The invention concerns the technical sector of medical science, and in particular means of conveyance and accessories for sick people. It concerns a mobile platform for transporting handicapped persons, with very low frame, made possible by the addition of four raised guard corners (Fig.1 (1)) which themselves support a coupled swivelling wheel on a ball bearing. A metal structure forming a railing is permanently fixed to the platform. It can be permanently fixed on a circular disc which is pivoted by a central shaft linking it directly to the platform. A vertical rod serves to block the disc by passing successively through the disc, then the platform.

transfert de personnes impotentes, de très faible hauteur, rendue
possible par l'adjonction aux quatre angles de capots surélevés
(Fig. 1(1)) eux-mêmes et supportant un roue jumelée pivotante
sur roulement à billes. Une structure métallique formant garde
corps sera fixée à demeure au plateau. Elle pourra être fixée à
demeure sur un disque circulaire dont le pivotement sera assuré
par un axe central la liant directement au plateau. Une tige
ver-ticale assurera le blocage du disque en traversant sucessivement
le disque, puis le plateau.
