L'invention concerne un procédé permettant le
blanchiment des textiles sans aucune dégradation en pré-
sence de particules de fer et de rouille caractérisé par
l'addition dans le bain de blanchiment contenant un oxydant
(par exemple le peroxyde d'hydrogène, les persels, le pero-
xyde de sodium), de la formulation du type suivant:
EDTA (acide éthylène diamine
tétraacétique) 1 - 2 g/l de bain
Métasilicate de sodium pentahydraté 0 - 8 g/l de bain
Tétraborate de sodium décahydraté 5 - 10 g/l de bain
Phosphate disodique 10 - 15 g/l de bain
(compté en poids de
produit anhydre)
Agent mouillant non ionique 1 - 2 g/l de bain
L' EDTA peut être remplacé par un autre agent complexant
métallique et le phosphate disodique peut être remplacé par
un autre phosphate alcalin soluble. Le procédé selon l'in-
vention permet d'obtenir des tissus blanchis ne présentant
ni tache de rouille ni dégradation. Il permet en outre
d'effectuer le désencollage-blanchiment en une seule opéra-
tion avec des résultats aussi satisfaisants.
