English Abstract

In regular brake design it is main idea or the theory for stop or reduce the
speed
it is to control the wheel speed and the brake force it is function in contact
area
between the wheels and the road sometimes that force is not enough for fast
and safe stopping special if the road dangeress or critical situation such as
(oil,
ice, snow, water, slippery, up and down hill ............. ) or the main brake
does not
work or need suddenly stop.
My brake design is added to the main brake is to help for safe and fast
stopping
or to reduce the number of road accidents.
My design it help for maintance special the wheels as well.
My brake applications in any ( vechicles, trains, airplanes, cars,
trailers,..........)

Claims

Note: Claims are shown in the official language in which they were submitted.

Cars, Trailers,
Buses.......).
3- I claim my Invention drawings.
4-I claim my Invention and designs with different applications.

Introduction

For along time on the roads accidents involving cars, buses,
trucks trains and planes etc. And has killed many people because
they can not control the vehicles in dangerous or critical
situations and the regular brakes are not enough for control
on ice oil, heavy rain or snow when you brake suddenly
or have a tire blowout all vehicles are affected. even if someone
cuts in front of the vehicle.
when using regular brakes on trains when they stop suddenly.
the train wheels has high wear in one area that causes one area
to flatten and creates vibrations and can damage the mechanical
parts of the train cars and railway tracks and cost alot to repair.
the passengers get a very rough ride and can not prevent
accidents in critical situations.

Subject
When using regular brakes in a dangerous situation and need to make
a sudden stop it means the car wheels stop turning and the car slides
sideways.the car wheels still move some distance depending on
road surface, car speed, friction factor and contact area.we have
the ineratia= kinetic energy=0.5 m v .
m(car weight),v(car speed).
When we need to make a sudden stop that increases friction area
between the car and the road.
I designed a special Emergency Safety Brakes and Auxiliary wheels
under RAYA (E.S.B.) name.in pages (4,5,6,7).
RAYA (E.S.B.)
Raya design will do safe braking and keep the car balanced and
moving in right direction.
A) Increase friction contact area with add areas Z1,Z2, Z3. to areas
X1,X2,Y1,Y2. in page 4 fig (A, B,C, D).
B) Friction force direction for areas Z1,Z2,Z3. controls wheel direction
in areas X1,X2 (the steering is in the same direction).
C) When the car has a flat front tire the auxiliary wheels directly carry
load and the same time the brakes(E.S.B.) come into play to stop
the car in short time.in page 4 fig A,fig B,page 6 fig C.
Design for train application
A fast smooth stop is necessary in certain situations with no wear on
the train wheels otherwise the wheel gets flat and creats problems.
Design for use in planes
It helps the plane to make a fast safe stop like a short runway or in
a difficult situation such as when engines stops or other problems
and reduces fuel consumption during normal landing.and support the
plane in the airport specially at loading time.
the Design on page 6 fig B, for light planes. fig D for heavy planes.
RAYA (E.S.B.) design shape
It has a different shape and the design is on page 5 fig A ,fig B,
page 7 fig A ,fig B page 6 fig E. for heavy loads and fig F,
for light loads.can be used with solid or air.
