English Abstract

This invention is not like any other pillow that I have seen. It resembles
other pillows in shape
only;- the rest is totally unique. It can be battery operated or adapted to an
electrical outlet so that
a child may take it to camp and not miss his/her parents too much since the
parents voice is there to
console.

CLAIMS:

PILLOW TALK is a manually operated pillow that records and plays back messages
to the listener
to comfort a person /child who is lonely or homesick and has a problem getting
to sleep at night.
The pillow is equipped with a tape recorder and play back machine that records
messages to a child
when he goes on a sleep over. His/her mother may want to remind the child to
brush teeth, say
prayers etc. before he/she gets in bed.

Also, I have encountered women whose husbands work away from home a lot and
would lave to
listen to their husbands voice just to comfort them before they go to sleep.
Pillow talk would allow
them to listen to love messages or perhaps listen to their favorite love song
before falling to sleep.

The pillow is equipped with a cord which is attached to the tape
recorder/player and can be held in
the hand of the operator with buttons to start !stop record etc The tape
player is inserted in an
opening in the pillow which can be snapped closed when the message has been
recorded and ready
for action.

The pillow can be made in several sizes to meet the needs of the person, i.e.
regular, queen, king,
and mini size.

Also, the pillow could be made in novelty shapes i.e. a heart or doll with fun
messages like " you
gorgeous babe come and get me".

With the push of a
button you are in touch with a loved one's voice, a prayer, a bedtime story,
reminders for the next
day;- any number of usetbl sleep inducing messages. How many bad days could
have been avoided
if you had remembered to do a certain chore before going to bed! PILLOW TALK

many ways to help fall asleep easier resulting in you having a better day.
