ABSTRACT
The invention is unique in both concept and in
finished product. The greeting card is specifically
designed and constructed for lottery tickets to be
enclosed for gift giving and contains a small inside
pouch for that purpose. The artistic content can be
expanded to include various and numerous designs; however,
the structure of the greeting card will remain unchanged.

CLAIM
The invention is unique in market application and is
specifically and customly designed solely for use by
lottery ticket sales outlets. It is also unique in
that it provides an inside pouch for the insertion of
lottery tickets. It is unique in artistic design which
is original in concept and created by the applicant
for patent.

SPECIFICATION
This invention is a customized greeting card specifically
designed For the purpose of establishing a wholesale market
for the invention. The invention will be sold to lottery
ticket retailers on a wholesale basis, by means of a market-
ing package.
The product will essentially be mass produced by Printing
firms and packaged and shipped by local labour. The insert-
i'on of the special pouch will also be done manually by local
labour. ~I am hoping to offer work to disabled and low
income persons in a packaging plant situation) I am hoping
also to encourage young artists through a card design royal$y
program which would provide promising young artists an oppor-
tunity to earn college or university financial requirements
through design royalties while still attending high school.
With respect to the designs developed For the initial
marketing package, I have enclosed 9 different card front
designs [not actual size). I have also enclosed a diagram
of the invention with the appropriate inFormation as`to
production.
