THE VAPOUR FROM THIS WILL GO THROUGH A VAPOR SCRUBBER UNIT ( 7).NEXT
THE FLUIDS ARE PUMPED TO AN OIL SEPORATOR ( 8) UNIT WHERE A MAXIUM
OF 10 CUBIC METERS WILL BE SEPORATED PER 24 HOURS A DAY THE OIL WILL
SENT TO A HOLDING TANK ( 9 ) FOR COLLECTION LATER . THE SEPORATROR
WORKS ON THE DIFFERANCE IN DENSITIES OF THE 2 FLUIDS .
THE FLUIDS ARE THEN PUMPED TO HOLDING TANK ( 11 ). WITH THE HELP OF
AN AGITATOR, LIQUID LIME AND LIQUID ALUMINUM ARE INJECTECTED INTO THE
MIXTURE TO HELP INCREASE THE SIZE OF THE SODIUM PARTICALS AND THE

THE FLUIDS ENTER A PAIR OF LARGE CENTER FUGES WHERE FURTHER
SEPORATION TAKES PLACE WITH THESE MACHINDES ROTATING AT A SPEED OF
4150 RPM EXTRACTING OUT SOLOIDS LARGER THAN 1/2 TO 1 MICRONS. THE
SOLIDS THAT ARE EXTRACTED , EXIT THE MACHINE TO A CONVEYER BELT ( 13 )
AND REMOVES THEM. TRANSPORTING THEM TO A SHIPPING CONTAINER FOR
LATER SHIPPING .THE FLUIDS ARE THEN PUMPED TO A FINISHING DE - DILTER
( 19 ) WHICH IS THERE TO REMOVE ANY REMAINING PARTICALS WITH THE HELP
OF A CIRCULATING PUMP ( 14 ).THE FLUIDS THEN ENTER .ENTER TWO VERTICAL
FILTERS ,BOTH CONTAINING ACTIVATED CHARCHOL ( 17 ) & ( 16) THESE
CHARCHOL FILTERS ARE THERE TO REMOVE ANY RADIO ACTIVE MATERIAL
( NORMS ) ANY HYDROCARBONS AND ANY HYDROGEN SULFIDE LEFT IN THE
WATER. THE CHARBON IS REGENERATED WITH THE HELP OF A REGENERATION
FURNACE ( 18 ) WHICH IS PART OF THE UNIT
THE FLUIDS ARE THEN AT A CLEAN AND POLISHED STATE AND CAN BE SENT TO
ONE OF TWO DIRECTIONS . FIRST THEY CAN BE PUMPED TO A HOLDING TANK
( 20 ) TO BE USED AGAIN IN THE FRACKING PROCESSS .
THE FLUIDS CAN ALSO BE SENT TO BE DISPERSED IN THE ENVIROMENT IN A
NATRURAL FORM ,( VAPOR) THE FLUUIDS WILL BE SENT THROUGH A PLATE FIN
HEAT EXCHANGER ( 21 ) WHERE THEY PICK UP THE HEAT FROM THE 75 HORSE

THE FLUIDS THEN GO TO A WATER TOWER. ( 23 ) THE FUIDS ENTER TO TOWER AT
THE TOP AND WITH THE ELIVATED TEMPERATURE OF THE TOWER WATER THE
WATER WILL TURN TO A STATE OF VAPOR .WHEN THIS TAKES PLACE ANY CHEM
ICALS OR IMPURITIES LEFT V IN THE WATER WILL BE LEFT BEHIND IN THE
TOWER AS A SOLID ON THE TOWER TUBES. THE TOWER TUBES ARE MADE FROM
A FLEXIBLE METALS SO AFTER A DRYING TIME HAS ENDED A MODULATING

THE FLUIDS ARE THEN IN A VAPOR FORM AND WITH THE HELP OF A FORCED
AIR FLOW AND A FAN THE WATER VAPOR IS SENT UP INTO THE AIR IN A CLEAN
AND NATURAL FORM.
THE END RESULTS ARE THE FLOW BACK FLUIDS ARE TURNED FROM A

PREDETERMINED TIME INTRAVAL THE WATER FLOW TO THE TOWER WILL STOP
AND THE AIR SUPPLY TO THE TOWER CONTINUES TO DRY THE CHEMICALS ON
THE TUBES. THEN AGAIN AT A PREDETERMINED TIME A MODULATING MOTOR ( 24
)CONNECTED WITH A STEEL ARM . BRINGS THE WATER TOWER PIPES UP AND
DOWN ABOUT 4 INCHEAS IN EACH DIRECTION SLOWLY ,THIS ALLOWS THE
CHEMICAL COATING ON THE PIPES TO CRACK AND FALL OFF . THEY FALL DOWN
TO A CATCH SCEEN AT THE BOTTEM OF THE TOWER FOR EASILY REMOVAL.
AFTER THE REMOVAL STAGE IS COMPLETED THE SYSTEM RESTARSTS THE WATER
FLOW TO THE THE TOWER .
THE FLUIDS ARE THEN IN A VAPOR FORM AND WITH THE HELP OF A FORCED
AIR FLOW AND A FAN . THE WATER VAPOR IS SENT UP INTO THE AIR IN A CLEAN
AND NATURAL FORM.
THE END RESULTS ARE THE FLOW BACK FLUIDS ARE TURNED FROM A
