English Abstract


Looking closely you will see that it
has a PIVOTING seat design. The seat moves with your entire
body, giving the Ab's and lower back a good workout as well as
upper body. Centering the weights and study construction
makes ths machine very unique.
Using this machine you will pull down against the counter
weight and crunch the ab's while stretching the back. On the
way up you stretch the stomach and work the lower back.

What is claimed?
Apparatus using a pull doom motion with a counter weight
connected to an upper section plus connecting bars from
upper section to a pivoting seat as part of lower section.
User will not push at all in upright position. Gravity from
counter weight will push upper section into starting
position or at rest. User wild use pulling motion to control
limits of this machine.

CLAIM
What is claimed?
Apparatus working abdominals and lower hack plus upper body
muscles at the same time while remaining in a vertical position reducing
the chance for injury to lower back.

What is claimed?
Uniquely design machine with upper and lower section moving in
unison while under load using variable counter weights. User controlling
the speed and amount of weight desired while getting their workout, plus
controlling the limits of the machine with a pulling motion.

Below is the Pivot Plus Machine. Looking closely you will see
that it has a Pl VOTING seat design. T~ce seat moves with
your entire body, giving the Ab's and lower back a good
workout as well as upper body. Centering the weights and
study construction makes the machine very unique.
Using this machine you will pull down against the counter
weight and crunch the ab's while stretching the back. On the
way up you stretch the stomach and work the lower back.
T~ce Newest design has less material and saves cost. Original
design was to big and bulky.
Z'l~ce below pictures are the prototype and are built out of wood.
This machine will be built out of steel in the finished product.
