English Abstract

Abstract:
a) Locking valve BBS for fluids.
This design is a solution for a valve locking-unlocking fluids. According to the design valve has a
diamagnetic body (1), inside which above a ferromagnetic ball (3) placed inside a chamber (2) is
mounted permanent magnet or electromagnet (6), which is outside of the valve's body (1).
b) Valvular security system
This design is a solution for protection cars against stealing. According to the design is required to
connect a locking valve BBS (4) fixed with controlling lock (5) between a brake pump (1) and break
calipers (2) and (3).

Claim:
a) Locking valve BBS for fluids:
Locking valve for fluids, characteristic because, inside diamagnetic body (1), above a ferromagnetic
ball (3), placed inside a chamber (2), is mounted permanent magnet or electromagnet (6), which is
outside the valve's body (1).
b) Valvular security system:
Security system protecting against stealing, particularly cars, characteristic because of the locking
valve BBS (4) fixed with controlling lock (5) connected in the break system between a break pump (1)
and break calipers (2) and (3).

Specification:
, LockinP valve BBS for fluids. i
This is a ball locking valve for fluids.
Valves are very popular devices Eor regulation of fluid flow from one chamber to another with use of
moving part. One type of the valve is a ball valve~ in which ball regulates a flow of a nuid. and allows
for the fluid flow in one direc~lon only.
C~ur valve is characteristic because inside diamagnetic body, above ferromagnetic ball. placed inside a
chamber, is mounted permanent magnet or electromagnet~ which is mounted outside of the val~e's
body.
Sig~uficant advantage of our construction is, that BBS valve can allow for a free flow of a fluid or can
block a return nOw. Additionally BBS doesn't require any extra gasket for steering device which
controls operation of the valve
The construction of the BBS valve is shown on the enclosed drawing. This is a vertical crossection.
According to our design BBS has a solid body made out of a stainless, diamagnetic material. lnside a
chamber (2), of the body (1), is placed ferromagnetic ball (3) is seated in the nest (4) by gravity force
and it closes input of the controlled fluid. Output of the controlled fluid is through charmel (5). ln the
center axes of the nest, above a chamber (2), is mounted permanent magnet or electromagnet (6),
which is outside of the valve's body (1).
During operation of the valve fluid is entering in to a chamber (2), pushes ball (3) above an a~is of the
output channel (5) allowing for the controlled fluid to flow in one direction only. Ball (3) under
ir~luence of the magnetic field goes up and changes function of this valve - allows for fluid flow in
both directions.
Fluid flows in both direcdon is possible only until ball (3) is under influence of the magnetic field,
which is provided until permanent magnet (6) is moved far enough or electromagnet (6) is turned off.
lf we conmect this valve with mechanical key lock or combination lock we will limit access to
operation of this valve only to designated persons.
b) Valvular securitY system :
This is a security system protecting against stealing, specially mechanical vehicles.
There is many different types of security systems protecting cars against stealing . They could be .
mechanical or electrical.
Our design is mechanical type, characteristic because of the locking valve BBS fixed with controlling .: ~ :
lock connected in the break system between a break pump and break calipers.
Advantage of this system is its simplicity and dependability . lt blocks a wheels and prevents driving and . ::
towing a car away. The idea of a system is shown on the attached drawing. : . .
Between the break pump (1) and break calipers (2) and (3) is cormected a locking valve BBS (4), fixed
with controlling lock (5). Controlling lock (5) changes function of the valve (4) for one or two ways : ~ :
flow. This can be realized by attaching to the lock a permanent magnet or electromagnet. Preferable :
is a permanent magnet, because it provides higher dependability.
System provides protection of the car when valve BBS is allowing for the break fluid flow in only one
direction - towards the break calipers. This is possible if we program right position for the magnet .
attached to the moving part of the lock. -
Arming the protection: turn the key in the lock (5), so the valve allows only for the break fluid flow
towards the break calipers (2) and (3).and wheels of the vehicle are permanendy blocked after one .~
push of the break pedal. This unable a theft to drive a car away. lf the authorized person puts a key in .....
the lock and turns it in the two way position valve the break duid flows back to the break pump and : : :.. .
allows for normal break operation.
This system can be used in either hydraulic or pneumatic system, regardless to any servo mechanisms .:. ~ :-
or power support. ., .:
