0~8~
As a fruit juice beverage, Julep is known to have a unique
texture and flavour that is incomparable to any other juice
product on the market. In this invention, the flavous are blended
l~ with the juice base to create a new profile and category called
i Julep. This beverage stands alone on the grocery shelf, apart from
pure juices and artificially flavoured drinks.
The smooth blend of skim milk powder and juice concentrate along
with the light flavour of natural vanilla allows Julep to be drunk
as easily as water, while being as refreshing. Julep also holds all
the nutritional values of pure fruit juice without the highly acidic
qualities juiceScan have.
~ This invention relates to fruit juice beverages and the beverage
J industry. It is common for fruit juice beverages to be extracted
!~ from the fruit while adding sweetners. It is of course necessary
to add some natural or artficial flavouring to enhance the fruit
i base. Juices of this type are common place and can be highly acidic,
ri bland in flavour and weak in texture in both the juice and drink
categories.
; We have found that these juices and drinks are not enough choice
for the consumer to be satisfied. Julep as a category would satisfy
this need for a new and better alternative-similar to the introduction
of Coca-Cola in the 1880's as a new category of soft drinks called
Cola.
Julep, with its unique blend of juice,
Vanilla, skim milk powder reduces the acidic profile of regular juices
while offering an entirely new flavour and mouth feel to juice bases
previllly unknown to the public.

The best way to enjoy Julep is to shake lt vigourously or even
mix the beverage in a blender to exemplify its smooth quality.
Other ways to enjoy, Julep are as a milk shake type drink blended
with icecream, frozen as a ice-bar, mixed with any alcoholic beverage,
carbinated with soda water ...the possibilities are endless.JULEP is
a totaly unique, extremely versatile beverage with very wide appeal.
