English Abstract

In today's aviation technology, flight information is saved in the Black Box.
When disaster happens, the Box should be retrieved to determine the cause
of the crash.
Also in case of fire or accident in dangerous good's sites, refineries,
chemical storage's, trains, ship and even armored vehicles, investigators
usually are going through the racage and ashes to determine the cause of the
disasters.
In this expensive, time consuming and passive way of handling the process
information, there is no chance of preventing, early warning or early access
to onboard pilots or technicians for any solution or preventive measures.
"Real Time Data Transfer Device" or " flight & Navigation Control Unit"
will instantly transmits selected data to the base or bases considered for
this
purpose. Data will be instantly accessible. Analyzing transferred data could
be
valuable to advise the pilots or operators for safety measures and control.
Instant data will be valuable to prevent future disasters for the same cause.

Claims

Note: Claims are shown in the official language in which they were submitted.

The objectives of this patent is to protect my claim for inventing this new,
unique, ingenious and innovative techniques of the process of " Flight ~
Navigator Control Unit" or "Real Time Data Transfer" using wireless
digital short-wave signals or/and global digital communication signals until I
am able to market my product in permitted time period granted to this
invention.
The patent should protect me and my investment in producing and marketing
of this invention from similar products for the similar purposes I have
previously described in North America, Europe, Far East ~ Japan. However,
I accept open competition to build the " Integrated Input Bridge" and the
"Transmitter Unit" and the inventors are welcomed to join this race for
faster marketing of this product.

Description

During the last few tragic plane Crushes, the world has been patiently
waiting the recovery of flight recorders ( black boxes ) to clarify the cause
of
the crush, which is important to many on political, safety, business or legal
grounds.
Many millions of dollars have been spent during searches for the black
boxes and access to the data to find out the cause of the crushes. These
spendings are critical if we want to improve the safety of aviation, prevent
more disasters and add to the confidence of travelers. In the latest Alaskan
Air crush, prompt recovery of the data recorder was helpful in grounding
other planes with the similar problems and maintained defective stabilizer
which prevented future disasters.
Idea of " Flight & Navigation Control Unit" or " Real Time Data Transfer
Device " is enabling us to constantly transmit the flight information and data
from the flying planes to the airline base, specific or closest airport and
company of origin. Real time data transfer will makes the data immediately
available and accessible. With much more expertise and resources available
in the ground bases, flight data transmitted could be used for assistance,
security, problem shooting , advising the pilots for necessary recovery
process or directly communicating with the onboard computers for auto
piloting and other corrective measures.
This device, " Flight & Navigation Control Unit " is capable of having
multiple audio/ video/data input channels so the user is able to transmit the

mufti track data from the different sources such as black box, cabin voice
and video images and even GPS data to assigned destinations.
" Flight & Navigation Control Unit " can also be used on board of trains,
ships and buses for the same purpose. It can be used with main frame
computers to transmit data to the offsite locations for scheduled backup or
security purposes. It could be used on operation sites like refineries,
chemical factories and dangerous goods storages to enable us to remotely
monitoring the process and safety.
This wireless transmitter, " Flight & Navigation Control Unit ", will be
made with the capabilities of accepting multiple audio/video/data input
channels. Input data's are then combined into one stream of digital signal
using high frequency electronic digitizers and mixers. This signal is then
passed to the " Transmitter Unit " which by using existing high speed
wireless transmission technologies based on narrow band or wide band
single or multiple frequency or using existing global digital communication
networks will be transmitted simultaneously to the base or bases requesting
the data.
The data transmitted could be decomposed and each input line of data could
be accessible again with the enhancements recommended to the technical
abilities of the receiver bases such as the airline bases, airline original
countries, departure or destination airports, closest airports, company of
origin, military bases or offsite storages. Ability to access transmitted data
instantly could let us analyze the problems before, during or after any
particular events and we could assist the pilots, operators and crews to take

proper preventive measures. We also can computerize important control
process such as air traffic control, dangerous goods storages, refineries,
power plants and many other industrial sites by using this wireless
transmitter.
This innovative device, " Flight & Navigator Control Unit ", will be
composed of the following units:
1- Input Ports; capable of accepting multiple digitized audio, video
and data signals, using the existing patented products in the
market.
2- Power Unit; Capable of providing the power needed to feed the
device using AC/DC power sources available for this purpose.
3- Integrated Input Bridge; able to digitize the input signals if
necessary and combine the signals into one stream of digital signal.
This unit is under design and production process and for this
integrated circuit, application for patent will be filed separately.
5- Transmitter Unit; able to use digital wireless narrow or wide band,
single or multiple frequency short wave signals or global wireless
digital communication techniques to transmit data across the glob.
This unit is under design and production process and for this
integrated circuit, application for patent will be filed separately.
