on
the issued first data
certificate, lock a first numeric data on the first initiator's data unit,
wherein the first numeric
data is equal to the numeric data on the first data certificate, and the
processing module 82 is
further configured to, based on the issued second data certificate, lock a
second numeric data on
the second initiator's data unit, wherein the second numeric data is equal to
the numeric data on
the second data certificate; and a delivery module configured to deliver the
first data certificate
and second data certificate to the Second Server, to enable the Second Server
to process the
subtotal data value on the data requestor's data unit and set up a scheduled
time to make sure the
subtotal data value on the Second Server's data unit processed by the data
requestor within the
scheduled time; wherein the subtotal data value is equal to the sum of the
first numeric data on
the first data certificate and the second numeric data on the second data
certificate.

adopted by the
present invention is to provide a data interaction processing method, where
the method includes:
a Second Server receives a first data certificate and a second data
certificate. The first data
certificate is issued by a First Server when receiving a request for
processing a data value on a
first data unit. The second data certificate is issued by the First Server
when receiving a request

for processing a second data value on a second data unit; wherein the sum of
the numeric data on
the first data certificate and the numeric data on second data certificate is
less than a numeric
data of the subtotal data value in the data request by the data requestor;
wherein the first data
certificate is a quantitative tool that pre-establishing a data association
relationship between the
first data initiator and the First Server, and the second data certificate is
a quantitative tool that
pre-establishing a data association relationship between the second data
initiator and the First
Server; the Second Server processes a subtotal data value on the data
requestor's data unit. The
subtotal data value is equal to the sum of the first numeric data on the first
data certificate and
the second numeric data on the second data certificate; and the Second Server
processes a third
data value on the data requestor's data unit when receiving an additional data
request initiated by
the data requestor; wherein the additional data request is used for processing
the third data on the
data requestor's data unit; wherein the third data value is equal to a numeric
data in the additional
data request, wherein, the sum of the subtotal data value and the third data
value processed by
the Second Server is equal to the numeric data in the data request. A
scheduled time is set up by
the Second Server to make sure the subtotal data value on the Second Server's
data unit
processed by the data requestor within the scheduled time.
[16]In order to solve the above technical problem, another technical solution
adopted by the
present invention is to provide a receiving module configured to receive a
first data certificate
and second data certificate; wherein the sum of the numeric data on the first
data certificate and
the numeric data on second data certificate is less than a numeric data of the
subtotal data value
in the data request by the data requestor; where the first data certificate is
a quantitative tool that
pre-establishing a data association relationship between the first data
initiator and the First
Server, and the second data certificate is a quantitative tool that pre-
establishing a data
association relationship between the second data initiator and the First
Server; and a issuing
module configured to process a subtotal data value on the data requestor's
data unit, and process
a third data value on the data requestor's data unit when receiving an
additional data request
initiated by the data requestor; wherein the additional data request is used
for processing the third
data on the data requestor's data unit; wherein, the sum of the subtotal data
value and the third
data value processed by the Second Server is equal to the numeric data in the
data request; a
scheduled time is set up by the Second Server to make sure the subtotal data
value on the Second
Server's data unit processed by the data requestor within the scheduled time.

[17]In the above scheme, due to participation of the first server and the
second server in the
process of data interaction, the data interaction relationships are
established between the data
initiator (co-lenders) and the servers, and between the servers and the data
requester (borrower)
in order to monitor the processing data and data feedback between the data
initiator and the data
requestor. Advantageously, processing data (or data association relationships)
can be restored
from other two parties when any one party fails to call data in the technical
problem. Therefore,
the present invention enriches the data interaction relationships to improve
data security and data
interaction stability.

borrowing request of an
borrower on the server platform Further, the first participant and second
participant can check a
plurality of borrowing requests initiated by a plurality of borrowers through
the server platform,
and select a suitable borrowing request from the plurality of borrowing
requests to receive.

commitment payment certificate and the second electronic commitment payment
certificate,
respectively freezes first funds in the first participant's account, and
second funds on the second
participant's account. Wherein the value of the first funds is equal to the

electronic commitment payment certificate of the First Participant, and the
value of the second
funds is equal to the value of second electronic commitment payment

participation of bank enables the

[103] Further, the Second Server processes a third data value on the data
requestor's data unit
when receiving an additional data request initiated by the data requestor.
Wherein the additional
data request is used for processing the third data on the data requestor's
data unit. The third data
value is equal to a numeric data in the additional data request. Wherein the
sum of the subtotal
data value and the third data value processed by the Second Server is equal to
the numeric data in
the data request. A scheduled time is set up by the Second Server to make sure
the subtotal data
value on the Second Server's data unit processed by the data requestor within
the scheduled time.
[104] Referring to Figure 10, shown therein is a data interaction processing
apparatus
according to an embodiment. The data interaction processing apparatus may be
the Second
Server 75. The Second Server 75 shown in this example includes a receiving
module 91 and an
issuing module 92. In the present example, the Second Server 75 operates in a
banking system.
[105] The receiving module 91 is configured to receive the first data
certificate and second
data certificate. Wherein the first data certificate is issued by a First
Server when receiving a
request for processing a data value on a first data unit. Wherein the second
data certificate is
issued by the First Server when receiving a request for processing a second
data value on a
second data unit. Wherein the request for processing the data value on the
first data unit is
initiated by a first data initiator based on a data request for processing a
subtotal data value
initiated by a data requester. Wherein the request for processing the second
data value on the
second data unit is initiated by the second data initiator based on the data
request for processing
the subtotal data value initiated by the data requester. Wherein the first
data certificate
corresponds to the request for processing the first data value on the first
data unit, and the second
data certificate corresponds to the request for processing the second data
value on the second
data unit. Wherein the sum of the numeric data on the first data certificate
and the numeric data
on second data certificate is less than a numeric data of the subtotal data
value in the data request
by the data requestor. Wherein the numeric data on the first data certificate
corresponds to an
amount of funds provided by a first co-lender for the borrowing request.
Wherein the numeric
data on the second data certificate corresponds to an amount of funds provided
by a second co-
lender for the borrowing request. Wherein the numeric data of the subtotal
data value in the data
request corresponds an amount of funds for the borrowing request. Where the

certificate is a quantitative tool that pre-establishing a data association
relationship between the
first data initiator and the First Server, and the second data certificate is
a quantitative tool that

initiator and the First

[106] The issuing module 92 is configured to process a subtotal data value on
the data
requestor's data unit. The subtotal data value is equal to the sum of the
first numeric data on the
first data certificate and the second numeric data on the second data
certificate. And the issuing
module 92 is further configured to process a third data value on the data
requestor's data unit
when receiving an additional data request initiated by the data requestor.
Wherein the additional
data request is used for processing the third data on the data requestor's
data unit. The third data
value is equal to a numeric data in the additional data request.
[107] Wherein, the sum of the subtotal data value and the third data value
processed by the
Second Server is equal to the numeric data in the data request. A scheduled
time is set up by the
Second Server to make sure the subtotal data value on the Second Server's data
unit processed
by the data requestor within the scheduled time.
[108] The present invention provides a lending method, a data interaction
processing method,
device and system. By pre-establishing a data association relationship between
first, second data
initiator and a first server through data certificates. When the first and
second data initiator
receives the data request of first data initiated by a data requester,
respectively issue the first data
certificate and second data certificate to service party, the total value of
the first data certificate
and second data certificate is less than the first data value, the first
server, based on the issued
first data certificate and the second data certificate, respectively lock a
first numeric data on the
first initiator's data unit and a second numeric data on the second
initiator's data unit, to enable
the second server to process the subtotal data value on the data requestor's
data unit and set up a
scheduled time to make sure the subtotal data value on the second server's
data unit processed by
the data requestor within the scheduled time. . Due to participation of the
first server and the
second server in the process of data interaction, the data interaction
relationships are established
between the data initiator and the servers, and between the servers and the
data requester in order
to monitor the processing data and data feedback between the data initiator
and the data
requestor. Advantageously, processing data (or data association relationships)
can be restored
from other two parties when any one party fails to call data in the technical
problem. Therefore,

the present invention enriches the data interaction relationships to improve
data security and data
interaction stability.
[109] In the above examples, the present invention has been exemplary
described only, but
various modifications to the present invention can be made by those skilled in
the area after
reading this patent application without departing from the scope of the
present invention.
