In the novelties and collectibles industry it is known that the value of a
collectable or novelty item is dependent on the condition of the said item and
its
component parts at the time of valuation.
In this invention the intent is to offer protection to the tag or label which
is
secured to the novelty item by the manufacturer of the said item. A protective
case has been created in order to envelope and encase the tag or label while
permitting it to remain fastened to the particular novelty or collectible
item. Using
clear plastic molded to the shape of tag or label, the invention permits the
clear
viewing of the tag and its inscriptions while ensuring that it can be
preserved in
its pristine condition. The casing permits for the fastening agent which
secures
the tag or label to the item to remains secured without impeding its function.
The
protective case is manufactured to specification to ensure that it fits to
form for
any tag or label for which protection is required. The case is manufactured
using
clear rigid Polyvinyl Chloride plastic formed by injection molding in such a
way
as to ensure that it encases the tag or label and is self fastening to remain
securely closed.
