English Abstract

In the case of, double featured Energy Saving
Electric Burner Element for small, reguler or commercial
size electric cooking stoves. Two sizes of coils,
one small center part coil and the main coil part of
the element which is spiralled around small center coil
connected separately (1,2) in opposite directions in a
single size of burner element space, to plug in connectors
that are controlled the heat levels by separate
switches which are located on the control panel of the
cooking stove that has power safety fuses which are
connected and located at the top of the control panel
reachable by opening the cover. By having two sizes of
coils in a single burner element space, will give the
user, advantage of having very small size of burner
element for very small size of cooking needs, subsequently
the energy burned for the small cooking will be
very small.

Claims

Note: Claims are shown in the official language in which they were submitted.

THE EMBODIMENTS OF THE INVENTION IN WHICH AN EXCLUSIVE
PROPERTY OR PRIVILEGE IS CLAIMED ARE DEFINED AS FOLLOWS

1. Energy Saving Electric Burner Element for small,
regular, commercial or industrial size of electric
cooking stoves as defined in the claim, having two or
more sizes of burning coils spiralled over one another
in a single size element space, connected plug in and
out or with permanent connectors each coil separately
wired to their heat controlling switches which are
located at the stoves switch panel that has also
connected to their fuses that are located at the stoves
fuse box.

2. Spiralled coils of the electric burner element as
defined in the claim secured by clamps that holds plug
in and out part with extension of safety bars divided
equally in four directions, installed firmly to the
bottom of coils that will safely will placed on the
round housing frame which is located at the electric
cooking stove.

Description

Energy Saving Electric Burner Element for Small,Regular
or Commercial size Electric Cooking Stoves.

This invention relates splitting the size of
electric burner element (4,5) used in electric cooking
stoves on the same size of single burner element space,
(figure 1) so that in doing this will give the electric
cooking stove one extra feature that is normally not
available in stoves manufactured presently. The stoves
that are manufactured and marketed are all standardized
on the sizes that are normally what every stove user
would need in most cases, however, if you take a single
person, a senior citizen or even a young couple with a
limited income or anyone in a position that would need
only to use a stove for very small cooking needs, like
boiling a single egg in single egg boiling container or
boiling water for a cup of tea,by having this invention
feature (4) in stoves burner element will give the user
advantage of doing their very small cooking needs in
most possible economic way in terms of burning energy
to do the work, the other advantage would be, having
two sizes burning coils spiralled over one another in a
single element size space (4,5), since the size of
these spiralled coils would be in various and if it
would be proposed to be considered to have a good
feature to be installed on the stoves, then this will
give the advantage of having two sizes of burning
element controlled heat levels by their individually
connected switches located on the switch panel of
stove, in a single burner element space for any size of
cooking needs.

CA 02208030 1998-03-30

This type of burner element would be convenient in
commercial size stoves used in restaurant kitchens or
in large industrial cooking stoves, if proposed to be
considered a good feature to install on stoves then
this feature will give the chef, advantage of having
full control of burner element in terms of reducing or
enlarging in diameter when it is needed. Although, the
drawing which illustrates embodiments of invention in
regular size burning element, plug in and out model in
design, number of spiralled coils would be different in
different sizes of elements with permanent connectors
if they would be proposed to be considered to have in
manufacturing.

The main spiralled coil (5) of the burner element
combination is secured by clamps (2,6) that holds the
plug in and out part (1,2) with the extention of safety
bars (3) divided equally in four directions (3),instal-
led firmly to the bottom of coil that will safely will
sit on the round housing frame which is located at the
top of the stove. The small spiralled coil (4) which
could be various in size depending on the size of main
coil, will sit on safety bars firmly when inserted
gently by sliding from center (4) of main spiralled
coil and inserting to it's plug in position (7) or
would be connected with permanent connectors. The clamp
(6) will keep the coil in safe and stable plugging
position.
