English Abstract


The present invention is a disposable diaper having a sealable pocket
forming bag being incorporated therein the diaper structure, or being
secured to the diaper structure by a separable sealable means.

CLAIMS
The embodiments of the invention for which an exclusive property or
privilege is claimed, are defined as follows:
I claim:
1. A disposable diaper having a sealable pocket incorporated therein the
diaper structure, wherein said pocket forms a bag for covering the diaper
after use to prevent the odor from the soil can escape when the diaper is
stored in a container, and wherein said diaper comprises a sealable means
with band for securing said pocket therein the diaper structure.
2. A diaper as claimed in claim 1 wherein said pocket forming bag can
be secured to the diaper structure by a separable sealable means.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
Field of the invention:
More particularly, the present invention relates to a disposable diaper which
has a sealable pocket for covering the diaper after use to prevent the odor
from the soil can escape when the diaper is stored in a container.
Description of the related art:
A search of prior art records has unveiled the following patents:
1. CA 2,391,790 registered in 2002 to Jibiki;
2. CA 2,242,581 registered in 1997 to Spilizewski;
3. CA 2,360,242 registered in 2001 to Tsuji; and
4. CA 1,303,472 issued in 1992 to Bany.
It is the object of the present invention to provide a disposable diaper with
a
sealable pocket forming bag being incorporated therein the diaper structure.
It is a further object of the invention to provide such a diaper in which the
pocket forming bag can be secured to the diaper structure by a separable
sealable means.
Summary of the invention:
According to the present invention, there is described a disposable diaper

which has a sealable pocket forming bag being incorporated therein the
diaper structure or the pocket forming bag can be secured to the diaper
structure by a separable sealable means.
Brief description of the several views of the drawin~(s):
The invention will now be described by way of example with reference to
the accompanying drawings, in which:
Figs. 1 a, 1 b show a first embodiment of a disposable diaper having a
pocket forming bag being secured to the diaper structure by a separable
sealable means.
Figs. 2a, 2b, 2c, show a second embodiment of the disposable diaper having
the sealable pocket forming bag being incorporated therein the diaper
structure.
Detailed description of the invention:
Now referring to the accompanying drawings, and in particular to Figs. 1 a,
1 b, there is shown the first embodiment of the disposable diaper (A) having
a pocket forming bag (1) which is secured to the diaper structure by a
separable sealable means (2).
As shown in Figs. 2a, 2b, 2c there is shown the second embodiment of the
disposable diaper (A) having the pocket incorporated therein the diaper

structure, which the pocket forms a bag (1) for covering the diaper
after use to prevent the odor from the soil can escape when the diaper (A) is
stored in a container, and which the diaper comprises a sealable means (2)
with band (3) for securing the pocket therein the diaper structure.
Accordingly, while the preferred embodiments of the invention have been
described above, it will be recognized and understood that various
modifications may be made in the invention and the appended claims are
intended to cover all such modifications which may fall within the spirit and
scope of the invention.
